Bought this trailer in 2017 brand new. The day I took possess I had the spot weld the drop down legs as the pull pin was bringing the internals out as well on about every corner. Shower holder fell off wall, wasn’t screwed into anything but the wall board which is very thin. Roller bearings on the roll out trashcan came out, the back of the supports weren’t braces on both sides allowing it to move up and down independent of each side. At the two year mark the converter went out and then the refrigerator cooling unit went out. The roof was delaminating and the nails were coming loose underneath the membrane and trying to poke through. Then the water from snow and rain started seeping under the fiberglass shell. It was nothing but a money pit. The slides wouldn’t always go in evenly and I had to take that for work as well. If you buy one expect to budget another $250 a month for repairs above the monthly payment . I will never buy another keystone product again. I purchased a 1995 Nash that I have had no issues with. What surprised me is the Nash toilet still will hold water unlike the keystone.

This was our 2nd RV. Purchased new in 2017. One trip to Luray Caverns and the frame of the schwintek slide out was separating from the outside wall. This was noted while fueling my SUV. I tightened the screws multiple times before getting home. Whole trip was < 1000 miles. I bought it from a dealership about 150 miles from my home. This was when I discovered, at least in DE, that they won’t work on it unless they sold it. Called Forest River & they told me they knew of the problem. Blamed (I guess all 180’s that year) on improper installation. I was so fed up I traded it on a used 2015 Cruiser RV Fun Finder. Went cross country in that with no issues. There is a lot online about R-Pods walls separating from the frame. Dig deep enough and you’ll find mostly negative reviews. Seems most good reviews are newer RV’s. I wonder if they’ve even been used yet. The concept and floor plan was good. Quality is poor, which I have found is rampant throughout the industry. I wouldn’t buy new & used is somebody trying to get rid of a problem at your expense.

I keep reading reviews how this MotorHome was quality built. I bought it used at 4,000 miles on 2024 .For the first year the fan closure in the bathroom did not close. The exhaust valve on the hot water heater was defective. The fresh water valve needed replacement. The reclining chair foot wire broke. The cabinet door in the bathroom and upfront passenger side needed new hinges. Need a new battery after first camping trip. Many of these items were covered by extended warranty plus a co-payment. The major concern happen on my birthday week camping at Cherokee ,North Carolina May 26,2025. I plugged the electrical cord in shore power. No electricity. I took it to my to My RV Coastal Center in Ravenel ,SC. It took 26 hours at $199.00 per hour to isolate the electrical problem created by Phoenix Cruiser builders. Pictures were taken . The fuse box had two circuit breakers mislabel plus the wiring run along the slide out side kept rubbing until it shorted the whole system. A letter was written to the factory but it did not receive a answer. The investigation by the extended warranty Good Sam's agreed with the hours taken to find the problem but they only paid for 4 hours. The RV Center has offered to supply the pictures for documentation . The warranty company and factory has not answered my letter as of today March 16, 2026.

Our 2019 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS has been basically trouble free. I work great distances from home; consequently, the camper has had a lot of full-time use. The only thing that has failed is the microwave, but I've learned that was most likely my fault from my habit of warming plates/dishes without any food and that will damage the microwave magnetron. The new microwave was an easy R&R for my wife and I. I do my best to stay up on maintenance. I haven't had any leaks, but I have had to repair taillights, replace the toilet, and the spare tire is prone to loosen up. All in all it has been a great camper. . .I'm 2,500 miles from home and living in it right now. I've heard people complain about the water heater being too small, but I run the electric & gas while showering and never run out of hot water.

This 5th wheel makes me feel like Tom Hanks in The Money Pit. Everyday it is something else. I wonder if Keystone has considered a quality control program. The furnace is out, the water pump pushes the water back out the same way it was put in, the paint is flaking off of the unprimed metal framing around the ramp door, the trim inside the camper has already had to be reinstalled, the locks for the access panels come out when operated, etc. What makes this so sad is the camper was purchased in December 2025, brand new off the lot, and has only been towed for one trip at 600 miles(+/-). And don’t even get me started on the most useless document ever published, the Owners Manual. Most definitely the worst money I have ever spent.

This RV is often referred to as a "Couple's Camper" because of its open floor plan, king bed and large bathroom. If you get the dinette version it can sleep four. We chose the recliner loveseat sitting in front of the fireplace and relaxing, so our's sleeps two. We have not had any problems with it and I can say that after looking at so many other designs, this one works well for the 2 of us and our large dog. The hardware on the inside doors is sturdy and the doors do not come off the track when underway as some other models do. The large kitchen counter space and pantry are just what we needed. Happy to have the solar panel and monitoring equipment installed and working. Central heat and air are super nice and quiet. Second entry/exit door in the master BR is a bonus, since we sometimes leave the door open with just the screen. Very happy with this unit. It is just under 6000 lbs. and tows easily. It has good ground clearance and is well built with aluminum infrastructure and walkable roof. Having the rear ladder to access equipment on the roof is a big bonus. There are videos available to see the manufacturing plant and process. Oh, and there are organizing shelves built in under the bed and a quick connect for propane to run the grill off the main tanks. Too many extras to mention here. Have not used warranty at all. Did come with crap tires which we promptly replaced. Highly recommend this model if you are looking.

I purchased my Forest River No Bo from an owner who had it for 3 years. At first glance it's a fairly nice travel trailer. Once you have used it for a year or so , you realize how poorly constructed these trailers really are. Of course every cabinet is made from particle board, so the least amount of pressure on an electrical outlet, will knock it right out of the wall. I have two now that are impossible to re-attach. The valances above the windows are sagging from opening and closing them. Overall, these trailers are made like dog do. If I ever decide to purchase another one, it won't be the crap that Forest River puts out. That being said, I'd give them a one star review.
