This is the BT Cruiser that has 2 sofas that convert into beds .The sofas are comfortable as sofas for seating. They easily convert into twin beds. We use mattress pads to make more comfortable at night. we leave one made up as bed all the time so we only have to convert one sofa to bed at night. We bought this motorhome because we wanted a class b with a larger dry bath. Kitchen is very usable for small rv. Lots of interior storage. Show less

Well where to start. My rv spent more time in the shop in the first year then in my driveway or on a campsite. The quailty there is none this unit must have been put together by first graders. Who ever did the wiring did not know you need to crimp the wires in place. Plumbers or who ever did the water lines did not know that the hose clamps go over the male end of the pipe and not just the female end. The customer service manager is just as bad as the no experience workers in the factory. There moto is we do not make phone calls. I do not know how this company is still in buisness. Show less

Factory difficult in the customer service area...non resposive both in phone calls as well as e-mails. Build quality terrible...water leaks/missing parts limited availabilities of upgrades and very little owner's manual information. Great floor plan...nice design but assembled by people who just did not care if it's components function or not. Cheap! Cheap! This was my 30th new motorhome. Owners of manufacturers[family owned I am told] just do not have any pride in their product. Would NEVER buy another of their products! Have a wonderful dealer though! Show less

Any vehicle almost 40 years old and only driven 700 miles will have engine or transmission problems. Oil attracts water so vehicles that sit and don't have yearly maintenance records I wouldn't buy unless you paid me. 1989 only 700 miles in 35 years I guarantee will have problems! Show less

This is my 20th new RV since 1978. Ranging from tiny to diesel pushers up to 42 feet. Size depending on family size over the years. I enjoy the RVing life but this most recent Rig[2025 BT Cruiser] has been a poorly constructed mess. Water leaks/missing options/sloppy assembly and a company that will not return phone calls or answer e-mails directed to a supposedly customer service department. Frankly it is hard to believe that the owners of the company are unaware of how unprofessional the staff treats customers. I ordered this unit and it was delivered in terrible condition with out any signs of quality control being directed towards its construction. It now has 17 miles on it as I had it trailer delivered from the factory to my dealer. It is now on my property in its own heated/cooled garage awaiting my dealer[good folks] to try and fix all the sloppy work done by the factory. At this time I am unable to use it. I do not know how the Gulf Stream management can sleep at night with their business ethics. I will never buy another of their products. Remember, I have had 20 of these...big and small...and this one is truely an an example of a company with out ethics. Show less

This unit is easy to drive, find street parking and jump from location to location. There is sufficient storage for our needs and the V* motor has sufficient power for towing. AC unit and heater works well, and TV is easy to operate. Love this thing! Don't wait too long before starting to travel! Show less

I am widowed for 16 years , bought my mh 2012. Love it! Easy to handle, I tow a trailer with amphicar in it. I have painted all interior white and grey. I’m in need of shower door roller brackets. Anyone know of replacements? Knock on wood, not much wrong except just installed new Dometic refrigerator and need new seat covers in front cab. Pleather is falling apart. Thank you Gwen Show less

We owned a 2006 BT Cruiser for almost 15 years. She was overall a good motorhome; finish was decent and good quality fabrics & counter material in kitchen. Layout was perfect for a couple; while it could technically sleep 6, really it only slept 4 unless they were children. Factory support was terrible; had a roof leak in less than a year and when uncovered, was able to document issue stemmed from failure in building process but never was even acknowledged by factory. We paid for repair ourselves (over $1K) used Dicor religiously after and did not have any repeats. Also had long running electrical issue with storage batteries not holding charge long-term, but simply dealt with it. Averaged 10mpg overall, no major issues with tanks, slide outs; really, she held up well overall and was very comfortable to stay in. Generator was a concern as it was a Generac and parts were impossible; we considered swapping for an Onan but sold the unit. Would not buy a used one if it has the Generac--you will not get parts! I bought this RV new in Sep of this year, 2022. It is actually a 2023 model. Today is Nov 8th and after bringing it home a second time, the issues still exist on the RV side. Just a few things....a computer steering cluster module went out the second time driven. Crossroad Ford did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing, along with a faulty brake . booster. No ladder on the unit, the radio head unit is faulty and needs to be replaced, no call on the shower at all and worst of all, the RV continues to not recognize the parking brake and will not auto level or allow slide to operate. Closest dealer is over 3 hours away. Not a happy camper. In fact I've never even taken it camping as it has been in the shop pretty much from the week after I purchased. Show less

Comparing my N-L camper to my previous arctic fox 1160 is like comparing a Yugo to a Tesla. The only things the A/F had that the N/L didn't is a black tank flush and larger tanks. The A/F literally spread apart underneath when the tiny badly welded cross braces broke and pulled out the tiny wood screws. I am in the process of rebuilding it so I can sell it with a clean conscience. My only other complaint is the wasted space around the batteries which I discovered during my Victron 2kw inverter install. I added an inspection door for easy access and ventilation for the inverter right next to the solar panel display. I have owned and lived in 5 different Rv's in my 63 years and the N/L is far and away the highest quality I have seen and that includes a 25' Airstream. Show less
