What piece of garbage. Yes, there are thing I like compared to the one I traded in, but discovered this one is cheaply made. The entry wall is not even straight. Oh well. Guess I got the lemon. This floor plan is great for families or if you want to have a separate office space to work remotely. This camper sleeps 9 easily and comfortably. The higher BTU units (2) keeps the camper nice and cold on those warmer days. The garage storage is huge. Also love the 2 refrigerators and ice maker in the outdoor kitchen. The fireplace in the living room can be set to look pretty, but also can be used as a heat source, wonderful on the chilly nights. The control panel's ability to work with the app on your phone is very handy, can check your tank levels, battery levels, control awnings and all the lights. We also enjoy the solar panel which charges the batteries. Highly recommend this camper!

Love the design and setup of the trailer but good lord the quality of the plumbing and electrical is just horrible the electrical doesn't have enough power the kitchen and bunk is all run together I use the bunk room as an office so I can't run my computers and coffee pot at the same time or it pops the breaker. But the real problem is the plumbing is just garbage if it has a o ring on it... it has leaked day 1 the shower leaked then the bathroom sink. Then both the toilets connectors leaked then if it hits 40 degrees the hot water heater tries taking a nap. I'm honestly going to trade this thing off I got a new one to avoid this stuff but it's a nightmare of water problems

I bought a new 2023 Forest River, East to West, Entrada for a one year trip around the country. After two-weeks the refrigerator failed. The model is the Ever Chill and the freezer builds up ice preventing cold air going into the refrigerator. This is well known in the industry. The Forest River warranty is awful. I have been trying to get this model replaced and no one will talk to me. It was in the shop for 14 weeks with them only agreeing to replace the electrical panel. I had to cancel the Florida Keys due to warranty delays. It failed again. I can't get a direct contact to send a letter documenting the issues to get help with this issue. I need a new refrigerator. Then.. the microwave is a bad product as well. After the timer is finished, the convection oven turns on and still produces heat. It was replaced. First time I used the new unit, the convection oven came on. When you buy an RV, the appliances should work. The warranty is useless and the customer service is horrible. Buy from another company. If you have a problem, you will not be supported.

Run! Do not buy this brand at all! We loved the floor plan which is why we bought it to begin with but had I read reviews I would have ran. We spent $40,000 on a brand new camper that we have had 0 successful trips in where something wasn’t Broken. To start, NONE of the electric worked. The pocket door has fallen off 6 times, thankfully my husband is a custom home builder and could fix it. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor our very first time using it. Again he fixed that. The belly pans to make the camper a “ 4 seasons camper” all flew off on the highway putting us at risk to cause an accident. We winterized our camper for the first time, and a month later we went inside only to find the faucet sink was completely broken in half! ( HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN?!) the master bedroom crossmember boards for the bed completely broke in half the very first time even laying on the bed, ( I am 120 lbs and my husband is 160 lbs so that should have not happened at all. So on top of the 40,000 we have spent we have spent a ton of time and more money fixing the thing that we can’t even enjoy. It’s a piece a junk. Do not buy this camper. Find another brand that hopefully is put together better than this.

I purchased new about 3 months ago and the trailer pulled really bad. I tow almost 2-3x a week and by far this is the worst experience. Dropped it off at the dealer for major repairs structurally. I was told the following day that the trailer has buckled , the doors are bent , the cabinets and oven are pulling off the wall , the wrong leaf springs were installed and the axles are bad. It has less than 900 miles. Basically in short it was built wrong from the factory. I was asked permission from Forest River to sign a waiver so they could tow it back to the facility to rebuild a brand new trailer. I was given no other options and put on the spot. I declined now knowing I need to pay for an education and go through what will be a long process with the manufacturer. I was sold a bad unit that isn’t safe to be road worthy and have to now shoulder the burden of making a payment , keeping my insurance up to date , keeping my storage spot going and not have a trailer to use. I will keep everyone up to date and will most likely start a social media page to allow others in the same position as myself to have a place to communicate. As of now I’m not signing anything and I just bought the worlds worst trailer that is unusable and the rep was very short as was I. My recommendation would be to research this manufacturer and be mindful of the dealership you buy from. I was just told I’m so many words “ sorry but there is nothing we can do.” Trailers have issues I get that. But if this was a vehicle it would be a lemon and a lawsuit. I hope it doesn’t come to that but as of now I will be pursuing paying for that education and walking through this horrible process.

Any faster will be roughly 300 to 400 miles. I’m not in a rush. It’s light and is to maneuver. It’s 24ft long so I sometimes can fit in a parking spot by backing up into it. I love it. I have a family of 5 all children are young adults. We all fit nice and comfortable. Also with A/C from the coach and vehicle together it cools faster and heats quicker because it smaller than others.
