I bought a new 2023 Forest River, East to West, Entrada for a one year trip around the country. After two-weeks the refrigerator failed. The model is the Ever Chill and the freezer builds up ice preventing cold air going into the refrigerator. This is well known in the industry. The Forest River warranty is awful. I have been trying to get this model replaced and no one will talk to me. It was in the shop for 14 weeks with them only agreeing to replace the electrical panel. I had to cancel the Florida Keys due to warranty delays. It failed again. I can't get a direct contact to send a letter documenting the issues to get help with this issue. I need a new refrigerator. Then.. the microwave is a bad product as well. After the timer is finished, the convection oven turns on and still produces heat. It was replaced. First time I used the new unit, the convection oven came on. When you buy an RV, the appliances should work. The warranty is useless and the customer service is horrible. Buy from another company. If you have a problem, you will not be supported.

We've used this RV for a few years now. It runs excellent and the open floor plan and lots and lots of storage is fantastic!! We had plenty of room to put in 2 normal full size queen mattresses which are much better than the standard RV-type mattresses. Everything just works and living in it for long vacations is wonderful. Never leaked during rain storms, etc, and plenty of hot water. Really like that the frig and freezer keeps working with the electric goes out as it works on propane as well. No food spoilage! Water heater works on both propane and electric as well, so we have hot water and hot showers even if there's no electric hookup. Really love the internal 4,000 watt generator that starts up at the push of a button if electric hookup is not working for long periods of time or boon docking. :)

Any faster will be roughly 300 to 400 miles. I’m not in a rush. It’s light and is to maneuver. It’s 24ft long so I sometimes can fit in a parking spot by backing up into it. I love it. I have a family of 5 all children are young adults. We all fit nice and comfortable. Also with A/C from the coach and vehicle together it cools faster and heats quicker because it smaller than others.

I have owned this RV since it was New in 2015. Nothing but good things to say about this model. Workmanship and reliability are excellent. The only problem I have had was with the generator. Company recommends regular gas but it contains water/alcohol which is bad for the generator. Had it rebuilt and now use premium gas and generator starts every time. The leveler system stopped once but the company sent the new part/circuit board fedex and it was up and running in 2 days. Everything else has worked perfectly I would buy another except I am 85 and need knee replacements so my RV days are over. I regularly tow a Jeep Rubicon with no trouble.

I bought a Forest River Forrester designed and built at this location. Paid $87,500.00 for it brand new. This was just before COVID 19 went wild. We ended up not using the RV A SINGLE TIME over a period of 4 1/2 years due to COVID and then several family emergencies. During that time I took excellent car of the RV, according to all instructions and even changed the oil every six months. The RV had 1.244 miles on it (trips to have regular preventative maintenance done at certified dealers) when I went to trade it off. The most I could get for this never used RV was 51.200.00 due to a leaking roof (it was undercover most of the 4 year period) and other degrading issues (I was told) due to poor manufacturing. RV building practices may have changed since I bought mine in 2019 but I doubt to the extent these problems are all addresses. Buy your next RV through a different brand. My experience was an absolute disaster.
