The 2 AC units keep everything comfortable. The bunkhouse is separate and on the opposite side of the RV from the main bedroom, which is great for parents with kids! The bunkhouse sleeps 3. There is a ton of storage space.

As with many RVs workmanship pops up. e.g. loose fasteners, cheap faucets, shower heads etc. Those we replaced right away. We replaced factory tow pin with a Reese Goose Box. We never had an issue with heating/cooling, water heater or the propane systems. A big headache was the tank sensors, can't trust them!

LOVE this fifthwheel! I have had a few lemons and lack luster RVs in the past, but this is not one of them. Best RV for the money and easily one of the most livable units I have found. Comparable to group facilities found in a large toyhauler, but with more refined living space and better comfortability. I love the easy of set up with auto level, wet bay access and easy, as well as quick breakdown. Slide systems are quality along with almost everything else I have seen. I did a ton of research on how to find quality for this purchase and this RV scored super high on my list. I have owned over a year now with no regrets! Would buy it again in a heartbeat.

This RV is awesome! I have owned it for several years after having some not so great starter rigs. I did tons of research before buying, but that really didn't prepare me for how much I would love owning the Columbus 374BH. Quality and style are rarely found together, but Palomino definitely did this one right. I full timed for a few months in it with a family of seven and we found it a very comfortable fifth wheel in spite of our large group size. I would buy this rig again 10 times before I ever looked elsewhere.

Overall, it's had great space, the layout is super conducive to full-time living, and we feel like we have more than enough space with two kids and two dogs. Like with all RVs, there are some quirks (cabinets could have been deeper, deadspace utilized better in storage & layout, higher quality fittings and materials- but they're not meant to be homes)

I purchased this RV used in Jan of 2022 and bought the best extended warranty offered. The RV was rife with issues. The plumbing is shoddy at best. The fittings are plastic and the cheap plumbing hoses were used. I replaced with brass fittings and PEX lines as the numerous leaks were identified. The slideouts busted the trim around them due to poor calibration or manufacturer defects. The slideouts apparently leaked into the subfloor and rotted it out. The dealership refused to repair the flooring. I have noticed on numerous legal sites and RV sites that slideouts leaking, even on new ones, is a MAJOR and CONSISTENT problem.

The fact that this unit has 5 slide outs which opened the livability areas of this RV is crazy good. When in tow with a vehicle designed for this size of unit, you really don't know that it is behind you. It rides very sturdy in bad weather situation and stays stable when all jacks are down giving you the home feeling. This unit from the factory was designed to be used in RV parks plugged in for power and comforts while out with the family, however this unit had a professionally installed Onan 6500 LP Generator which allows this unit to be used off grid 100% The master sleeps (2) with that home feeling, the up-stairs loft sleeps (2) and they (2) pull out couch bed up front sleep a total of (4) and if needed the wall hugger recliners will accommodate extra sleepers(1) each. This unit receives an annual safety inspection for peace of mind.

The midbunk room is a great option for kids or a home office. Tons of storage through out the coach including under belly. The modern decor and residential fridge adds a stylish appearance sure to impress friends and family. Cant say enough great things about this floor plan. The only thing I would change is having large propane tanks which is an easy upgrade!

I purchased it privately when it was two years old. I was told the hot water tank had already been replaced. There are so many poor quality issues I don't know were to start. One of the biggest issues for me is the fact there is no insulation in the walls. My neighbors might as well be sitting in my unit as I can hear everything. Yes one A/C can't come close to cooling it. 85 outside 85 inside but no humidity. Close the drawers in the kitchen and you can still see the drawer slide ends . Cheap vent fans with small fans blades don't really exhaust any air. I can go on and on but you get the picture. I know most RVs are far from perfect but I definitely would never buy a Prime Time again. I could have gotten a much better built unit for the same price I paid. Looks good but that's it .
