Great floor plan ,easy to tow with Ram 2500. Great experience with selling dealer .Minor warranty issues that were promptly taken care of.It would be nice if factory put on better tires and upgraded suspension. Outside fridge and grill are great to have. Show less

Bought Camper brand new and while doing walk through, it was discovered that dump valve on black water was located in the underbelly making it not accessible. Then found that screws on bottom of slide were exposed and cut linoleum floor when operating slide. The above items were resolved, but in the 3 years I owned the camper, one of the Air Conditioners failed, water pump failed, and refrigerator failed. So glad I purchased an extended warranty. Loved the floor plan and the hidden pantry, but quality workmanship is nonexistent. Show less

We bought this 2024 Dutchmen Astoria 260rk because of the kitchen - it's a 'couples' trailer which suited us for our first Fifth Wheel. The Dutchmen (and I guess really, Keystone) salesperson guaranteed the craftmanship and warranty. One of the key selling points was the rear camera as, given this is our first RV, we were nervous about taking it through the US. The walkthrough at Arrkann was incredibly fast and I wish I had thought to film it. At any rate, our first trip out was over a long weekend and spending time in the RV, I am now shocked at the poor craftmanship - it really felt like the RV was 'slapped' together. Getting warranty work done at Arrkann has been a huge pain as well - I really believe no one there talks to anyone else in the shop. The rear camera worked for about 20 min after we left Red Deer - and hasn't worked since. Dutchmen (Keystone) is refusing to change it out - and the service person at Arrkann said that Dutchmen (Keystone) knew the camera was faulty at the build stage (and apparently, have now removed the camera completely) - yet they let the 2024 RVs with the rear camera be sold at the RV show. It's been a huge learning for us - will never do business with Keystone or Dutchmen again - unfortunately, just driving the RV off the lot cost us $20,000 in resale value. Do the best, most detailed due diligence when shopping for an RV - and don't just check out the manufacturer - check out the RV dealer as well because working with them can be just as frustrating as dealing with all the defects in the RV. The Astoria fifth wheel we bought last year is the worst camper I’ve owned!! The12 volt fridge eats so much power you HAVE to be plugged in!!! The Gibby box idea is a disaster!!!!! We had a typical warranty whine list after a disastrous maiden voyage that we still haven’t been correctly repaired!! I don’t know what I’m going to do with the camper yet(get rid of), but I sure as Hell won’t buy another one of these!!!! Show less

The 2913FK has been a great unit. We have owned this unit for the past 2 years and been extremely satisfied. We just finished a cross country trip (Florida >Phoenix) and it was a fantastic experience. Everything worked better than I expected. Show less

We bought this Astoria brand new back in June 2023. Had it two days and a limb fall through roof. 6 months later, we finally get it back from repairs. The only issue has been the Haier fridge hasnt worked and had to be replaced, but so far we are really enjoying this trailer. Beautiful interior, great storage and all the comforts to glamp. I had a reese goosebox installed and it pulls like a dream. Overall only months into it, but we love it so far. Would recommend. Show less

We love the layout of the camper. HOWEVER, the craftsmanship & customer service is subpar to say the least. We’ve barely had our camper a year, and it’s been falling apart since the first use. The perfect floor plan is overshadowed by all the trim falling off everywhere, the bottom main slide in the main living space which ripped the viynl when we put the slide out tonight. This is an issue that has already been brought up to keystone which basically said the warranty wouldn’t cover it even though there is a 3 year structural warranty. This is our second keystone RV, and currently looking for a better quality RV. I know the price is tempting, but you’ll make up the difference in all the issues you run into. Show less

This is my 4th camper. I love the floor plan and layout. This camper has the most solid floor out of all the campers I have owned. I splurged and bought the tankless water heater. Best thing ever. It is very efficient. I cook one meal everyday and shower once a day. It came with two 30 pound propane tanks and I have been using it for 5 months now and still have not refilled the propane once. This camper is very nice and Im happy with my choice. That being said. One thing EVERYONE must realize is all campers nowadays are being built cheaper. With cheaper materials and craftsmanship to make then lightweight and affordable. As long as you take care of it, and dont have a bunch of rowdy kids in it. It will last you many years. I was lucky to have bought mine in South Carolina at Optimal rv . Awesome sales guy and unbelievable service from the dealership. It had a few small issues at 1st. But the dealership service manager DJ sent people to my camp ground and fixed everything on site. Thats 100% customer service at its best. No extra trouble for me . So I have yet to need anything from factory warranty. I know this from experience. DO NOT BUY, OR "TRY TO HAVE" SERVICED ANYTHING FROM CAMPER WORLD. 🤮 Go anywhere but there. Show less

Like all the other RV owners say…anything built after 2019 is crap. This RV looks nice but there are pipes that lead to nowhere under the sinks not capped off. The handles to the black tank are hard to maneuver. The microwave died within 10th use of it. The trim is falling off. The tv sometimes works. The awnings squeal and the plastic bits are falling off. The shower floor is already soft. I mean the list goes on. Cheaply made. Really regret it. Show less

Picked it up in Utah. Stay two nights in it on the way home to California. Now I need to go in the shop for extensive rebuild. Most everything is broken toilet won’t work. The walls are falling down construction very poor hope to have it all fixed and on the road soon love the trailer. Just wish they would build it better. Show less
