Our Bayside Elite never required warranty work so I l gave it 5 stars. We bought it new and have been camping with it for 25 years and just can't bring ourselves to sell it even though we have a newer Aliner Expedition. The Aliner takes a few minutes to set up, the Bayside takes over an hour. We take the A Liner on cross-country trips with multiple one night stops and use the Bayside for our weeklong stays at one campground. The Bayside has two comfortable king size beds, and plenty of screens to open so you always have air moving wherever you are in the camper. The slide out dining table is very comfortable for four (we've had six sitting there), the pop out sink and stove work well for cooking and clean-up, the outside stove is potent and boils water very quickly. The interior lights work well and cover the complete floorpan, include the beds. The curtains provide plenty of privacy for each bed. The heater works well; it's always nice to wake up and plant your feet on a warm floor when it's cold outside. It tows easily due to its low height and our Yukon 3.0L diesel gets 19 - 20 MPG pulling it at 70 - 75 MPH (I put 87 MPH rated tires on it so I could drive it at Michigan's 75 MPH speed limits). I follow the Coleman guidelines for annual summer and winter maintenance and everything still works well; the top goes up and down with no issues. The only repairs I've done are fixing an inoperative refrigerator and installing a new axle; I didn't realize we were overloading it when we carried most of our gear for week long camping trips in the camper. I look at new floorpans and don't see anything I like as well as our very reliable and functional Bayside.

Bought used in 2017. The dealer didn’t reveal major dry rot in the front right corner, which we had repaired. Also replaced subfloor in the storage area. There was a leak in the seam where the roof connected to the front piece, though not a surprise because it was 17 years old. Despite that, it is an excellent trailer. It is much better built than the Fleetwood Terry 17’ hybrid trailer we had before it. For example, the KZ has real wood supports under the seats whereas the Fleetwood had particle board supports (which cracked). The plywood on the benches is twice as thick in the KZ. We’ve made a lot of upgrades because it’s a well-built trailer. All the seams outside the Fleetwood (fiberglass siding) had to be recaulked, but the KZ’s seams (aluminum siding) are fine. I don’t know how the newer ones are, but we are very happy with the quality of our 2000 KZ Coyote. The tent ends (which make it a hybrid) are still in great shape after 21 years.

The Catalina Lite lives up to its name and is a very easy trailer to pull. I think the weight is somewhere around 4500 pounds. Our is a 2000 model so it has its bumps and bruises, but overall its build quality has been quite good. The floor plan is a bit tight and it has no slideouts, so it really maxes out with four people. It is basically a place to sleep only as there is really not much room inside. It also sits lower to the ground than newer trailers. for this reason, there are wheel wells on each side which further erode into the already limited interior space. Having the trailer sit lower to the ground makes it more stable when towing, but also puts the drain pipe close to the ground. For this reason is is sometimes difficult to get a good gravity pull on the waste water when hooking up the drain line. It sometimes takes some creative planning to get an adequate drain slope.

Bought this RV used 5 years ago. We were looking for a trailer to accommodate 2-3 adults, be towable with a small truck (Tacoma, V6 engine), and be small enough to fit on most campground spots, not just pull-throughs.
We have taken the BigFoot around the East of North America. Excellent construction and insulation compared to more mainstream manufacturers, with solid floors, oak cabinets, real mattresses, full-size fridge and freezer. The floor plan is conservative, but efficient. The full restroom with separate shower and hot water is great.
The fiberglass shell is reassuring, solid, and easy to work with. The windows' glass is thermal, and combined with full polyurethane insulation, extends the camping season through late November, in Canada.
The only drawback; the BigFoot is about as aerodynamic as a mountain; it's a cube. The front with its window cover is almost vertical. The sidewalls are vertical.
Would buy again in a heartbeat, and would buy nothing else. Our previous "Jayco & Co" didn't hold up against this 20-year-old BigFoot. Even our Winnebago doesn't compare in terms of build quality.

This is the worst engineered camper i ever seen. Its structure joints, woid and steel joints are of poor quality with poor joint setup. Some places under the steel bracket a 2x2 is missing and never inserted. its wiring a mess as well, poor quality. And these units have chrinic rain water leakage problems which renders the camper's walls and floors completely disintegrate. The design can be counted as very good but not excellent. But the way they put these things together is horrible. Lots of space wasted how they setup furnace and micro and hit water heater. A 7 year old school child could have thought out a better setting and structrual integrity better than the RVision engineers. Also parts very hard to find and its a project that will never end. Do not buy one of these unless you want to punish yourself and your family. Honest review. i git hundreds of pictures if hiw this thing is so badly put together from factory.

We took it to Florida on spring break last year. A/C will freeze you.Tows very easily due to the low center of gravity and has little wind resistance. Very clean. Amazing amount of storage . Quality construction throughout. We will certainly miss it.
