We have done more work to repair or correct ECRVs "fixes" than any other unit we have had combined. The final straw and reason we are obligated to warn everyone who trusts honest reviews occurred after the water tank fell -repeat fell- out off the RV (sitting in our garage, not moving THANKFULLY). Previously, ECRVs "repaired" issue with water tank under warranty, they would not admit tank was removed. However the manufacturer rep stated they charged removal under warranty; also meaning tank hardware was removed, then "replaced" or "reused". I have found all the hardware that should have been used to secure brackets was not there or is missing. Note that this compartment was sealed so anything loose or falling out of place would be evident. This means that we would & have experienced a catastrophic failure, which could've lead to a fatality, placed squarely on their hands. Another sign of the workmanship this dealer shoves out the door. Be aware that safety is NOT a priority at this place nor is customer service nor is standing behind their work or product.
