This travel trailer has been a joy to own. It is easy to tow, gets in & out of "tight" areas (mountain switchback roads, etc.) and has performed well with the exception of the AC unit. After two domestic failures in first 3 years, we swapped over to the quieter and definitely more reliable Coleman MACH 1 AC system -- awesome! Never let us down at any time -- and has been towed up steep inclines even with our V6 2014 JEEP Grand Cherokee. Show less

This is the little RV that CAN! The box is only 18 feet long but then the king bed bedroom slides out the back to make it instantly roomy! Tows like a dream, only 21 feet bumper to hitch and less than 5,000 lbs. empty. Has everything - full size fridge, oven, micro, shower, sofa AND a dinette AND two bunks. If you fold up the lower bunk you can even fit bicycles in it through the oversized door. But beware, starting with the 2015 model then cheapened it up on many levels, dropping trims, smaller tanks, no exterior lights etc. Show less

Beautiful camper - love the floor plan. Underpinning came apart one year after we purchased. When it was being repaired we discovered the reason that it was always cold in the master bedroom - the heat run ductwork was t ran all the way to the bedroom. Bluetooth stopped working 3 months after we brought it home. Now we have been trying to work with customer service on the warranty for the clear coat that is peeling off. Camper has a five year warranty with the Amortek warranty. We have been going back and forth with them to get the work done since July 2021. We finally have them agreed to take care of it me now they won’t respond now - been over a month. Very disappointed and will not purchase another camper from them. Show less

We purchased our Forest River Rockwood Ultralite in Utah, and we live in Washington. We loved our RV, and used it for campground hosting for the forest service. The warranty was a rip off, in my opinion, as very little is covered. We had a filter leak under the floor, and damage the floor, unknowingly. They would pay for the filter, about $12.00, but not for the repair of the floor. So, beware of the extended warranty they try to sell you. Lesson learned. Show less

We have owned this RV for 7:years and we love it. Plenty of storage space, plenty of beds for our kids and pets. Light weight to tow and the perfect size for any campground spot. We never had to worry if we would fit or not. Nothing majorly ever broke. It’s the prefect starter camper for any family or for someone who needs lots of beds. Show less

We purchased new in 2013 for weekend and week long camping and truly enjoy our camper. We traveled across the Rockies down I-70 from Missouri though Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, finally driving through the desert and ending up in San Diego Cali. We towed with a 2007 GMC Yukon. I would recommend a longer wheel base vehicle and different gears. Not the trailers fault. It has been a good trailer and now we are living in it. We sold our house and we are going to be building. We have 1 medium dog and 1 large dog plus our 18 yo son still with us. It is a bit cramped but it is still a good trailer with more storage than other bumper pulls around its size. I would highly recommend this trailer or floor plan to a family of 4 maybe 5 for family camping. The corner bathroom is nice and we like the door to the bathroom so when traveling we could just stop and use our own facilities while on the road. Room to change clothes in the bathroom is nice as well. Bunk mattresses are heated. We did use the camper for hunting in November and December. With all functionality. The unit has held up good. Siding, roof, chassis, etc. You do have to wash it and seal it on a regular basis to keep it nice. We did cover ours which I know there is a great debate on whether o cover it or not. We seemed to have good luck with covering. We took it in for service and the long time technician said it was the cleanest roof he had seen from all the campers that had come through. It doesn’t happen on its own. You do have to invest in it to keep it in good shape. Show less

8700 lb dry weight is easy to tow.love the opposing slides,they provide a 16ft wide living area. Lots of storage options. Quality aluminum frame construction. Bathroom is the perfect size, shower is large.loads of no frame windows for easy maintenance and great visual features. Show less

Bought this 2014 2608ws from Camping world of kingston Ny with a extended warranty... we asked if there was any leaks ,."ANY WAIR" they said No problems .. city water hook up leaked on the previous owner and now on us dryrotting the bed platform. above the front slide the wall started to delamenament do to water leaking front wall aluminum structur is moving out 3/8" when slide hits wall.. there was black mold and a rats nest in bedroom shelf wair the water outlits come's in. CAMPING WORLD OF KINGSTON NY REFUSED TO FIX ANY THING ON THIS CAMPER. i have reached out to Assurant AKA warranty .i have called Good sam iv emailed marcus lemmon IF YOUR NOT HAPPY IM NOT HAPPY .. i dont know about the factory warranty dont think they will do any thing for us ...
