Affinity RV is a mid-sized dealer and carries a decent selection of brands, price points, and RV types. Prices are a little higher than Phoenix but if you are local it may still make sense to buy there for local support. Unfortunately they fall down in service. If you are thinking of buying an RV be it trailer or motorized, know that even a brand new rig will have multiple problems. I bought a Winnebago Solis and was lucky to have only three issues from the factory. When I was at the service department checking in to get the problems fixed, the person in front of me had just returned from their first trip in their new 5th wheel trailer and had a list of 17 problems to fix. I scheduled an appointment with Affinity’s service department for the warranty repairs and it was two weeks out. It turns out that doesn’t mean they will diagnose the problems that day, in fact it was another two weeks after dropping it off before they looked at the first issue. Then they submit to Winnebago for warranty approval. Then they wait for parts. So it’s been six weeks since I called to schedule and nothing is fixed and the second two issues haven’t even been diagnosed. If the second and third problems require parts then the whole process of diagnosing, waiting for parts and fixing the defects starts over again. My service department contact told me they had 300+ vehicles in for repair and I would just have to wait. Months. In the meantime my warranty is ticking down and I can’t use my RV. I get that service technicians, especially good ones, are hard to find. So do something about it! Yavapai College is looking for local employers who need trained staff and are happy to set up programs for local companies to train future employees. They have done that for many local employers. National RV manufacturers have training programs. If Affinity is serious about solving their service problem they are going to have to think outside the box to find technicians. Until then, buyer beware.

The Prescott location service department lacks customer service. I was told on google reviews from the 'owner' 'mark our service visor explained if, you could bring it in we would be more than happy to take a look at it and see' which is a lie because what I was told was 'I don't know how much more clear to make it but there is nothing we can do' when I called to tell them that my rv almost started on fire due to poor installation of a sway bar bracket that cinched the wiring for the brake system.

I contacted my insurance company about an accident I had and they referred me to Affinity RV for repairs. I took my motorhome to Affinity in February to have an estimate done and to have the parts ordered before starting repairs. I returned the Motorhome to Affinity in early April when they said they would be ready to work on it. After (4) months (July), I went to check on the progress of my motorhome. It was partially repaired (repairs were far from quality) as you could still see the cracks in the fiberglass and few areas that were not even repaired. Got the insurance company out there again to review the Motorhomes condition and they were also concerned about the quality if the workmanship. I personally checked on my vehicle again today and no work has been done since the insurance company was there a MONTH AGO. I have tried numerous times to contact the GM but he doesn’t return phone calls. My next step this week will be to contact the Better Business Bureau.. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP unless you want to be thoroughly disappointed!!

Affinity is a decent dealership when it comes to sales. When I bought my Jayco travel trailer, the sales associate was attentive, helpful, and quite informative about my purchase options. The problem begins when you need service on your unit. Forget it! Here you are at the start of the season with a critical failure. So you go to the Affinity service department for repair work. The service rep tells you they can make an appointment for service in 4 weeks. Yeh great half the camping season is lost. I needed a simple plastic latch the hold the Dometic refrigerator door closed, it took 8 weeks to get and install the part. I brought my trailer in three times to have that refrigerator which has not worked reliably from day one, to have its function checked out. They told me it's working fine. I had to cancel my next scheduled camping trip because the refrigerator “was not working at all!! Today I had to cancel another trip due to a nonfunction Dometic Refrigerator. So go ahead and purchase your RV or Trailer from Affinity RV in Prescott az. But plan on having your after-sale severs performed somewhere else Oh no, don't buy the line that Affinity has just changed hands and is under new management. I had the same encounter with the new Affinity organization just 3 months ago when I need my electric brake system checked. (we can schedule you for service in 6 weeks) Affinity Rv “never again”

December 21, 2020 David Van Denover 530 949-8904 Davidvd2763Gmail.com In September 2020, I purchase a brand-new Keystone Montana 3720 5th wheel from Affinity RV in Prescott Arizona. The sales staff were very good and we agreed on a price. I was told that I could pickup the new RV in about 1 ½ weeks. I drove the 923 miles to Prescott from No. California. When I arrived, I was given the walk through and told that some parts were missing, that they would be ordered and then sent to me. I stayed the night at the dealership and noticed that the refrigerator would not cool, the cable tv switch did not work, ceiling fan did not work, and a couple of other minor issues. Lots of promises were made regarding parts and service. These all turned out to be lies. After returning home with the new unit, I attempted to contact Affinity to determine the status of my replacement parts. Calls went mostly unanswered. I left messages with never a returned call from service. I contacted my salesman numerous times, which usually resulted with a phone call from service with more lies about delays from the manufacturer (Keystone). I called keystone and they said that the parts had shipped and were delivered that day. I called back a week later and was told that the only way to get the parts to me was to remover and send my original parts to them and that I would have to pay to ship the replacements parts to me. I called Keystone again and complained. Then I received a call from Affinity Service telling me that they would send me the missing parts but not the replacement parts? I could come to Affinity, 925 miles one way, and the parts would be installed. I called and complained to my salesman again and then I received a call back from Chris in service telling me to sent in my parts and after receiving them they would send me the placement parts at my expense. I sent my parts to affinity around the 10th of November. They received them four days later. I included my mailing information, phone number, and instructions to call me for credit card information for the shipping. No response. I called a week later left a message. No Response! I contacted the salesman again, then received a call from Chris, saying that the parts would be taken to the parts department, they would contact me for credit card info. After one week, I called Affinity again, left a message, NO RESPONSE!!! I called parts a few days later. They said that did not have any information regarding any parts and that Chris was the only one that knew anything about it and he was off sick with Covid-19. I called a few more time and left messages, NO RESPONSE!!!!!, I left an email for the Sales Manager, detailing my frustration. I received a call the next morning. I was told that Chris was still of sick and that he was going to find out what was going on and that someone would call me. NO RESPONSE!!!. Today I called Affinity again, tried parts, message machine, called back, tried service, message machine, called back tried parts again, human answered, told that they would call me back. Guess what? NO RESPONSE!!!! I don’t know what to do?? Any Help would be appreciated. Thank You. David Van Denover

This review is about the service department. I paid $1,569 to have a hitch and wiring installed and experienced the worst customer service of my life. My 80 year-old father took in his Honda CRV to have a hitch and wiring installed so I could use it to pull a trailer for vacation. He made the appointment several weeks ahead of time and was told it would be done by the time I left for vacation. Affinity charged $535 to install the hitch. He took the trailer home and realized the wiring had not been done. When he called, the salesperson claimed it had been done. He then brought it in and they admitted it wasn’t done. They then gave him an estimate for the wiring that showed a zero balance. The day before I was scheduled to leave, the work still wasn’t done. We called several times, but no one returned our calls. My father finally talked to the service manager. My father was worried after this conversation and asked me to stop by to confirm that it would be ready with this person. My conversation with the service manager was the worst customer service experience of my life. All I wanted was an apology and assurance that the car would be done on time. Instead, he was belligerent and rude and told me I was lucky they were working on the trailer at all and even threatened to stop working on it. After this terrible experience, they charged me 1034.77 for the wiring, for a total of $1,569!! It seems they felt they could take advantage of an elderly man and a woman from out of state. After paying that enormous amount of money, Affinity did not even attach a hitch and ball. I had to buy it from another dealer for an additional $50.
