Bought this trailer in 2017 brand new. The day I took possess I had the spot weld the drop down legs as the pull pin was bringing the internals out as well on about every corner. Shower holder fell off wall, wasn’t screwed into anything but the wall board which is very thin. Roller bearings on the roll out trashcan came out, the back of the supports weren’t braces on both sides allowing it to move up and down independent of each side. At the two year mark the converter went out and then the refrigerator cooling unit went out. The roof was delaminating and the nails were coming loose underneath the membrane and trying to poke through. Then the water from snow and rain started seeping under the fiberglass shell. It was nothing but a money pit. The slides wouldn’t always go in evenly and I had to take that for work as well. If you buy one expect to budget another $250 a month for repairs above the monthly payment . I will never buy another keystone product again. I purchased a 1995 Nash that I have had no issues with. What surprised me is the Nash toilet still will hold water unlike the keystone. Show less

If I could rate them a 0 I would.. I purchased a new 2025 Forest River Wildwood Heritage Glen fifth wheel from Bish’s RV – Kalispell, along with an extended service contract, expecting reliability and support. Instead, I’ve experienced ongoing mechanical issues, poor follow-through, and a complete breakdown in service and warranty accountability. Since January 27, 2025, my RV has been without reliable heat and/or hot water, making it uninhabitable. I live full-time in this unit with my child. A heating failure led to additional damage, and despite multiple service visits, the problems have not been resolved. Most recently, a technician serviced the water heater and left it non-functional, throwing an E4 ignition error. I was told no one was available to fix it until days later — leaving me with no hot water after months of issues. What has been most frustrating is the lack of ownership: Problems have been repeatedly reframed or deflected Warranty coverage has been denied or delayed despite covered components Repairs have taken weeks, not days Communication has been inconsistent The burden has been placed entirely on me This unit is not a true four-season RV, yet I was left dealing with the consequences of system failures without timely support or accountability. I am still displaced, still without full use of my RV, and still waiting for resolution on a unit that is new and under warranty. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing an RV here to ask hard questions about after-sale support, warranty responsiveness, and what happens when something goes wrong — because that’s when it really matters. FOREST RIVER RV'S ARE COMPLETE JUNK ,THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORIBLE I have one of their newer 5th wheels and it's complete CRAP . BUILT WITH COMPLETE IGNORANCE, AND NO PRIDE AT ALL. If you want a quality built rv, trust me, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING BUILT BY FOREST RIVER. Show less

I purchased this RV new from a dealer June 2025, went in for repair on July 11, 2025 and it took 5 months for them to realize it was manufactured wrong. I have not had my camper since July 11th and they are telling me it cannot go in to be repaired until Mid February. So I have no camper that I make payment on and no on really cares at all. Forest River will fix it at their leisure... In my mind they should of replaced it. Worst Company Ever!!!!!! Show less

Purchased my RV new in June of 2025 and I am told it was manufactured wrong, they put the wrong size flooring so my slide comes in at a slant. It has been in for repair since July 11, 2025 and I still do not have a camper. Contact from ForestRiver is almost none and my dealer Camping World of Hamburg cannot make the repair and tells me Forest River is now going to do it AFTER $ MONTHS IN THEIR REPAIR SHOP. This is not acceptable and no one is helping to get me a new camper. FOREST RIVER...... MAKE THIS RIGHT.. Show less

I bought a 2023 Keystone Bullet thinking I was getting a good quality RV from a reputable brand. Unfortunately it has been nothing but a disappointment from the start. The AC failed within the first year and getting it replaced turned into a long and frustrating battle between the dealer and Keystone. No one wanted to take responsibility and it took way too much time and effort just to get something that should have been handled quickly. Then the dinette seats literally fell apart just from sitting on them. When I checked I discovered they were held together with cheap staples instead of proper screws or bolts. I ended up having to fix it myself by screwing everything back together which is not something you expect from a new RV at this price point. Now only a year and a half later all the rubber seals and junction trim around the exterior are dry cracked and falling apart. I called Keystone hoping they would at least acknowledge the problem but all I got was “Sorry it is not under warranty anymore.” That is their answer for a 1 and a half year old unit that is clearly built with poor materials and no quality control. I am now trying to sell it but it seems like a lot of people already know about Keystone’s reputation for bad quality and customer service. I wish I had read more reviews before buying. This is my first and last Keystone product. I will never recommend or buy from them again. Show less

We are so far impressed with the Floorplan with bunkroom and 2nd bathroom (1/2 bath ) This is the second Flagstaff we've owned, and I see a lot of quality built into this trailer. So many tech upgrades since 2021 until now. We have only had this rv for a few weeks. I will update if things change, but at this point I feel that this is real quality and we're happy. Show less

This camper is a complete nightmare. We purchased it brand new in 2022 and were blinded by how "beautiful" it was. We were naive new camper owners who did not know what to look for. Every time we go camping, something breaks or falls apart. Tons of trouble with electrical components in the camper, none of the USB ports work on the inside, and some of the outlets do not work. The buttons for the electric jacks have broken 3 times in the 3 years we've had the camper. The awning is coming unattached on one side. The shower has leaked out the corner of the floor since the first time we used it. The biggest issue that we have run into is that the storage compartment door on the underbelly storage was installed incorrectly from the manufacturer (according to a service tech who looked at it) which caused a leak. The leak has now caused floor rot. We got a quote to fix this and it was quoted to us at $8000. This is INSANE! When I reached out to Forest River about getting this replaced as it was due to faulty install/manufacturing, they stated that because the warranty was over there was nothing they can do. They do NOT back their brand and they do NOT care about customer service. Run far, far away before ever purchasing a Forest River. Show less

This is a response to Justing from BC. If you would have done a little research on the manufacturers website prior to purchase you would have found that they rate this camper to be an extended season camper but not a 4-season camper which is why you are having difficulty in freezing weather. If you salesperson told you it was a 4-season camper that is an issue with the dealership not the manufacturer. Also, you say you are a big guy but purchased from the Delta Ultralite light which is 3 inches shorter than the Delta line and 6 inches shorter than other lines. Simply standing in the shower and laying on the bed would have given you the information needed to determine if the shower and bed were large enough for you. Also, the bed is a standard 60" x 80" queen bed so unless you were going for a king size bed the length is normal for a queen. Show less

This was the worst purchase I ever made. Everything that can go wrong has almost gone wrong. Its barely over a year old so we will see. Fireplace replaced, going on our 3rd fridge, 3rd water heater, 2nd rear stabilizer, 2nd front stabilizer, 5 different water leaks (summer), cab door not closing, AC leaking, hub fell off. There is more but whats the point. Kodiak Dutchmen is garbage. Stay away from this company. Its the cheapest thing imaginable. I am pretty sure the workers that built this hate human beings and want to see us harmed, its that treacherous. Fortunately we purchased the extended warranty 3rd party North Star who have been great and it paid for itself entirely 1 month after the 12 months manufacturer warranty expired. We have the full warranty until 2031. I dont know how the warranty company can stay in business covering Kodiak as every time we even look outside the window at this garbage made Kodiak Dutchmen something breaks. I just looked at it and I think the gas tanks fell off now. Gotta go. Show less
