Above average upkeep. Hickory wood cabinets. Many added features among: New convection microwave oven, replaced water heater, refrigerator with external monitor 12-volt, new suspension Mor Ride, handcrafted jewelry cabinet, 2 stain glass kitchen cabinet doors. Always in warm climate in the winter. Tires are not new but very good shape. New TV low profile antenna. Show less

I am the second owner; didn't come with any warranty or support. The dealer we bought it from waved as we left. Helpful people in campgrounds taught us the tricks of the trade. The two living room sliders are 36 inches wide which gives us an extreme amount of room in the living area. The RV is made very sturdy and is easy to do maintenance on. Keep it greases and keep air in the tires; wash it and treat it like your home and it will last forever. Ours is 13 years old and still going. In great condition. We appreciate the 30 amp instead of the new 50 amps. That allows us to camp in more places that don't have the 50 amps. We love the refrigerator that is gas or electric. We can camp anyplace and don't have to worry about battery life. We replaced the fold out steps for the solid steps and those or awesome. You feel very safe and sturdy on the steps. The sewage flush we have is great and we use it before winter storage. Show less

This is our second Arctic Fox fifth wheel in 16 years of full-time RVing. We are loyal to this brands for many reasons, including: - All-season liveability - Durable construction - Excellent layout and storage - All-terrain drivability This one is a RARE model, Northwood only made this 27-5B bunkhouse model for a couple of years. We found it's awesome for living and working on the road as we do. Inside the slide-out is an office/workstation with storage, and in the bunkhouse there is a workbench/desk. Both furniture configurations can easily be removed to bring it back to stock, for those lucky RVers who are beyond working age. The only reason we are selling it is because we moving to Alaska and taking a truck camper with us. When we return in a year, we will purchase another Arctic Fox. There's no other brand on the market as well-built or worth the money in our opinion. Bought used from dealership, trailer was 7 yrs. old when purchased. The dealer moved the trailer to my permanent site & said everything was checked over. The upper back where the fibreglass meets the rubber roof had a leak that they should have caulked but didn't. I am still fixing it where it leaked. Be very careful if you buy these RV's & check all the seams on the roof & recaulk. very roomy inside & love the large back window Show less

A great 5th wheel to camp in with a well engineered floor plan. Only fault is decals fade fairly quickly in the sun, but I guess they all do that. I didn't really care for the carpet or the carpet colors. Show less

This fifth wheel camper met all my criteria, plus it was old enough to have little depreciation left, while looking virtually brand new. It's perfect for two people; don't believe any brochure saying it sleeps 6. The dinette and fold-down couch could each sleep small two children, but not even one 6' man. I purchased mine in February of 2020 just before COVID hit, and it cost $10K at a dealer's used RV lot (after negotiating). Today, while COVID remains rampant, I've been offered more than $16K for it. I made several updates, replaced the carpeting Show less

Selling yachts and RVs leave RV sellers 2nd in line to any effort put toward selling their RV. Your salesperson would rather be on “the high seas”! Avoid any salesman with Capt. in their communications. After 2 years with Pop, I finally showed and sold my RV myself, but Pop was on the phone asking for their money before the sun went down. This is a solid built home which happens to be rather simple to make mobile. Within fifteen mi utes literally you can be on the road driving, with setup being super simple 10 minute evolution. I love this camper and am proud to own one but due to family curcumstances she must go to a new home. We are taking a loss, or paying it forward for someone to enjoy this easy towing fully loaded coach. You won’t get a better deal, point blank. Show less

Solid luxury, very comfortable, easy to tow and set up. Our Cardinal 31 with a rear kitchen Has been Everything we wanted in an RV. We have lived in it as well as towed it 5000 miles through several states. No complaints. Show less
