We purchased our 2019 Aspen Trail 2710 in Oct. of '23 and have lived ,full time, ever since. We have towed it 30k+, in all terrain, up 11,000ft up the rockies, down to the N. Rim of the Grand canyon, across central USA down to Key West Florida, back to San Antonio Texas, and EVERYWHERE in between. We have NEVER HAD ONE SINGLE ISSUE WITH OUR TRAILER. And we tore it up on the inside. Both rooms, beds, sofas and dinette area we completely disassembled it and threw it in the dump. And we built our HOME , for 5 yrs , we'll see, but we didn't disassemble one single screw, or ANYTHING that was factory done as not to mess with the integrity of factory seals, etc. we ran off our water pump for over a year, daily. Everything still works. Never has had any leaks, failing appliances, nothing. And I've been in some weather conditions too! Today it's below freezing in Austin Texas, and the entire outside of this thing has ice on it. We are toasty inside with a small space heater. We haven't ran the furnace heater since the first and only time we used it. That's was way to hot for us . The A/C has ran, you might as well say, 24/7/365 since we bought it. My wife , menopause deal, yeah she runs it everyday, all day. Never an issue. Everything is still going strong. I removed the underbelly about six months into this lifestyle because I HAD TO KNOW my exact layout under there. I found a crack in pot tank on the seam. Repaired that. Double tied all wires, connectors, propane lines, secured every thing and replaced the belly with s.s. zip screws so now it can be removed easier if need be . I've re coated the roof with Henry's, I keep all filters, vents ,coils clean almost daily as we have two cats and a Cane Corso. This camper is the best. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. Now, somethings I've noticed could have been better, but that everything we deal with. I tow it with a 2012 Nissan Armada Platinum 4×4. So easy my wife tows it with full confidence, easily. We always say we should have went a little bigger or we wish we had slides, but this was the right one for the right people and we love it

You can't go wrong with this TT. We loved it but have traded up for a motorhome. This smoke-free, gently used travel trailer is the perfect size for a couple or small family. It's easy to tow and easy to set up. All appliances are like-new and in perfect working order. The Q mattress is clean, no spots, stains or odors. There is ample storage for all of your necessities in the cabin area as well as lots of basement storage accessible from both sides. It has an Arctic Pkg, which means extra insulation and better windows for cool weather camping.; and it keeps out the bugs and mice! Also has outside speakers and additional outside shower.

And the main door pops open when driving because of shifting do I have to have the hand rail folded over the door and locked to prevent it from completely opening. The camper pulls very nice, the weight seems to be well balanced on the axles, over all I'm disappointed in the unit, I paid 62k for the unit new and have had to fix little things and big things IE the fridge

I would not recommend ever buying a Prolite Camper from Jerry's RV or others. We have owned the camper for just 5 years and always had it indoor storage for the winter. We enjoyed the small size of the camper for towing and with all the amenities we needed to have a comfortable camping experience. After taking the camper out of winter storage this past spring we noticed the wall around the slide was "crumbling" to say the least. After further inspection it became clear the camper had an internal water leak within the wall that caused the wooded structure to almost completely disintegrate. Jerry's RV would not even look at the camper for us until the winter of 2026 which was not an option for us so we found another means of inspection/repair. After further inspection it appears the main gasket joining the roof to the wall is manufactured of poor quality and prone to leakage which we never had indication of during usage as the leak was internal to the wall with never any water on the floor. Once several years ago we asked Jerry's RV to perform a "Seal Test" on the camper but they said they would not do it - this might have helped us determine the leak at that time before the damage became too extensive. Repairs for the damage have been estimated at over $10,000 as it also damaged the floor of the camper. When placing a four foot level across the floor, there was at least a 1/2" gap underneath the level on the side of the floor where the damage is (the side with the slide unit in it). We were told by Prolite the warranty is only good for a year and that it is our responsibility to check all seals every year. A visual inspection of the seals would not have indicated this leak. Very disappointed by all this especially given how proud we were initially to be buying a Canadian made product. We would never buy another Prolite and perhaps not even another camper after this experience and we certainly would not purchase anything from Jerry's RV. Our overall experience with service there over these last five years has not be great and when we have had service completed it was time consuming and very, very expensive. Beware.

First thing to go wrong was the drain trap in the bathroom fell off We are on our third heater control board needing our fourth Speakers both inside and out are worthless Kitchen cabinets are collapsing They should really upgrade the window blinds, we did Storage was really limited. We put shelves in three different cabinets. The reading light over the bed is blinding. We had to add our own. The bottom of each of the 4 drawers have come loose in the kitchen The kitchen cabinet is coming away from the wall. The kitchen faucet is leaking The oven is a nice touch but is sinking towards the floor The canopy refuses to come out and if it does, it doesn’t go back in No towel rod in bathroom, we had to add one Now we need to tear out the sink base and oven cabinet and replace with something that might last

The Travel trailer has held up very well over the last 5 years that Ive owned it. Im the 2nd owner and very pleased with the overall quality and ease of hooking it up to my Toyota sequoia. The trailer is constructed with aluminum framing, so it is ultra lite. The floorplan, which included a Dinette, was replaced with two swivel rocker recliners because the dinette's comfort while watching TV or reading was not comfortable. The glass shower is exceptional so I don't have to mess with a shower curtain. The slide- out and awning function perfectly, and the RV will come with a gas grill and mounting for ease of use.

Mechanically good: tow hitch, propane tanks, suspension, etc. Although I had to build a new rear bumper because the original was of such light gauge steel it totally buckled after a very slight impact. The "build-out" is of exceedingly poor quality. Virtually all "wood" componets (bed, cabinets, trim, etc.) are low grade and put together with staples. Many staples were not "set" properly and we have been sliced open on exposed staples many times. We have had to replace the water heater 3 times and the very noisy water pump twice. After driving over uneven ground - very slowly in a National Forest campground - the trailer "wracked" (twisted) and now the bathroom door no longer fits its opening and won't close. The fiberglass bath vent hood fell apart after 3 years. So many more things to complain about. The dealer - 120 miles from my home - was of little help.

We have traveled long distances with this trailer and have found it to be easy to tow. The floor plan allows us to have room to move about easily. The rear bath with a full shower is spacious. When confined to the indoors in inclement weather, the dinette is more than adequate for board games or our laptops. There is ample storage shelf and closets on either side of the queen bed in the front of the camper. The kitchen counter has adequate space for meal prep, a toaster and a coffee maker.
