The folding sofa bed works perfect for our 2-dogs and leaves the queen for us. We tow with a Toyota 4Runner which worked perfectly over mountains. It has a Rhino rack which we use for SUP boards. It's a bit high up and requires 2-people to manage.

Cheap enough at $20,000 new. Cheaply made but you get what you pay for. Has a lot of nice features such as installed Solar, outside griddle, outside hot and cold shower, rear camera ready, Wifi Booster ready, Antanea booster, But best of all its only 23 foot including tongue and tows like a dream....

Overall A beautiful trailer Built pretty solid but you still don't want to ever Stress the trailer out by using it too much. It's more just for a Get away for the weekend Overall very nice Looking forward to closing the deal they said it looks like I'm an 8 out of 10 likelihood to get it!!! I told them if I get it I'm gonna ring that bell so hard I might break it *cowbell*
That leaves me with this why do cows have cowbells? Some would argue its because their horns don't work!!!!! I did My Sale In ES CAN ABA Michigan

We usually camp in USFS, BLM, NSP or state campground so having a smaller trailer makes it much easier get a site. Its small but has a lot of storage: a closet on each side of the bed, two pantry/closets, drawers under the dinette and good storage space in the bathroom.
We've had five problems : 1) a small tear in the awning (fixed under warranty) that took 3 month to get repaired, 2) hinge screws would not stay tight (easy fix), 3) tiny water leak where the braided hose attaches to the water heater (easy fix), 4) hitch jack stopped working (just happened, think it will be an easy fix), 5) the original mattress was horrible, (replaced with a Wilderness mattress).
We love the trailer especially the 52 gal. fresh water tank which allows us to stay up to 5 nights without hookups.

Especially love the murphy bed - on long trips it is very nice to have the extra space to provide a different look. U shaped dinette is very roomy and allows for a comfortable feet-up posture when needed. Shower is roomy enough. The couch has gotten saggy and uncomfortable which is sad, because it is impossible to change the cushions. Overall quality has exceeded expectations. Would absolutely buy again.

The only good thing about this trailer is the layout/floorplan. All the used material is flimsy and just slapped together. We bought this trailer brand new. The trim started shaking loose immediately, no wonder when you see that everything is randomly stapled. The table was mounted crookedly, it was clearly just screwed in without measuring. After 6 months the shower started leaking because the support board just cracked (it's just some plywood on 4 legs), and the drain pipe was rubbing against the side of the board (again they didn't even measure it). Two weeks later the black water tank started leaking. The heating just turns off after a while before reaching the desired temparature. Now we get fumes from the water heater inside the bunk house, the CO/propane alarm goes off, so we can't use the water heater nor the toilet anymore. Both the Lazy Days dealership and Forest River keep sending us back and forth. We will never buy anything of them anymore.

My life save has been the washer and dryer. To not lug laundry out is huge. The electric fireplace warms the whole trailer saving on propane. Having the outside kitchen has been great for warm weather. Saves having to cook inside needing the aircon on to not get to hot in summer.
