Simply love this trailer. Been living full time for over 5 years with no issues. Pulls great down the road and has all the luxury items I need. This unit is well made and shows little maintenance required after road trips. You can't go wrong with this unit. Show less

We have owned ours for almost 2 years. I would live in this thing if my husband would allow us - lol! Very spacious, great storage, and love the garage with the 1/2 bath. We have camped in different areas and it was great to easily unload our golf cart from the garage compared to out of the back of the truck. The indoor/outdoor sound system really kicks. The larger size refridgerater is super nice for long trips! Show less

This one of the best RVs we have owned. Quality and build is exceptional. It is a heavy fifth wheel at 10,000 lbs empty with a 2300 lb hitch weight but discovered it pulls very well with our 3500 Dodge Ram. Livability is supplied with a very open floor plan and the kitchen has a large counter area. We wanted an RV with tons of storage space and this rv delivers in that respect. Dining table and seats are larger than most with plenty of room for your family and friends. Upper bedroom has a standard Queen bed which we upgraded to a residential mattress. This makes for a very quiet and luxurious sleeping experience. Show less

Looks good and nice floor plan, but all the parts are cheap (breaking all the time) and the holes for the slides are not sealed which allows rodents in quite easily. The electrical panel is positioned directly over a grey water tank. A mouse can get in there and cause havoc, but you can't get in there to fix it without cutting out the floor. It should be criminal to build such a piece of crap. We've only moved it one time, from the dealer to our property, but things fall apart quite easily, can't imagine how much would go wrong if we actually drove it somewhere. We're stuck paying on it for another 10 years, so have to make the best of it, but new buyers beware, the purchase was a HUGE REGRET! Show less

We have lived full time in this model Grand Design for almost 6 years and have been extremely happy overall with its quality. There will always be minor problems with all RV's but we have never had any major issues. this floorpan has been great having that extra room! Plus the basement storage is really nice. Show less

This is the best floor plan for living that we have ever found. We like the large kitchen, residential fridge, open floorplan to the living and entertainment from the kitchen. TV facing reclining theatre seating is great, plus two full size pull out couches for occasional guests are very convenient. This RV has a large 30"x60" shower with skylight. The bedroom has 2 separate chest of drawers, divided closet, w/ extra shelving, a security safe, and Dyson cordless vacuum. On board washer and dryer, makes life on the road so much easier. The powered King Jack antenna provides over the air channels to a 30" smart TV in the bedroom and 55" smart TV in the living room. It's easy to setup with 6 point autolevel and hydraulic slideouts. I feel Grand Design is the best quality trailer on the market. Where other companies use particle board, Grand Design uses plywood. The quality is apparent when walking into a Grand Design vs any other brand in the same price range. I was really surprised by the “livability”. Truly, with this model you feel like you haven’t left home. The kitchen island is such a nice feature. It makes the kitchen design so user friendly, especially if you have people or pets in your trailer while you are trying to cook. The couch, theatre chairs, and big screen TV make it perfect for relaxing and entertaining. There’s so much space in the pantry, you rarely have to visit the store while you’re traveling. As far as driving and towing, it’s a very easy travel to tow. We use our Ford F150. None of my female friends will drive their trailer leaving their husbands to have to do all the driving. I not only drive, but can back up and park this trailer. The only complaint I have is the “support”. Happy Daze RV will keep your RV for half the year before they finally get around to addressing the issue. I hear that most of the dealerships are the same—very frustrating. Otherwise, the 295RL is super user friendly and a very well made, reliable trailer. Show less

I knew nothing about RV's and less about towing one. This unit has impressive quality. The interior colors are walnut which we liked better than the new "pickled" white new unit have. We lived in it full time for a year. The floor plan gives the most room. The opposing slides open to make the kitchen, dining area and living area very open. The two heated/massage recliners are directly across from the televator TV. The unit has a RV refrigerator(18') so a little small but it can run on propane or electric (or solar). This makes a big difference when boondocking as you can use electric when the sun is charging the 6 100Ah batteries. Or save the batteries to run your AC's in the evening and put the fridge on propane. The park has "iffy" power the solar with compensate. The park only has 30 amp, no problem the solar will compensate. The "Nautilus" plumbing system is super user friendly and making switching between wet and dry camping (or just road days) easy. The lippert leveling system is also easy to use. And the instruction are on the side opening cargo door so you can actually read it without doing the limbo (think Montana). Fully loaded at 15,000 lbs this unit pulls great. All the extras help make it easy to tow with minimal bucking and sway. I pulled with a 2022 GMC 3500 Duramax Diesel (also for sale with purchase of RV) and climbed every hill with ease and the exhaust brake and towing systems controlled the load on the steepest downhills. We have owned our Crusader since new and we love it. I’m surprised by some of the comments on quality. We had a few issues but our dealership stood behind what they sold and repaired any problems. We love the spaciousness, the ample amount of storage and the open floor plan. This is a great rv for couples and there’s even room for grandkids on the comfortable pull out couch. Towing is a breeze. Setting up at camp takes minutes with auto leveling. We Show less

Very well built RV and high quality, good design, all materials inside and outside of high quality materials. Love the water control panel and the power cord electric reel. Prewired for third AC. Real wood interior trim and cabinetry, Dual window blinds and double glass windows. Needed replacement for stereo and composite kitchen sink covers and Factory support helped get this done. Show less
