We've had our RV for just over a year now never had any problems with it at all. It pulls good. I love the self-leveling one push of a button and it sets the whole trailer up for you. Very nice. My husband had the idea of us living in an RV while building our house. Honestly I was not crazy about the idea. Then I saw this RV and my response, "That I could do!" This RV is so very nice and spacious. The refrigerator is huge compared to others I've seen. Plus it has a large freezer space too. The shower is full size and we installed a washer/dryer. The TV is so nice and large and the seats are very comfy. We lived in this RV for over a year. This 2022 Riverstone Legacy Luxury Package 42FSKG is a 44'10 Fifth-Wheel Toy Hauler up for sale.This has been the home to my wife and I for 2 years and are now executing our exit plan by moving into a sticks and bricks in Massachusetts. This RV is ready now. I have kept very good care of this RV and have used RVLife Pro Maintenance to document my maintenance. I can provide printout if desired. This RV was purchased at Bills Happy Camper, which if you have a Riverstone you know who they are and their great reputation. We have traveled 13000 miles while working remotely since June 0f 2022. Some history to provide extra details for additional Maintenance we have done. During the first year Bills Happy Camper replaced a seal on front right hydraulic Jack due to leak. All Hydraulics working great. In May of 2024 Bills also fixed a kitchen slide which had a motor pop out of its housing. Both covered under initial and current extended warranty which is transferrable to new owner. MORyde IS alignment completed in May 2024 also at designated MORyde alignment service center. All Tanks cleaned in February 2024 with receipts and grades available. Also provided pictures of items you should be aware of but are at best cosmetic. I bondod are near hitch pin. A weird vertical angle leaving a gas station were the truck bed and RV touched. Bills also fixed a right rear area where the ground hit the rear right bottom. They could have provide new panel but chose not to. Picture in sun makes it look worse than is. All other pictures provided of that area doesnt even show an issue. Since were no longer RVing let me tell you all the other items we will be including with this sale.Fully paid for a transferable Warranty from Americas RV Warranty. We purchased this RV after 3 years of going to several large RV shows in Hershey, PA until we found exactly what we wanted. We had to be able to travel once we located in a site, so we did not want a motor home Class A or a Class C, since that would require us to tow a car. The 5th Wheels provide more room and more stability, and allow us to leave the premised. We did not want to waste our precious time using laundry facilites, so a MUST for us was an RV able to accomodate a quality Washer and Dryer. We found this in our Forest River Wildcat! For 2 people, the space ismore than perfect. We have even used the pull-out sofa for company a few times and once everyone is awake, it is again quite roomy. A feature that was a 'must' was a big rear window. Backing into a site that overlooks the ocean is the reasons we chose a particular location. It's like having waterfront property all across the country! The heat ssytem is great - and the added electic fireplace provides just enough heat to take the 'nip' out of the air on a colder Spring or Autumn morning. And the ACs are so effecient, we hardly need the 2nd bedroom unit was added. We found this RV had EVERYTHING we could ever have wanted! Show less

Traveled the country in this RV and absolutely loved it. Easy to pull, tons of amenities. Felt like we bought the perfect 5th Wheel. Family of 4, never felt over crowded but could still fit in most RV parks, even some really small tight spaces. Show less

This Rv is very spacious, has a lot of storage space. My grandchild loved having their own bathroom and bedroom. My husband loved having electronic jacks making the set up so easy. The air conditioner shut off when reaching the desired temperature, which I don’t think the one we had before did. The full queen bed is very comfortable. This camper is good for tall people , you don’t have to bend down to get in bed. It also has a ceiling fan which helps circulate the air. Show less

We purchased a Forest River Sierra 3440BH In June of 2023, New never been used and some areas still had the fresh smell of new. We loved the floor plan, as we have 2 teenagers, and about to have our first grandchild from 1 of our boys, so it certainly will work for sleeping arrangements. Now for the best part, got it home and winterized it as camping season was over for us. We hooked up the propane and kept the tank heaters on and keep the indoor temp at 55 degrees. In March we de-winterized and begin to set things up for camping season. Well we found a lest of 19 items that were warranties' and the list goes on. To start the trim is peeling off the cabinets, screen doors are broke, toilets leaked water, sinks leak, bed trim fell off, black tank valve is stuck shut (can not use read bath room at all due to leaks and toilet/ tank), always smell like sewer, awing is falling off, curtains put on awkward or uneven, NO BRAKES! If i was to guess i would say a bunch of 5 year old put this camper together, unfortunately for us we can not take the camper back for LEMON LAWS as the do not apply. But this thing has to spend at least 2-3 months at the dealership to get repairs done for the warranty to work, all the parts have to come from the dealership. I WOULD NEVER IN THE REST OF MY GRANDCHILDS LIFETIME RECOMMEND THIS BRAND TO ANYONE PERIOD. Show less

We purchased this 5th Wheel brand new. This review will look at the Flagstaff from the overall quality and secondly one major flaw that's a problem with most RVs. From the perspective of overall quality we are very happy. So many quality features in the construction.... USA made Dexter Axles w/ self adjusting brakes, Magic Chef Stove/range top, 5/8 plywood floor (glued down), stainless steel sinks...... so much more. Now for the big negative... within the first dozen and a half times in and out the Schwintek slide broke on the 7' long kitchen . With such a small slide it was obvious poor quality of the Schwintek design. We replaces it at our own expense of $1,700. Within another 2 dozen times in and out the slide failed again.. Though I contemplated repairing it and selling the 5th wheel, because of the overall quality of the Flagstaff line of RVs, I decided to have the Schwintek system completely replaced with a Vroom Slide System. So sad to see such a very high quality RV incorporate such an absolutely poor quality slide system. Would I buy another Flagstaff ? Because of the overall quality I would probably say yes. However in negotiating the price I would keep in mind the need to immediately replace any Schwintek systems with a Vroom System. Schwintek is common on many brands of RVs. In my opinion it is a weak link in any RV. Show less
