The sales staff Jeff W. I wouldn't recommend him as a sales rep.. His demeanor is oh so special when you meet him. when it comes to getting the negotiations done.. he is weak no back bone. A sales rep name David is more on the reputable side of sales. After buying our camper we went back to check a different camper as we weren't happy with the issues with the one we purchased. We went to Jeff our sales rep - we called him and he gave us a number for trade. spoke to my wife and I and after giving the numbers,, he didn't wait to see if we would want that agreement or if we wanted to go back and ask for more. He just said ok thanks for your business and hung up. The GM (new gm at that) Tom. I guess he wants to make a name for himself with the family owned business.. His negotiation skills are lacking as is his customer service. We asked for a phone call from him and after a week we are still waiting. He sits in his office and just sits there, the finance man is in there more than he is in his own office, the only thing I can say about him is he wants to sell the warranty's - that are more then the camper itself. As for the warranty or service department. We needed to have the camper door replaced and the slides adjusted. We have waited over a month. The manager said there was no record of it.. the Tech named Kevin(extremely good) sent the pictures to the girls at the warranty desk.. the girls had no idea. - I guess they were deleted. So now we have been waiting over a month - no telling how long we will have to wait for the door to come in and then get it installed correctly. Still no adjustment for the slide. daylight coming in underneath the slide as well as the entire right side of slide. The parts man Danny F. is fantastic. great customer service as well as knowledge and friendly. STAY AWAY FROM A& L RV SALES CHRISTIANA/MURFREESBORO TN.
