2018 Class A - Diesel reviews

This is the poorest quality I have ever seen in my life . I am the second owner of a barely used coach with only 18k miles. Grey water drain does not line up with the access hole underneath, making it impossible to connect. Restroom sink hooks into black tank, making teeth brushing a real appetizer. No spare tire??? I thought I got a real good price, but ended up out of pocket for ridiculous repairs due to zero quality control. Take my advice and stay away from this company. Show less

We bought it new and are the original owners. The quality of the MB Sprinter 3500 and LTV Coach are incomparable. We put 65,000 miles on it over seven years and never had a serious breakdown of any kind with the chassis or the coach. The size of the vehicle enables maneuvering in tight places without any problems. We love the Rocky Mountain West and have thoroughly enjoyed exploring new and revisiting familiar places in those states and Canada. If you're interested in a gently used motor home, which looks like new and has been serviced and maintained with all receipts and records this rig is a great choice! Show less

Easy driving with the Comfort Drive adjustment. Quiet and smooth ride. Excellent towing a Jeep Wrangler with the Blue Ox system. Plenty of lighting inside. Liked the various configurations for the interior with the work desk slide out, a kitchen work area slide out and the swivel captains driver and passenger seats. Show less

This is a very livable and easy Class A RV. Its inside and outdoor living space is excellent. Can go anywhere with large gas, water and waste tanks. Very low hours on generator and great for boomdocking. Easily tows a toad. I towed a mini cooper and didn't even know it was there. Ready to go anywhere with fresh service and newer tires! Show less

The 4 slides make this 36 ft RV very spacious, the layout was designed perfectly to maximize space, storage and functionality. Placement of the TV with the seating works well, Use of the kitchen, storage flows with ease. The RV is easy to pull iunto jgas stations while towing easily, the length makes turning tight corners safer. 360 hp made towing and passing easy. Powerful and good torque. Loved the well built aspect, sealed well, cords marked clearly. Just a super rig all around. Show less

Well constructed frame has subpar anti-sway bars; upgrade to Roadmaster Sway Bars greatly improved sway, cornering, and handling. Coach is spacious for a 28 foot Class A. Comfortable seating is easy to clean. Sleeping for eight is possible, not recommended. Cabinetry is furniture grade wood construction with durable finishes, easy to clean. Excellent all-LED lighting, including over-counter and multiple appropriately placed switched lights, ample exterior lighting. Amazingly comfortable King Bed. Logical operation for Black and Gray, Fresh Water, and Winterizing systems. Show less

We bought this unit used with 8000 miles on it. Bought a 2 dr jeep to tow. Travelled 6 months a year. Wanted a King bed, larger shower and washer and dryer, this unit had it all, better yet was only 36th long. It handles very well towing, but parking is a breeze. This Tiffin year was built with high standards so all the cords, wires etc are tied together nicely, all marked, all the cavities fully sealed. Was surprised how quiet the coach is overall. Well insulated too. Everything has worked properly, we had regular maintenance done, new tires, upgrades. The unit has exceeded our expectations with reliability, super comfortable and easy to drive ( Wife does all the driving) Very happy with Tiffin, we bought for quality and that's what we got. Great RV. E450 chassis has a rock solid engine! Lots of space for a family of 6, sleeping is comfy, entertainment options a-plenty. So many memories being made over the road with ability for kids to see out both sides of the RV so no one misses a thing. Show less

RV is ready to go. Has all the bells and whistles, with new (6) tires. Selling for health reasons. haven't had any trouble with the View, runs and drives like new. all appliances in working order. one slide, overhead bed in cab area, coach converts to bed, and a Flex Bed System in rear area. My husband and I love our 2018 Phoenix Cruiser 2552 B+ motorhome. We had initially bought a Class C which leaked like a sieve and the overhang had cracks throughout its structure causing continuous leaks up front. High winds would lift the rig off the road in the front due to the overhang. Class B RVs have thick, sturdy fiberglass roofs and bodies than class c which has a vastly inferior TPU roof. Our RV has top of the line Lippert slide mechanism and double pane windows with argon gas insulation which keeps the RV nice and cool in the worst summer heat. Phoenix also has thick, high quality leather seats and sofas that stand the test of time, mechanized beds to conjoin the twin beds as well as a mechanized sofa that lies flat for sleeping . The storage capacity in this unit is phenomenal given its size and the cabinetry are high quality, Amish made hardwood. Many fellow RV aficionados admire our RV and most have fifth wheels or a Class A and are looking to downsize. This model easily fits in all RV parks and takes switchbacks up and down mountains like a breeze with its 365 HP E450 motor. It's comfortable, quiet and powerful. We have excellent solar panels affixed on the roof with an installed inverter to run all of our electronics while boondocking. We also have a plug and play unit installed for our Yeti solar panel generator which efficiently runs the HVAC when disconnected from shore power or On an generator usage. Lastly, RV dealerships will tell you that Phoenix Cruisers never stay on their lot for very long because they're synonymous with luxury and high quality. Show less
