Bought secondhand so outside the factory warranty is NA. Outstanding floorplan, not to large, but big enough to be comfortable. Outside kitchen with the bumper attached propane grill and 115V minifridge and sink and extra prep area are great. Nice wood panels and quality construction. Six sided aluminum framing and a factory 3K 2in hitch on rear frame. Swapped the factory sofa for electric recliners and installed a 1KW solar and Victron power system. Taken it to both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts and over Wolf Creek Pass, about 30K miles in total over 5 years. Show less

Have had this camper since brand new used total of 15 times over those years repaired furnace water pump 12v and inverter I've had several campers growing up and never had so many repairs on one unit as this one I took it out this memorial day weekend 2023 only to have hot water heater quit and furnace quit again and found a propane leak somewhere toward the middle of the camper No wall mounted light switches Lights in living area lens pop out going down the road constantly I've changed about every bulb 3-4 times over the years I just don't understand how a high end unit can not be usable after not being used that much almost like it's wore out from not using it very disappointed in this unit was my parents pride and joy for retirement but health plans diverted them from traveling in it but I'm sure they wouldn't have made it very long in this junker for sure Show less

We’ve lived full time in our 2011 Keystone Raptor 410LEV since July 2016 and we feel extremely fortunate that it turned out to be absolutely perfect for us. It was the very first RV that we looked at when we decided to buy a toy hauler, and we were sold as soon as we walked inside and saw the wide open floor plan of the living room, the size of the refrigerator and the layout of the bedroom. The floor plan is ideal for living with a large dog, because we can get into both the kitchen and the bedroom from either of two directions without the need to step over the dog. The garage was just large enough for our 2 quads at the time, and now our one Yamaha Wolverine 2x side by side. We love having a garage that serves as a great extra space for a printer, ice maker, hanging winter coats and storing a vacuum, several small appliances and dry goods that we buy in bulk. It’s also great as an extra entryway for days when we get muddy, or as a guest room with its own private entrance. We haven’t had any unusual problems other than replacing things that have exceeded a reasonable amount of wear and tear. Show less

This is a great RV 5th wheel. Very easy to tow. Lots of storage. In like new condition. Very livable. Looks good inside & outside. It has everything you could want. Flat screen TV, storage everywhere, expensive toliet, brand new awning in 2022, rubber roof excellent condition, 2 slides. Large kitchen & living room with bedroom slideout. Additional included equipment is a convert-a-ball cushioned 5th-wheel-to-gooseneck adapter rated at 20,000 lbs $633.37 value included. 2 leather rocking recliners. Large fridge. Can be delivered. This is a great RV, its roomy enough to live in. There is a place for everything. It's convenient and luxury feeling. Leather rocking reliners are great. You just feel like you are home. It pulls great, you don't even know it is behind you. Everything is in excellent, like new condition. We are getting too old to travel, so we must sell our wonderful RV. We've had 6 RVs total from pull behind camp trailers, to motorhomes and this has been the best ever. My husband has bad vision and we just can't travel anymore. So we need to sell our 5th wheel. Best made rv ever extremely well made and worth every dollar. Thes units are 30 degrees cooler inside than the units made today they are so well made. High recommended them. If you have a chance to buy one if it is available scoop it up . Show less

The worst people to deal with do not do business with them, I would hate for anyone to be done like I was done by them. Knew they did me wrong and wasn’t apologetic about it all. Worst business I have ever don’t business with Show less

I've been living in this exact unit for 5 years ..no complaints great Floorplan converted my back room to a huge closet .some people put a combo washer drier in there ...I live in park with laundry..only thing I don't like is typical keystone crap carpeting with no padding underneath. Couch leatherette tops started peeling but that's normal for Cali heat ..over real comfy and modifiable ..bought identical 2010 unit from my neighbor and flipped it in q day fir a good profit ..if you don't need to put toys in rear with exception of a motorcycle layout is great ..side ramps can be opened and modified or used as a sitting patio or with a little ingenuity turned into a nice screen room !..main room is super room I pulled out one couch on right side and converted to a desk and work station....it's a great man cave or couple home or get away ..suggest only pull it with a dually tho even tho I've only moved it twice Show less

No problems at all live in it full time. Only had roof warranty when I bought it so haven't had to deal with service. Sales person wasn't much help when I bought it, told me that I would figure it out. Show less

Very well built and I insulated RV spent winters in it in northern Az very comfortable. Polar package helps that is on RV . Spacious living area removed dining table for shelfs for storage. Big 60inch TV mounted for viewing pleasure. Upgraded queen matters for comfort. Updated back splash in kitchen area. Show less
