We purchased our 2019 Aspen Trail 2710 in Oct. of '23 and have lived ,full time, ever since. We have towed it 30k+, in all terrain, up 11,000ft up the rockies, down to the N. Rim of the Grand canyon, across central USA down to Key West Florida, back to San Antonio Texas, and EVERYWHERE in between. We have NEVER HAD ONE SINGLE ISSUE WITH OUR TRAILER. And we tore it up on the inside. Both rooms, beds, sofas and dinette area we completely disassembled it and threw it in the dump. And we built our HOME , for 5 yrs , we'll see, but we didn't disassemble one single screw, or ANYTHING that was factory done as not to mess with the integrity of factory seals, etc. we ran off our water pump for over a year, daily. Everything still works. Never has had any leaks, failing appliances, nothing. And I've been in some weather conditions too! Today it's below freezing in Austin Texas, and the entire outside of this thing has ice on it. We are toasty inside with a small space heater. We haven't ran the furnace heater since the first and only time we used it. That's was way to hot for us . The A/C has ran, you might as well say, 24/7/365 since we bought it. My wife , menopause deal, yeah she runs it everyday,all day. Never an issue. Everything is still going strong. I removed the underbelly about six months into this lifestyle because I HAD TO KNOW my exact layout under there. I found a crack in pot tank on the seam. Repaired that. Double tied all wires, connectors, propane lines, secured every thing and replaced the belly with s.s. zip screws so now it can be removed easier if need be . I've re coated the roof with Henry's, I keep all filters, vents ,coils clean almost daily as we have two cats and a Cane Corso. This camper is the best. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. Now, somethings I've noticed could have been better, but that everything we deal with. I tow it with a 2012 Nissan Armada Platinum 4×4. So easy my wife tows it with full confidence, easily. We always say we should have went a little bigger or we wish we had slides, but this was the right one for the right people and we love it Show less

Well where to start. My rv spent more time in the shop in the first year then in my driveway or on a campsite. The quailty there is none this unit must have been put together by first graders. Who ever did the wiring did not know you need to crimp the wires in place. Plumbers or who ever did the water lines did not know that the hose clamps go over the male end of the pipe and not just the female end. The customer service manager is just as bad as the no experience workers in the factory. There moto is we do not make phone calls. I do not know how this company is still in buisness. Show less

The Alpenlite Aspen series is a lighter version of the Limited series and it is exciting that they have a travel trailer version available. We love ours and it has Corian counter tops, stainless steel sinks and tons of top notch features! It has a nice interior with maple cabinets, high quality carpets and a nice vinyl entry area.. When I bought this RV, in April of 2023, there was a "special" $2500 Factory Discount, due to 2022 overstock, that prevented the 2023 models from coming in, but even with that "additional" discount, the Depreciation, after just one year is both Shocking & Disappointing !!! I had it delivered 20 miles away to an RV Park & other than the large red tail light lenses dangling off their frames on strings of silicone, because they were Never screwed in, upon arrival, I have not had any other problems, which I think is due to the fact that I have never towed it Anywhere & that I have Never used the shower, sinks, stove or holding tanks, primarily because I am convinced that if I, actually, use it for how it was intended, that I will discover just how Poorly it was really built & have Many More Problems !!! POOR QUILITY IN GENERAL AND ITS BRAND NEW DO BETTER KEYSTONE PAY YOUR PEOPLE MORE TO BUILD THESE CAMPERS NOT ALL PEOPLE JUST CAMP IN THEM THEY LIVE IN THEM. THE BEST THING ABOUT MY CAMPER IS THE FAN IN THE BATHROOM THAT SUCKS THE MOISTURE OUT. EVERY PLUG DOESN'T WORK BLEW A FUSE REALLY WHY IS THAT????? FAUCET LEAKS IN THE KITCHEN SINK FROM JUST USING IT!!!!! Show less

Purchased trailer brand new Ian’s got 15 miles down the road before having to turn around and go back because the sides were bowing out. The shell of the trailer was not attached. 3 weeks later, and one missed camping trip we finally got the trailer back. Got home and went to put the stabilizers down and they didn’t work. Our friend who is an rv repairman, found the issue and said the wiring was done so poorly. He was able to fix the problem and also found a light not wired proper. The last thing we wanted to do is drive back to the dealer and lose out on another camping trip. We’ve owned rvs before and this is By far the cheapest built, flimsy, piece of junk we’ve owned. I’ve written the company back with no response, no, help whatsoever to get other repairs done. Also….the propane griddle just falls off the brackets on the trailer. Show less

I bought this RV new in Sep of this year, 2022. It is actually a 2023 model. Today is Nov 8th and after bringing it home a second time, the issues still exist on the RV side. Just a few things....a computer steering cluster module went out the second time driven. Crossroad Ford did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing, along with a faulty brake . booster. No ladder on the unit, the radio head unit is faulty and needs to be replaced, no call on the shower at all and worst of all, the RV continues to not recognize the parking brake and will not auto level or allow slide to operate. Closest dealer is over 3 hours away. Not a happy camper. In fact I've never even taken it camping as it has been in the shop pretty much from the week after I purchased. Show less

We just love our Travel Trailer. Plenty of room and easy to tow. We try to get out every month. We recently took a two week trip to Oregon. What a great time we had! We pull it with a 2500 Ram 2021 . Show less

Bought it last year, we Used it for the first time in August. Can't open microwave, toilet leaks can't use it. AC didn't work as soon as we got it home last year. Waiting for warranty service it's getting cold at night so we turned on heater and it doesn't work either. Called Dutchman and all they said was to go to website for nearest dealer. They really don't care whether they have a good product or not. I pull it with a Dodge Durango, and it's fairly stable. When setting up I wish it had front stabilizer Jack's, but they scimped on that too. Show less

2013 2810BHS. Overall- OK. ( get what you pay for) Buy an expensive camper or spend the money upgrading what you have. Ultimately, it’s cheaper to buy an old one and fix it how you want it. Unless you spend $60k or more. Couch and seat cushions are terrible and the industry knows it. ( they don’t care) AC and Water heaters are poorly made by design so you have to replace them. (Replaced both) We use a surge protector, so far so good. Countertops are particle board and delaminate when they get wet. (Another by design failure) As for the roof, I went around all the edges with 6” eterna bond. (Roofs are designed to fail ) Side ports are flimsy and seals fall apart easily. Slide works good, but rubber seal fell apart. (Replaced) We don’t use the stove but it works ok. Replaced the sink faucet because it literally cracked, not froze, just cracked. ( designed to fail) Skylights cracked… designed to fail… Windows have done ok. We run a dehumidifier in the camper due to humid weather so the walls & wall paper are ok. The slide out trim is weak and comes off easily. Screws would have solved that. Shower stall cracked at 4 feet on wall. Poor material, cheaply made, designed to fail. In cause you haven’t noticed, almost everything on a camper is designed to fail. It keeps the industry going Changed out all the lights that got excessively hot to LED. Changed on board battery to Li- Ion 100 amp hour battle born w 10 year warranty. Runs the lights and fridge for days. Installed LED lights in all storage bins Installed LED strips under camper for light at camp. Recovered all furniture. Upgraded mattresses to memory foam Added rack for honey pot transport Added spare tire rack. Added upgraded bumper to haul boat behind camper Upgraded blinds to black outs Installed 2 LED flat screens Buy an expensive camper or spend the money and upgrade. Show less
