We are extremely dissatisfied with both Jayco build quality and the dealer All Seasons RV in Yuba City, Ca. When the trailer finally arrived, we were told that All Seasons would need a few days to check it out, and clean it. The day we drove 3 hours to pick it up, the trailer looked good from a distance, but the factory did a terrible job with the sealant. The trailer had marks on the black fenders, sealant was not wiped off the body after tent pop out installs, just painted over. When we got the trailer home, we then discovered that there were numerous issues with the build. Both the kitchen and bathroom counter tops were not glued down properly. The forward bed fold out canvas was not installed correctly. The white bathroom sink had a black mark in it. One window shade dropped down crooked when pulled down, while the others were extremely stiff and we were afraid they would break. Two plastic parts fell out of the small side window when we first opened it. We called All Seasons to return the trailer (another 3hr drive) to drop it off to get “repaired”. That was the end of July. It’s now Oct 12th and only a few days ago we were told the trailer was finally ready. We have made numerous calls to All Seasons service department for a status, and when Larry from service finally called back and went over the “repairs”, I had asked about some of the other items on the list for repair that he didn’t mention. He said he would look into the rest of the issues and call me back. After 4 more calls to Larry with no call back, the receptionist told me on the last call Larry was with his tech’s and to hold. After holding for some time, she advised me that Larry handed her the paperwork and walked away. He didn’t bother to talk to me or confirm the issues he said he would look into. We have had to cancel two trips we had planned as our brand new trailer sat at your business for two months. We are out 9 hours driving time and $240 in gas going back and forth to All Seasons. We have been nothing but polite and patient during this ridiculous mess. Their service department’s “service” is unacceptable. The factory did a terrible job building the trailer, and the extra days to check out the trailer and clean before we could pick it up, we’re not effective or acceptable. At this point, we can NOT recommend All Seasons or Jayco. I can understand the factory ramping up from the COVID delays, but whoever is in charge of quality control before a trailer is shipped, needs to be fired. As for your All Seasons RV, the communication and follow through is terrible. I feel I must post this review on RV forums to help others avoid the aggravation and expense of dealing with All Seasons RV. Jeffrey and Jeanine
