Tried to get warrenty work done on our grand design. Sent several emails to service manager, no response. Phoned and left messages, no call back. Finally contacted and made a day and time to bring trailer in with list of repairs needed. Service manager too busy to talk with us about issues. Left trailer with ...

Tried to get warrenty work done on our grand design. Sent several emails to service manager, no response. Phoned and left messages, no call back. Finally contacted and made a day and time to bring trailer in with list of repairs needed. Service manager too busy to talk with us about issues. Left trailer with list of repairs with salesman. 12 days later,never heard from dealer. Phoned and talked to service manager, said he would check and call me the next day. 3 days later no phone call. Looking for a different dealer on the island for service. Do not go to arbutus rv.no service or communicating with them
