We bought the Scout Lite because it would fit in our garage and was easy to tow. We expected reduced comfort and storage. We did NOT expect one cabinet door to fall off during our first outing. Nor did we expect another door to be hanging by one hinge during the first outing. The air conditioner doesn't work, which has kept us bouncing between the dealership and the AC manufacturer. Do not buy this poor quality camper unless you want to make your own repairs. Show less

Love our 2022 Super lite 29RLBS RV. We purchased new . Only problem was a loose water line under kitchen sink that just needed tightened. Once the living slide was stuck. We manually opened ot then has worked with no problem extending or retracting. . Definitely recommend Flagstaff Show less

We traded in our 2018 Forest River Wildwood for a 2022 Sunset Trail in September of 2022 we had one week of camping at the end of last season and we had multiple issues which to be expected with a new camper we took it back to the dealer and it took forever for them to get the things repaired but that I guess is on the dealer but now this season we've been in it all season and we're finding a lot more wrong the interior walls are all loose the refrigerator keeps acting up the freezer keeps flying in the fridge keeps freezing constantly have to reset it the windows and the blinds are very hard to open and close all the lights and receptacles and one of the slides do not work the little night stand by the bed just fell apart the kitchen drawers don't work proper even after they repaired them the door latches front and back don't work properly I really feel this is a cause of covid with mass production the the man was there and they just mass produced quality went down Show less

We bought in April 2022. Within months the walls were pulling away from frame. Many smaller things like electric, inverter have broke when out on a trip. After camping season was over, it went back to manufacturer for 3 months. Unknown to us, the frame work was breaking apart and had to he rebuilt in several places. We feel right then and there they should have declared it a lemon. We gave had nothing but problems with the side that was broken. The leaf spring broke and the brake pieces fell apart. We believe these were due to the frame issue. Everytime we take it out we have a $300 to $1,000 repair on top of our trip when we get back. Is it fun to go camping? Not with a Crossroads. Show less

Purchased 8/22 12v pump leaks under sink from day one, Out side kitchen door put on crooked leaked water in to RV in rain came out under inverter fuse panel, fresh water tank fell out from under trailer when it was stored for the winter ripped sensor wires and fill hose never used tank only city side and the inverter blew after it was fixed. kitchen faucet has no water pressure takes about 3 min to fill a 8 oz glass Show less

Lots of problems!!This camper is poorly built and the water tank is designed to hold 1/3 of water! Can't drain all the water out of tank. This is Unheard of!! Lots of travel to get it fixed, not fixed by dealer 2 times And Lori and Pam from manufacture company, were no help in solving the problem. Was told in Email, its been fixed twice, this one is on you! What does that mean? I bought it new expecting to use all the water not just 2/3 of it and the rest just sit in the tank. GROSS!! Terrible manors by company!! Do your self a favor. Don't buy a gulfstream, They do not stand behind their word and warrantee they offer. I have photos of ALL repairs. Show less

We have had problems from the beginning.Had to have the entrance Door fixed,heater did not work properly,refridgerator did not work properly,.The floor stopper by refridgerator broke. We had to buy extra batteries and solar to get the refridgerator to work.The refridgerator still doesn’t work properly-runs12-16 hours continuously and uses all the power. We have a generator but campgrounds don’t allow overnight use of generators.So our power is only about38% by morning.We like the other features but we are Very Disappointed with the refridgerator-contacted everyone Forest River had on the list- still not working properly.So we must make do. Very poor design-wrong type of refridgerator for the trailer. Our old trailer had a propane one and never had problems. Show less

Viewing a number of trailers prior to purchase I found Nucamp's Tab 400 Boondock Lite (2019) light years ahead in quality to those viewed. Attention to detail, quality cabinetry (dovetail high-quality wood, no frigg'en particleboard), lighting, solar, towability, Alde system, layout, etc, etc, etc.... Quick response customer service. Major complaint, Dometic Cool Cat failed a few months after the warranty. Coolant leak in a closed system, meaning nothing can be done. $1300 for new unit. Labor not included. The insulation siding is great in that it will not deteriorate, but inadequate insulation. In Arizona and Florida direct sun and the AC struggles to keep unit cool. Show less

PROS: awesome TV viewing set up, awesome kitchen island, can Watch TV while I am doing dishes and cooking, rv is perfect for 2 pppl, spacious without being too gigantic, the heater and AC work wonderfully, love the food pantry, stove works great, the fireplace is able to heat entire camper, hi def tv is awesome, i looooove the storage behind TV and i loooooove its in a corner of the slide, overhead lighting all work great and keep rv brightly lit at night, love the pretty kitchen table set up like in a real home as opposed to a dinette, the theater sofa is sooooooo comfie and i can easily fall asleep on it and do! Love how both sofas face the TV as opposed to having to turn sideways to watch TV, bathroom set up is nice; bedroom closet is great, bedside tables are great, nice big mirror on the closet, mattress is super comfie, ample storage above bed and all over this RV! Love all the outside lighting options, LED lights outside too, nice living room ceiling fan. CONS: Dumb kitchen table the post holding it up prevents the 4 chairs from being pushed all the way in to save floor space, i dont like the pleated blinds they are very difficult to open and close i wish they were the rolling shade style, my unit doesnt have a catch to hold the main door all the way open - i must use a rope to keep it open when windy, i dont know what area of this rv is Zone 1 or Zone 2; so i can not set the campers heater correct, the bedroom gets overheated as a result- is that Zone 1? We HATED the dark brown wood finish in here. We painted everything bright white as the dark wood was making us depressed, dont like some windows only open a couple inches, freezer is too tiny, fridge is pretty small too, shower faucets are impossible to get to correct temperature and super slow/low pressure, lastly the microwave died on our first trip. We cant Speak about towing this RV because we don’t and we pay somebody to tow it for us back-and-forth to our annual campground we go to every year. Show less

I have had my KIT for 3 years the shower hot water heater is great the 106 portable water is enough to last a long weekend with four people the trailer pulls great . All Let’s that have been broken due to operator error are an easy fix through several online stores or any RV service center Show less
