The best feature of the RV is the rear entertainment seating. This is opposing double slides to create an extra large living room complete with fireplace, entertainment center with stereo and DVD and a popup tv that discreetly moves down beneath counter so as not to obstruct the rear view.
Second best is the high end upgrades. This makes it feel like a house. Rich wood cabinetry, pantry with pull-out shelves, solid counters and tons of storage.
Third is large for an RV bathroom. Corner shower is extra big, toilet is pocelain and there is adequate vanity space. A larger person can easily move around in this bathroom.
Last is the master bedroom which truly feels like a master suite with a third slideout, double mirrored closet doors, armoire storage on each side, nightstand, and stand alone armoire for more storage and holds a smart tv.

This was my 2nd RV and first 5th wheel. I did a lot of research as I was planning to full time in it, and wanted to be able to invite family over to visit. Back in 2017 when I bought it Sunnybrook was highly rated by reviewers in general, for the quality of their products. After Winnebago bought them, the quality remained, and I'm still experiencing that until today. Sunnybrook seemed to be at the high end (quality and satisfaction wise) of the 'affordable' fifth wheels. If you have an unlimited budget, you can spend over $100k and get better, but that was outside of my ability.

The model is nice and big on the inside. The living area is in the rear with high ceilings and lots of large
windows. There's room for entertaining, while preparing meals in the easy and convenient kitchen. The option of a full size refrigerator is not a good because they only run on city electricity. The dual fuel refrigerator is the perfect choice.
The upper level is large with a roomy bathroom and large shower with skylight and the bedroom features a King size bed. Closets areroomy and lots of drawer/dresser storage. This is my choice for an RV 5th wheel.....Buying used, in excellent condition is a real find for this particular unit. Good for short and long term seasonal living or full time for two people. Easy tow, even thought it's 36' from the hitch....it follows great behind your pickup.

Our first sabre literally fell apart the first time we used it. Dealer sent back to manufacturer who returned it with a new set of issues. Sabre paid the difference from what we bought to the next camper we bought to make up for the nightmares.
The new camper worked fairly well and most issues were minor. However we took it to dealer and told them we could smell sewage in camper sometimes. Thier answer was that the vent pipe is close to the roof vent in bathroom so it must be from there.
10 years later my grey water tank was leaking. Small seepage but over time it filled the bottom cover with kitchen sink water.
I tried to buy a new tank but the tanks are discontinued. So I plastic welded my tank. When putting it back in I found the cause of the sewage we were told was caused by the vent pipe being to close to the bathroom ceiling vent.
Hi, I bought my camper brand new. After using it a couple times I told dealer I could smell sewage occasionally. They looked at camper and said it has to be coming from vent on roof.
I was reconnecting the vent pipe under the sink to find out that the pipe goes into the wall where main stack goes up to roof and this 1-1/2” pvc vent pipe is not connected in the wall…. It moves back and forth and the tee in wall moves freely and bangs back and forth between the two walls….. there is no connection from the main stack pipe coming out of the black tank and the roof!!!!
In my experience with two sabres they have very bad quality control. This camper is out of warranty and I just discovered this issue. I will have to remove the bathroom wall to access the pipes to make sure the vent stack is fully connected from tank all the way to the roof.

This is hands down the best RV I owned to this day. I have spent a lot of time in campgrounds and visited with a lot of campers. I have experienced them struggle and suffer with problems and helped dozens and dozens of them fix or resolve their issues. When I look back at my camper, I have been very thankful for the quality and craftmanship that has allowed me to trust and enjoy camping in this camper. If and when a problem arises, I have always been ready to address it and have worked meticulously to make sure that any problem discovered or experienced was resolved quickly and professionally with the highest quality and craftmanship obtainable. I rate the floorplan a 4 really only for one reason. The reason is surrounding the ladder to the upper inside loft bed. If you have the sofa bad deployed, and someone sleeping in the loft, you have to remove the ladder to use the sofa bed which means you remove their means to get up and down. It is fairly easy to resolve and even help someone get up or down and work around this, but it still exists and is the reason for the rating of a 4 otherwise I absolutely love the floor plan. The airborne 5th wheel is so nice and completely stops chucking while towing. The axles and trailer suspension enable this toy hauler to glide down the road with ease and comfort. The powered patio awning is really easy to use and the wind detection system automatically rolls it up if the winds pickup. This is nice if you leave it out and can not make it back to roll it up in a popup summer storm. The kitchen table has a leaf that allows it to expand and there is two more chairs for the table under the master bed. All of the TV's have HDMI and I have used Roku, Apple TV and FireTV on them with the built in internet router. This router supports Wifi-As-WAN which allows you to tether to your phones hotspot, mifi puck or supports a USB Cellular stick. So, if the internet at the campground is good, you only need one connection to support your entire camping internet experience. The side by side refrigerator is awesome. It even has an ice maker, which is super cool. There is plenty of room for all of the food to feed a hungry crew. The garage has extra height, which was a plus for me. I was able to drive in a golf-cart with a lift kit and large tires and fit without cutting or modifying the golf cart canopy. The exterior has been kept up and washed and waxed on a regular basis. I love the painted body. Other campers I have had the stickers seem to always require maintenance and begin to peel and roll or fade quickly. The onboard generator is awesome, especially if you are staying overnight in a Wal-Mart parking lot on a long journey, you have all of the amenities that you would have with shore power connections.

My wife and I have some wonderful memories of our annual trips in this. Absolutely the most comfortable RV we have ever owned and we have been camping over 40 years now. We love the floor plan and the spacious interior. The only negative would be the water heater switch which is very difficult to see and if you forget to switch it off without water in it and power up you'll burn out the heater element. Its very easy to change though.
