We purchased this used camper from State 48 RV in Apache Juntion, Arizona. The camper had a nose issue due to damage looking like a bump on the driver side. When we noticed and talked to the RV owner about it, ha assured us it was fine but if we took it in to our repair shop and it needed fixing, they would figure out how to help. We love the camper but when we took it in to have it recalked, we were told that there was indeed damage. I called the State 48 RV owner and reported what was found. He was on vacation at the time, so he told me exactly what to do. Five weeks later I text him to ask if we could hear from him that day. He called was intensely irritated with me and yelled at me over the phone to a point I had to hang up on him. Do not do business with this company.

I love how Lance Makes a great quality made overhead camper. We've had ours for 15 years and to be honest have only had minor issues, which were all easily fixed without taking it to the shop. We bought the short bed camper and really glad we did. It is big enough for 2 people, yet small enough to park anywhere. Easy to drive around. We don't use a generator, but 2 solar panels instead and can dry camp easily without any issues. Don't be afraid of how old a Lance is as the quality is there and you will be getting a great deal in price, especially if you buy from a person vs. dealer. New RVs cost a lot with the mark ups and depreciate once you roll off the lot.

This is an excellent unit for touring and back country camping. Unit is well insulated and may be used in 4 seasons.
Size of unit provides for excellent comfortable accommodation for 2 people touring or in a fixed location. But will sleep 4 comfortably. Size of camper does require at leased a 1 ton truck to haul it. Unit has been hauled in conjunction with a 18' stock tag trailer as well for back country camping with horses. This camper is the best of its class.
