Easy set up and we felt very secure in it. We used our trailer in winter and summer and we were comfortable in either temp with the heating and cooling.

Has held up very well for its age with just the basic maintenance. Outside still looks bright white. Only wash with water. Some decal fading on one side. Microwave stopped working. Everything else good. Only use it with hydro and water provided by park so never used battery or water pump. I...read more

Brought new in 1998. Pulled it off the lot it dog tracked and was spotted by a trucker who stopped to tell me. Took it back to the dealer and he assured me it would be made right. Brought new in 1998. Pulled it off the lot it dog tracked and was spotted by a trucker who stopped to tell me. Took it back to the dealer and he assured me it would be made right. They tried but it was never right. I think the box of the trailer was on crooked.a couple years later the back part of the roof caved in from about a foot of snow on it. The only trailer that caved it in the area at the time. Roof always felt spongy. When I first had problems and l got a lot of excuses and bad attitude from the MFG.

We purchased a used one so will try not to color this review with that aspect. Very good structurally. Exterior walls-very good. I like that all the lights run on 12 volt, so even when camping all lights work off the battery and we are not in the dark. The water pump is very steady in this older model so I'm sure the newer ones are even better. I don't care for the floor plan but that is a personal thing. Also I do not like that there is no basement storage. There are two doors outside that go under each bed, but they were so inconvenient I no longer use them.I took out the enclosed beds, built two twins that are open underneath and just slide things under the bed. Basement storage would be much better. Bathroom is very small, but usable. The worst thing about this trailer is the location of the plumbing under the bathroom sink because the electrical cord is pushed in under there and so does not seal well to the outside. I prefer a detachable cord. I also don't like that the patio awning arm goes right across the bedroom window and then does not even shade the rear door that goes under the bed. This is the second Holiday Rambler I have owned.
