This 5th wheel makes me feel like Tom Hanks in The Money Pit. Everyday it is something else. I wonder if Keystone has considered a quality control program. The furnace is out, the water pump pushes the water back out the same way it was put in, the paint is flaking off of the unprimed metal framing around the ramp door, the trim inside the camper has already had to be reinstalled, the locks for the access panels come out when operated, etc. What makes this so sad is the camper was purchased in December 2025, brand new off the lot, and has only been towed for one trip at 600 miles(+/-). And don’t even get me started on the most useless document ever published, the Owners Manual. Most definitely the worst money I have ever spent.

This RV is often referred to as a "Couple's Camper" because of its open floor plan, king bed and large bathroom. If you get the dinette version it can sleep four. We chose the recliner loveseat sitting in front of the fireplace and relaxing, so our's sleeps two. We have not had any problems with it and I can say that after looking at so many other designs, this one works well for the 2 of us and our large dog. The hardware on the inside doors is sturdy and the doors do not come off the track when underway as some other models do. The large kitchen counter space and pantry are just what we needed. Happy to have the solar panel and monitoring equipment installed and working. Central heat and air are super nice and quiet. Second entry/exit door in the master BR is a bonus, since we sometimes leave the door open with just the screen. Very happy with this unit. It is just under 6000 lbs. and tows easily. It has good ground clearance and is well built with aluminum infrastructure and walkable roof. Having the rear ladder to access equipment on the roof is a big bonus. There are videos available to see the manufacturing plant and process. Oh, and there are organizing shelves built in under the bed and a quick connect for propane to run the grill off the main tanks. Too many extras to mention here. Have not used warranty at all. Did come with crap tires which we promptly replaced. Highly recommend this model if you are looking.

I purchased my Forest River No Bo from an owner who had it for 3 years. At first glance it's a fairly nice travel trailer. Once you have used it for a year or so , you realize how poorly constructed these trailers really are. Of course every cabinet is made from particle board, so the least amount of pressure on an electrical outlet, will knock it right out of the wall. I have two now that are impossible to re-attach. The valances above the windows are sagging from opening and closing them. Overall, these trailers are made like dog do. If I ever decide to purchase another one, it won't be the crap that Forest River puts out. That being said, I'd give them a one star review.

We bought the 2025 Cougar 364BHL Hero edition in June of 2025 and used it through last summer and fall; writing this on 3/10/2026 as we get ready for the next camping season. We are mostly weekenders with 1-2 long distance trips for a week+ each year. This is camper #6 so we've had everything from popup to this fifth wheel and the full spectrum of quality. Bar none this is the best unit we've had. Fit and finish is top tier. All of the mechanicals work fine, from hooking, unhooking, driving, camp setup and enjoying it. Water and sewer systems are fine, although tankless water heater is quirky and takes a bit to get used to. No leaks; I am constantly scowering the roof, walls, floors, plumbing and fixtures for any moisture. Electrical system is great; no issues. Appliances are all great; no concerns. The only warranty concerns were a couple of window shades, one pocket door that was damaged and one piece of trim replaced. That's it. Tows great behind my Ram Truck. So, I do hear horror stories about campers built afer 2019 as having so many issues, but I will say, in our case we have had a really good experience. We purchased it from Camping World in Syracuse, NY and we were very happy with the before and after purchase experience.

I purchased new in 2021 a Lance 2075 travel trailer. Despite my extensive efforts to keep mice from entering, I am having MAJOR issues!!! This year is ESPECIALLY bad!! I have an insurance claim in the process, and I'm expecting my insurance company to write it off as a total loss due to rodent infestation!! Quality control at the factory is atrocious!! I have done everything I could possibly do to keep mice from getting in!! When I brought it home from the dealer, I spent two days on my back underneath it sealing holes in the underbelly that should have been done at the factory!!! Where the wiring, plumbing etc. entered the trailer, there was holes the I could fit three fingers in!!! I applied Mouse-Free religiously ,and still mice got in!! I called Lance directly and their attitude was, "so what do you want me to do about it?" Hence the one star for warranty/support!!I will never buy another Lance product, and anyone shopping for an RV , I would suggest you look elsewhere!! The ONLY exceptional thing is the towing. It did hold the road very well, and I never had a problem when passing semis or in heavy cross winds!

When picking up the new cougar fifthwell it would not attach to the slide hitch correctly. It would fit on a short bed truck, but not on a long bed and they didn't know this. We had to have some adjustments made, and it finally worked. The furrion refrigerator freezer never worked even after taking it in a few times to the dealer. A private rv person tells me to do a hard reset, and it should work after that. It works correctly one time and then goes back to its old habits of not cooling and freezing correctly.. we have the lost food frequently because of this. Everything online says that furrion rv refrigerators are nothing but problems. All of the cabinet doors and drawers fly open while driving slinging everything you have onto the floor and that's not while driving on a Bumpy road. The heating floor vents are made out of plastic embrake quite easily. Metal costs a few more dollars and works so much better. The igniter on the furrion stove eventually broke off, because it too was made out of cheap plastic.

I purchased a Nash 26N 2022 and it has had several issues. Lots of leaking water lines and drain lines. Water heater on the electric side went out. Water pump had bypass and was filling up my holding tank when hooked up to water. LED interior light have slowly gone out changed them out with aftermarket lights and had no issues so I think it's just the brand Northwood uses. Changed my couch out and the screwed the framing from the outside of the trailer at the factory so I had to split the 2x4's then cut the crew off inside with a dremal. AC unit works but not well enough to cool the trailer down when the temperature is at or above 85 outside. New one is shower is now leaking badly underneath. I've cut the membrane and pulled the insulation out so I have a new Nash project lol. I've owened 6 rvs in 32 years and the Nash has had more issues than the previous 5 combined. I'm from Oregon and have been very disappointed in the Oregon based Northwood brand. I would run not by another Northwood.

The salespeople at the dealership emphasized how well built these trailers by Evergreen are and they are worth the extra money if you plan on keeping it for a long time. I would highly recommend owning one of these lightweight RV's over other lesser quality brands.

Brand new 2025 Thor outlaw 38kb. The roof is leaking. Thor refused repair in October 2025. We took one trip from Michigan to Kentucky. Water is pouring in from our rear top ac unit. Per General RV we need a new roof. Waiting on Thor to approve. If they had approved last year maybe this issue would have been found prior to the water infiltration. Very poor customer service. Very poor warranty approval. Spending 200,000 on a rig that has white caulk showing on the roof. They don't care if we drive it around looking this way? Buyer BEWARE

While on our 2nd trip with trailer, we noticed a crease in the vinyl floor in front of the fridge. There is an 18" -+ noticable valley in floor. Looks like an obvious flaw in the underlayment. After months of communication with Grand Design, there only solution is to patch the floor. In a high traffic area this would not last and hurt resale value. Also, the drawers by the front door wobbled and banged up against the door frame. This I fixed with heavy duty Blum sliders that had no side to side play. Grand Design does not back their product, we'll never buy their product again.
