We purchased this RV from Rightside Up RV in Salt Lake, and we love it. They replaced the AC compressor under a good faith warranty. The Norcold refrigerator was a power hog both on 120v and propane. We replaced it with a Whirlpool 11 cu/ft 120v unit. We picked it because it is exactly 24" wide and short enough to fit in the space. It uses a third of the energy. We have a washer/dryer unit, a microwave, and a stove with an oven. The dealer was fair and we got a good deal on an RV with 19,000 miles. The plastic on all of our seating hasn't cracked. We love our Bounder.

Actually, it was a 23J, 2007, bought new in 2006. Just traded it with 160K miles on it. Kept outside for two decades. No leaks despite never recaulking it. Fair amounts of flat out on the highway and crawling off road. None of the gauges were accurate. The steps failed over and over. The wheel covers flew off over and over. The TV antenna crank collapsed repeatedly.. W/o ever having an accident it cost about $112K in repairs and maintenance. It sold for $75K back when that was big money. It was worth $30K (retail) at trade. At 60 mph on flat ground and little wind it got 17 mpg. For the first 2 years it was nearly impossible to find chassis service because Dodge Sprinter dealers mostly wouldn't work on them, despite their contractual agreements. Back then, WGO could not be interested to help fix the problem. So I fixed it by calling Chrysler's (Dodge's) chief stockholder, Cerberus. Then everything changed overnight. Quickly the Dodge Sprinter dealers got a legal warning...and Mercedes took back the Sprinter brand.

We used it for our first trip with a trailer. 6 months from Colorado to Portland Maine . And South to Florida. Stayed in 28 State parks. When we got a cancellation State park and Hoa’s in between. The Autumn Colors were somthing to see. And the Great U.S.A. We are so happy that we took that chance and did it. Learned so much and met so many great people. Really just a different experience of people than the day to day. Hectic people on the highway or the sidewalks. Some places where like your neighborhood. We stayed in a HOA in Fancy Gap Virginia. Families of Grandparents to great grandchildren stay every year for Halloween. So friendly and open to talk. I could go on and on. But we were very lucky. No time frame. No Appointments to keep.

As with other basement models, there's plenty of storage and the driving position is high for good visibility. There are some extra touches I didn't expect, like using the engine heat in the water heater while driving. It seems that they thought of everything.

Took our money and trade in that ACTUALLY ran and gave me one that will not even electrically turned on. It does not drive the same as the test drive after waiting 2 weeks to pick up. The part they "fixed"(slide bar) could not have been fixed like stated, because there is NO power to even attempt to pull them out. The "diesel" fuel on E at pick up, waited an hour and a half for one of there employees to take to the gas station. While 2 of them including managementbsat picking there nails and playing on their computers...guessing you didn't think we noticed! Now my vacation/ moving has to wait which leaves me with a stack of bills between mortgage payments at my old house, utilities at both houses, house sitters because my pets are still waiting up there. Was suppose to be our last holiday with family and friends yet now its ruined. The job I took starting July 16th now has vanished because we had to push back start date so they decided to go with someone else. IF we decide to go it will cost us MORE because we would have to rent an RV which is close to 5000. So when you sign the as is contract make sure to leave with the rv that day because they just strip off what they want in the 2 weeks they are waiting for parts. So thank you Mark and gang for this 10,000 dollar plus headache you have caused. Guess when it's not your money being spent or life being tossed around you really don't care. So, I'll sit and wait for the tech you promised to send and pray the employee didn't put gas in a diesel like you promised he didn't!

We live in Colorado so wanted a diesel pusher to make it up mountain roads without being stuck in the slow lane. This is our home away from home. With three slide outs, this RV is very comfortable to relax inside with the family on a rainy day and not be on top of each other. Decent size closet and drawers in master bedroom for longer trips. The sliding door for the bedroom allows for privacy from guests sleeping in the main area. Two bathroom sinks are helpful. The shower is roomy for larger sized adults. Adults sleep comfortably on the queen size pull out couch mattress that air inflates and is surrounded by a quilted, zip close, mattress cover. The dining room table folds down to sleep two more guests. The kitchen has lots of counter space and cabinets to make preparing meals easy. The two air conditioning units worked fantastic when we camped a Lake Powell in 100 degree weather. Storage down under is made easy with sturdy roll out units. The motorized awning is awesome for eating outside, protected from the sun and rain. We have many happy memories of camping trips to Yellowstone, Glacier, Arches, and Yosemite in our RV. One of our friends gave it the nickname "The Starship Enterprise." We have certainly explored the world's beyond!
