When my mom told me she was downsizing to the stationary RV life, I thought she was crazy! She googled everything she could find and at the end of her search, nothing would do but this Forest River Rockwood Windjammer 3001W. She sang its praises (the closet! the storage! the big back window!). If was easy to set up and use. No cramped spaces, no hard to reach maintenance areas. She finally found one and brought it home - to live in our big metal barn. She pulled all the furniture out, replaced the boxy RV curtains with rods and pretty curtains (did you know you could do that?!?) and moved in all her pretty furniture. Took about a week before you could sit in her living room and chat while you watched the deer through that big back window. It was perfect. My two kids want to visit? Fine - there was plenty of room for them to play. My brother wanted to visit? He can stand up straight inside, and he's a big guy. Have to admit, I was a little envious of her little personalized paradise... She's downsized a little more to an independent living facility where someone else cooks and cleans for her, so her RV is looking for it's new owner. Wish I could talk my husband into it...it would make quite a she-shed... I can think of all kinds of people that would love this layout. Single adventurers, a couple looking to retire, college kid wanting to live on a budget, ranch hand, guest house - this was a great RV with it's original layout and furniture - opening it up and putting your own "real" stuff in it was even cooler. We have had nothing but problems with this 5th wheel since we bought it. Black tank is messed up, which should be cover under warranty. The electrical plug for the 12 volt came out bc it doesn't fit. Getting Wade's in Joplin to come and fix things are like pulling teeth. WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! Show less

Given that many companies are short handed and back logs are significant, the consumer has to do many repairs themselves..so having such poor customer service who tells you that they are not bonded to work with the public, is just that…poor customer service…When screws fall out, bungees cords fray, making order of frequent replacement parts or recommendation would be helpful, especially when local dealers are 6 months out on repair work. I will never buy another rock wood/forest River product for this reason.. A liner has much better customer service..in this regard. Show less

Absolutely loved owning this travel trailer. It worked great for our family of 5 and was easy to pull. No slides made it easy to work with and the layout worked great for us. The trailer had a tub that worked great for the little ones and a larger stove than some other options we looked at. The awning and outside speakers made it great for hanging out at as well. DO NOT BUY FOREST RIVER! Wow have had this trailer for 3 years now every year this is something new wrong with it! Had a coleman before this and had 0 problems with the coleman. I thought I would be getting an up grade with forest river but Nope! Show less

We purchased this RV new in 2014 and just traded it in for a 2020 2516s. This camper served us very well for these 7 seasons. We never had any issues or had it fail us in any way. A good solid camper. Show less

Great Fifth Wheel Trailer, very roomy inside floor plan for a 32 foot trailer. Has opposing slide outs. Towed very nice down the road with my Ford F-250. Plenty of storage. Has a 15,000 btu ducted A/C. Angled entertainment center with surround sound very nice too. Show less

5 stars all around, I gave no stars on warranty and service as we purchased it pre-owned with no warranty, etc. It is a great value for the money and if I had it to do over again, I would not change a thing. Show less

This toy haul trailer was perfect for our family of 2 humans and 3 four legged large fur babies. Was easy to tow and load our two atv's onto. Ample room and storage. Like the up front toy hauler of them being outside and not inside where we eat like most toy haulers. The bed was hard to make as are most. Show less

This is a great couples camper with room for the grandkids or an extra adult.It is easy to tow. Plenty of room for week-long trips. It has a large refrigerator and plenty of storage the you don't typically find in a camper of this size! Show less
