We love the floor plan of this model. Plenty of storage inside & out. Generator problems from day one. Rough start & back fired. Did not work in western states due to the heat. Could not run Generator for AC or Frig. Top molding falling down, frig would not keep cold - warranty fixed it. Blind shade fell off, had to glue the shade back on. Rear chassis bolt fell off off while driving. Recall fixed that. Molding under frig falling apart from moisture & water dripping from frig. Had to add anti sway bar and anti roll bar in rear. Drives much better now. Headlights are way too dim - need LED headlights Overall very happy with RV.

Forest River Georgetown XL 378TS is one of the best class A built. Operator friendly meaning on road handling is outstanding both on the open road and in the city the front windshield allows the driver and passenger a great view. Getting setup at the destination is fast hookups are all located water, sewer and electric within reach of each other. Slide outs (3), automatic leveling and awning make life comfortable in this RV. With three flat screens and an awesome entertainment system enjoyment at its best!!!. It has the comforts of home on wheels and the weather is not a factor Hot or Cold. This RV is fully self contained meaning no hookups are required to boon dock. I have learned how to operate this coach inside and outside the dealership does not spend time teaching and showing the new owner they want us gone. This coach turns heads both on the road and in RV Parks and many positive comments as well.

Backlight on tachometer is defective upon purchase new. I had to pay diagnostic fee ($165 + tax) to be told instrument cluster needs to be replaced. To do this, because the odometer is part of the cluster the Ford service center must keep the motorhome until a new cluster is ordered, made, delivered and installed so the odometer reading is accurate. Because Ford is having parts problems, I may not see my $155K investment for up to 6 months. When I said that is unacceptable and want the diagnostic fee refunded I was inform the any fees paid by me do not get “reviewed” and refunded until the job is completed! 😱

We have had our 2017 Georgetown 364ts new since July 5th 2017. We are at 39,647 miles. We have the full body paint . We wondered if we made the right decision in paying the extra $10,000 but we are so glad we did! It looks like the day we bought it. We could not be happier. We are thinking of selling and getting a new one. The first tune up on the engine is at 99,000 miles! This V-10 is a workhouse and I have heard people going to 200-300,000 miles on a V-10. We absolutely love the huge residential fridge and 2,000 watt inverter. The 5,500 Onan Generator The 2 Full Baths, the kingsize bed, large bunk beds with tv's, 5 TVs, bunk over cab, no carpet in the coach or storage places makes it easy to keep clean. The LVT floors look like the floors at home. The two AC units and the 2 gas furnaces that both have electric heat strips if you want to save on propane. The 3 burner gas stove and nice size oven with large Convection Microwave and solid surface counters make it feel like home. We installed a DISH Satellite System for times when we are out of cell service and can't watch tv using my I-phone Hotspot. The Combination Washer and Dryer has worked flawlessly sine we purchased the RV and has saved us so much time and we don't need to being near as many clothes. The pullout is a queen size and the RV easily sleeps 8 people. The 6 speed transmission makes for less engine noise. The stereo system is great and also has a dvd player! The two 6 gallon water heaters use electric or propane and two water pumps make it perfect for full time RVing. If one goes out you always have a backup. We still work but have gone on a couple of long trips 4,000 miles out West and Glacier National Park and to the Florida Keys 7 times and lake Erie, Douglas Lake next to the Smokies and a few other places. The coach is the perfect match for being large enough and heavy enough to give a great ride. We have never had to do any type of upgrade on the suspension . It is very easy to handle one or two fingers but a hand or two is probably safer. We keep the tires at proper pressure and use a TPS system also. We store it inside 10 months of the year on a concrete floor in an enclosed building. It has a Fiberglass roof that is considered the best . There is a ton of storage. For the money there is nothing we have found in 7 years we like near as much.

We got our brand new 2022 34h5 a few months ago. Took one trip with it with in the 1st week. The windsheild leaks and leaves about 1/2inch water up on the dash. The bunk rail fell while driving and hit my husband on the head, the air conditioners will just shut off and not come back on for over 16 hours (they act like there is no power to them) not even the fan on them will turn on. The arm on the sofa is broke, when you recline it goes outward, the dining table wiggles and creaks and won't stay up in the seated position. That's just what we found on our first trip and still trying to get fixed 3 months later. What I dont like about it now that we have used it: ---The fridge doors need to be pushed on when shut to seal. ---the windows and shades around the top of the bed get pulled on or banged by the pillows. ---to light the stove the knobs have to be in an exact position to click light the burners. Really hard to hit just the right spot. ---the bed is hard to get in and out of if your older, because they have that big shelf on the one side of the bed. ---the buttons on the couch are way to easy to bump and turn on all the time. ---the ladder for the bed has narrow steps to climb up. ---the cupboards up above everything except the sink open downwards, so you have to reach in over the door after time it will eventually weaken the door. ---the table only has tiny wood screws holding it together. So it's not very stable. ---the dining room slide out takes up all the room under the 1st awning. --- forest River customer is no existent. I have called 3 times trying to get help to deal with the dealership and noone has called me back.

I have owned this motorhome since I bought it new in 2019. I have driven it from Seattle to Disney World, and to the national parks of Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana and many places in between. I have 37k miles on it and have lived in it since shortly after I bought it. As far as manufacturing and assembly, all the important pieces work well except for the refrigerator. When it was a few months old, we had a torrential rainstorm in Salt Lake City and the refrigerator outside panel was not installed properly. As a result water poured into the refrigerator workings and it was damaged. After warranty repair, it works acceptably but ice cream will get a little soft in very hot weather. Other than that, a few small trim pieces in the coach were not installed correctly. I have had no other issues with the generator, the furnace, the two wonderful air conditioners, and the three TV's which are Furion. They have excellent pictures and one is very large. I tow a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk behind it and it does fine. I have had no suspension work on it and I find it very controllable. The only time I get white knuckles is when I am going over a narrow bridge with opposing traffic. The motorhome is wider than some of the lanes on county roads and it is tight on some state highways. I read about people who have all kinds of trouble but I think it is just like buying anything, some people are not lucky, and some people are. I replaced the king mattress that came with it with a memory cell mattress, and I sleep very well in it. I have two big dogs, and they have plenty of room to stretch out. I love my FR3 and it works great as a home I can go almost anywhere in. I would highly recommend it for its relatively low price and its reliability, as well as its comfort.

We have 3 teenage kids and they all have space to spread out while driving and for sleeping! I love the extra large refrigerator. The shower is bigger than most I have been in and gives you a bit more room to maneuver. Love the king bed with power outlets on both sides for charging. Overall it is well built and I can’t think of a thing we would add.
