Forest River has been to my home 3 times since January 2023. Shower still leaks. BBB in Indiana and South Carolina both closed my case and suggested contacting an attorney. I can’t afford to do this. The Indiana Attorney General is now trying to mediate my case. That will take forever. I’m paying 375$ a month for something I can’t use. I’m a disabled combat veteran. I have stressor letters from my VA psychiatrist stating stress caused by inability to use and still making payments. I email Forest River daily. They don’t respond. BUYER BEWARE!! No lemon law on a rv. I’m stuck with something I can’t use.

I don’t even know where to begin. We bought this trailerT26DBUD in November of 2021. Since the first trip to Palm Springs we stopped at a gas station and a gentleman told us that a panel fell off under our trailer. I went to investigate and found the the front under panel fell completely off and was in several pieces, the middle panel was also coming off so I secured it with duct tape. We stopped at the Riverside Camperworld and they removed the panel that was hanging down. When we got back home I took it in to Camperworld in Roseville, Ca. They repaired the panels. The repairs were done in 3-1/2 months. We then went up to Washington state with no problems. 4 months later we are in Bakersfield, Ca and found that we no longer have electricity at our GFI plugs, our microwave oven, fireplace, television and most importantly our water pump doesn’t work. The workmanship on this trailer is absolutely horrible and we are extremely frustrated and unhappy with this piece of crap. We love this trailer but it looks like it’s built by a 3 year old. Reliability is everything. Camperworld in Roseville has a 5 month backlog, so now what do we do? 🤮

The best camper I've ever owned! I love this thing.
1) It is HUGE. Lots of room - it sleeps 9, so for an empty-nest couple and a small dog, it is like a home away from home.
2) The garage is amazing. I put a home office in there and used the half bath like it was my own little place. I worked while my wife lived the carefree camping life - watching Netflix, walking around in the wilderness, etc.
3) A king bed was a must for us, and this one was fantastic.
4) A washer-dryer connection was a must for us, and this one has it.
5) New things in 2022 and around then: tankless water heater (amazing), solar panel for battery-powered fridge. Keeps food cold while driving.
6) Everything is designed to be off-grid; you can completely function in this thing without even powering up the generator.
7) The generator is built-in and there's a 30 gallon tank so you really can go anywhere.
8) We are not toy people, but the garage is huge, with plenty of tie down rings, and there's a fuel station outside so you can gas your toys up like you are a gas station!

absolutely the worst trailer and experience I have ever had. We purchased this trailer in July of 2022 and the trailer sat on the side of our property up until December of 2022. The unit was then relocated to storage. Upon relocation of the trailer, we noticed that the front of the trailer started to separate from the sides of the trailer. At this point we began to further investigate. We then found multiple leaks in the pop outs and mold growth within the trailer. we had a mold analyst come out and conduct multiple readings and tests on the trailer. The tests came back stating that the trailer was not safe to stay in . We contacted RV country in Reno Nv who was amazing in helping us get things sorted out. The issue is that Forest River then picked up the trailer and supposedly repaired the trailer but took them months to correct the issue. We still have yet to see the trailer back and we are now outside of the one-year warranty. We have lost an entire season to use the trailer with no assistance from the manufacturer.
I would never recommend this company to anybody. I am now stuck with a trailer I don't feel comfortable in putting my family in or using. We paid over 60k for this trailer and now it might as well be an oversized paper weight .

In April 2022 I purchased a new Forest River Wildwood Xlite 263BHXL. It is a lemon, and RV wholesalers, and Forest River refuse to make it right. Since purchase I have had the following issues:
o Shower Basin
o Main Entry Door
o Slide motor
o Awning
o Jackknife sofa support
o Interior Bathroom Door
o Galley tank drain pipe
o Main Entry door (again)
o Fireplace
· Summary of time out of service.
o 33 days at Hometown trailer (diagnostics)
o 107 days at Hometown trailer (repairs)
o 20 days a Campers Inn
o 160 days total out of my possession due to repairs.
The Galley tank drain, Shower Basin, and main entry door still have issues, after either attempted repair or repair refusal.
I highly recommend steering clear of Forest River, and RV wholesalers. I have been an RV owner a long time, and buying this unit was the largest mistake i have ever made.

Our first new camper we saw it and fell in love. Until we went camping the first time. The Murphy bed cracked , the shower rivets started popping out, shower turning yellow. Second time out the smoke sector would not stop going off. Third time out the mattress ripped and no heat , we froze and could not find anyone to come and look at it . We called the dealership and they told us to blow it out sometimes bugs get in the vent.. well if you all know this it is probably a $2.00 fix .and what in the world were am I going to blow it out with I am It is not like I carry a compressor when my brand new camper should have heat , and now the camper has a strong smell of propane. Forth trip good grief I am exhausted from all of this by now the camper has a brand new tank in from our last trip and the smell of propane is stronger had to leave all the windows and vents open and when we went to drain the black and grey water out it was leaking from the connections . I have about had it . This camper has been out a total of four times and $ 28,000 I should not have any problems I am so over this camper. GRRR I AM SCARED TO TAKE IT OUT.
