First I want to say the Ford Chassis is the best part of this motor home. It is completely awesome. The rest is a complete nightmare. I have had nothing but trouble sense purchasing this motor home. The spider system is a complicated and something is not working most of the time. The 7” readout panel I had to replace last month it never worked right sense I bought this motor home new. The Truma water heater I had to replace a few years ago because it leaked and could not be fixed. The dash at the front window has 5 screws that extend down into the motor bay that pulled loose. The problem was that the diameter of the screws were so small and the treads were not large enough to hold on to the fiberglass. When this comes loose it flaps in the breeze as your driving down the road letting bees, flys, and what ever else is flying in the road at the time inside motor home. The door coming into the motor home has a leather looking cover on the inside, the cover started peeling back and I had to have it replaced within the first year I had this RV. I had to call Bob Tiffin to have it replaced, the company I bought this motorhome at are in Missoula Montana, it took it down there and they promised to have it done right away, but no there promise meant nothing. But it did get fixed but I could not use the motor home for a long time during the summer, and summer is real short here in Montana. Another dealing I had with this motor home company was the same result promises said and not kept. They had it for weeks and I had to take it out of there because I needed it. Let’s just say they had it a weeks for a fix that should only take 1/2 of a day at most. Wall paper trim has come off a replaced when it was still new. The drawers in the bedroom were all coming unscrewed an falling down, today I bought new screws to fix them. The screws that screwed the drawer slides were number 4x3/8” long.and all of the screws holding the brackets together in the wall were loose so the drawers shook in in place as you drove down the highway. This is a list of stuff that just starts to say about small part of the problems I have had.

Hydraulic hose cut due to hose routed incorrectly. Hydraulic motor failed A cheap China product. Tankless water heater leaked because of a faulty O-Rings. Switchover box failed. Fake leather bench and sofa are flaking. 18k and just my wife and I. Wallpaper coming loose. If you want a fixer upper get a Thor! Oh just remembered had to replace water vavle system.

Ford F550 is awesome! That's where it ends. Get ready to make huge investments. Purchased from an individual and my be is they had all the same issues as the repair shops I have taken it to say the items have been replaced. I have replace the refrigerator, the shwintec slide system, hot water heater. We have had to repair the sliding doors. Window trim falls off and had be reattached, window mechanism replaced that holds side window shut. Line got pinched by slide and had to be replaced. RV techs tell me the slide will never last because it's a single full side slide and Shwintec won't suppor the weight.

Nothing but trouble from day one first aqua hot didnt work so no hot water next front lg tv won’t hook to wireless router. They said probably a bad module to bring it in and they will tell me how much it will cost cost to fix it. Bankston can’t service it until the 18th almost a month after we purchased it. They supposedly do a pre check before the sale there is no way they could have missed these problems. I would like to park in front of Bankston and put a big lemon sign on it. If you do buy from Bankston do not expect service after the sale. I don’t know how much it is going to cost me to repair which should have worked when we bought it. They make a big show with red carpet etc and walk you around open all bays etc. I can open the bays but fixing problems isn’t really in my wheelhouse

This camper was bought new in 2019. It spent the first 6 month in and out of shop. The heater, stove, refrigerator wiring, doors, sconce on light. Door seals awning and electric all had to be replaced or repaired. Oh yea, the plumbing too Wire nuts were in my grey water tank. My black water drain fell off going down hwy and had to be replaced because it was only held up with cheap plumbers tape. I have slowly fixed all this myself with some help from dealership.
