This is an outstanding motorhome. The quality and strength outweigh all of the other motor vehicles, motorhomes we have owned. It is spacious, comfortable, with heated floors, Aqua Hot system for hot water, king size bed, one and a half baths, did I mention comfort? The kitchen is very usable, the refrigerator is residential. The stove top is induction. I can't say enough about the quality of this motorhome. We have looked at many others and never found anything to compare. It's easy to drive, less wear and tear. Easy for setup and take down, everything is automated.

All the thing the old chassis was missing. The interior layout is great. Desk for work, L shapped sofa with a corner tv/fireplace. Huge galley kitchen with appliance garage and coffee lift! The amenities just go on and on. I have owned mine for five years and love it!

I purchased the RV knowing it was used; it had 12,000 miles on it. Soon after my purchase all the furniture began to delaminate like nothing I had ever seen before. I called the factory, and they were aware of the problem and described poor quality coverings to the furniture. they clearly said there was a suit that they agreed to pay out, but I was too late due to the Covid outbreak. The furniture quickly became so unsightly and the mess we had no other option than to replace the captain's chairs, the dinette and both couches. Total cost was over ten thousand. The management at Riverside offered nothing to help compensate for a known issue.

We downsized from a 45-foot 2008 Newmar Mountain Aire to the 24-foot Winnebago View-Profile. The primary advantage has been much lower operating costs and drivability. The View goes anywhere a van can go and parks anywhere a large pickup can. Towing a vehicle for use after setting up camp is entirely optional as the View can make that run to Walmart for supplies as easily as a car. Being a Class C, we are able to take our furry friends along just as we did in the Mountain Aire, which was our primary reason for not trying out a towable RV. Being a V6 diesel fuel engine, the View has good low end towing power and great gas mileage. It goes down the road quit well. While we miss the space in our Mountain Aire and the convenience of the things we carried for a second home, the move to a Class C so my wife could drive was worth the change.

Tiffen did a very poor job backing up their RV. My roof leaked early on and I had it repaired...or so I thought. While the roof did not leak, it continued to leak down the sides. It ruined the wood holding the fiberglass. By the time I found out this was happening, the RV went out of warranty. Tiffen said that they would be the only place that could properly repair this massive work order. The cost, $40,000. I sold the RV to a dealer at a deep discounted price. Lazy Days told me that they would wholesale it out to another dealer because they would not sell a RV like mine to a customer. I am in the process of buying another RV. Probably a Newmar/Winnebago. No way would I touch another Tiffen.
