Please, please buy somewhere else! This company are a bunch of liars and thieves! We bought our first (and last) RV last year from a salesman that no longer is employed there (read between lines). Right from the start there was high pressure sales and promises made that were never kept. Told us that the mouse guard would protect our trailer from mice ... this is not entirely true! Had we been told the truth we would have taken steps to mouse-proof our trailer. First year we had mice! Then the warranty work! What a nightmare! Their service department is embarrassing and borderline incompetent! Door and microwave needed to be replaced and brought back three times before it was done. Then the final straw ... we brought it in (for warranty work) and told them to winterize it. They charged us $280.00 and come spring, the lines and tank had not been drained, froze and exploded. This caused a large amount of damage to the floor and trim. They tried to put it under our warranty (which wee stopped) but they did end of fixing it. We asked for a refund and they offered to give as a 50% service credit. We sold the trailer and wouldn't use Allendale RV for anything. Service Manager Sean was supposed to call us to discuss .... nothing! We paid $45,000 for the trailer from these thieves in 2023 and they offered to purchase it from us for $25,000. Sales Manger Mahzair made all these promises and then ghosted us! All we asked was for a refund on our service for the winterization and on the mouse guard as we were not told the truth. They are more interested in making a fast buck then customer loyalty or service. Still waiting of the refund on the warranty purchase ... I'm sure this was a lie as well! Anyone have any ideas on who to complain to, please let me know! We sold the trailer to another dealer for $27,000. Make sure you read the negative reviews! Stay away from this company! I'm sure the owner will read this and ignore it just like all his staff due to upset customers! Ruined our desire to ever enter the camping world. Thanks Allendale RV for nothing! Show less
