It is also easy to pull, it has been through the mountains with no problems, just a dream to pull and stay in. There are no issues with it, the tires are new and the automatic stabilizers and jack make set up a dream. I love using the outdoor kitchen when it is hot to keep the inside kitchen clean. Absolutely nothing I would change about it.

The wall unit that holds the TV bounced away from the wall , made a mess of the ceiling. Th e rear cap has seperated off the floor, the insurance co.will pay $5,000 for that and the wall unit. I first purchased the trailer the cheap Chines tire blew, tire warranty covered only the warranty on the tire $30. The damage was over $1,000. Forest River would not cover anything. I purchased the parts from them at full price. Water pump went out. I would not recommend a Forest River product.

We bought this RV new and it was our first 5th Wheel. We especially liked the large closet, round shower, large refrigerator/freezer, and great storage. One thing we noticed with Rockwood was a lot of things that are extra in other RVs was standard in ours. For example, ceiling fan in living room area, two fantastic fans in bathroom and kitchen area, solar equipped, electric/propane water heater, lazy boy recliners, and a rear carrier are just some of the extras. I really liked the Reese revolution hitch that rotated at the trailer instead of the fifth wheel. I have a short bed truck and can make 90 degree turns without ever worrying about hitting my truck with the trailer. I upgraded the tires because the factory tires are not rated for speeds over 60 mph. It is a great trailer but our health has reached the point that we can't travel in an RV any longer. But I would highly recommend this fifth wheel. I have talked to very few RVers who have found a great dealer to maintain their rig although I kept looking. A lot of things can be fixed yourself if you have any mechanical knowledge. Good luck on your RV adventure and we wish all of you the wonderful time we have had with ours.

We traded in our forest river travel trailer that never had a problem and purchased a Rockwood fifth wheel. BIG mistake. We love the floor plan, towing and living. Quality is a problem. It wasn’t even off the lot the first time when Santa Rosa RV let us know the microwave didn’t work. They ordered a new one back in it went for replacement. The first time we were going to take it out the slide outs wouldn’t come in as the whole electrical panel ceased to function. We had to pay $250 for mobile Rv to come out and assist getting three slide outs in. Back in it went for repairs it was two months old. At 11 months the refrigeration quit working. That was in April it is now December and we still have no refrigeration. It has been in the repair shop numerous times they can’t figure it out. We were promised they would order a new refrigerator and now they are telling us the warranty company is saying no yet another cooling unit to be replaced. I cannot stress enough how I would avoid Rockwood or Santa Rosa RV for repairs.

We purchased our Forest River Rockwood Ultralite in Utah, and we live in Washington. We loved our RV, and used it for campground hosting for the forest service. The warranty was a rip off, in my opinion, as very little is covered. We had a filter leak under the floor, and damage the floor, unknowingly. They would pay for the filter, about $12.00, but not for the repair of the floor. So, beware of the extended warranty they try to sell you. Lesson learned.

It's perfect for two people; don't believe any brochure saying it sleeps 6. The dinette and fold-down couch could each sleep small two children, but not even one 6' man. I purchased mine in February of 2020 just before COVID hit, and it cost $10K at a dealer's used RV lot (after negotiating). Today, while COVID remains rampant, I've been offered more than $16K for it. I made several updates, replaced the carpeting
