We spent a good year researching and looking at all the floor plans, hauling, and features to find this toy hauler. It offered the length & weight we wanted, the interior height to make it feel larger, the right amount of sleeping capacity with two kids, and a decent size bathroom so we weren’t squeezed in. The added generator was a huge plus that extended our camping season through winter months for hunting off grid. The garage bay doubled as the perfect travel storage for bicycles, tables, chairs, floats, and all the stuff. We have really enjoyed all the features of this camper!! Show less

We bought this RV used. The previous owner says he only used it about 8 times in 3 years, which we thought was good... WRONG! He didn't use it enough to find all the problems and ensure they were fixed. So far, generator wouldn't start. Probably from not being used, but we did a ton of research and found many places saying this brand was junk. Air conditioner in the main living area and thermostat for it don't work. It will say it's 57 degrees in there, but felt more like 80. Did a ton of research and found the engineer design put the temperature sensor up in the condenser so it reads cold all the time. Took a shower and ended up with a huge pool of water on the bathroom floor. Realized they didn't bother to seal anything between the chintzy plastic walls and the shower base. There is a leak somewhere in the main room. We haven't yet determined if it's from the air conditioner or slide. The siding that wraps under the 5th wheel is peeling away, with the screws pulled out. The fridge doesn't keep food at safe temperature. Anything against the back will freeze, anything in the front will spoil. The back entry door doesn't latch properly. The overall layout and design is horrible... the RV is so tall, and has MoRyde 4 steps to get in, but they used a tiny 10 inch reach fold away handle up by the door knob. The hallway going up to the master bedroom is very narrow. The steps for the back bunk don't reach the floor, so they're not very steady or sturdy. Storage is almost non-existent, and what is there inside is high up so we have to keep a step stool in there. Outside is a teeny tiny door on the pass through, not nearly big enough to throw a chair in. We are hoping the transfer of the extended warranty the previous owner purchased comes through soon so we can get some of this taken care of. My parents had a Forest River Work n Play toy hauler that was garbage also, so I should have known better. Next time we'll spend a little more for something other than Forest River that hopefully doesn't have as many issues. My advice is STAY AWAY!!! Show less

Great light weight trailer with sufficient ground clearance for lite off road use. my primary reason for this floor plan was separate bedroom with easy out on both sides with closets, electrical & USB. 2 entries, 2 batteries, 2 propane tanks, electric canopy, electric slider, electric lifts. Layout is can sleep up to 4 or 2 adults in living area and 2 in queen bed. Show less

It was purchased new and mainly a couples camper, but have had others stay a night. Had to have the bulb seal around the slide out replaced before purchase as it was coming off near the bottom of one side. Also had to return to the dealer, for a water line behind the shower that was not correctly installed. I noticed the noise when connecting to water and quickly shut it off. It was fixed while I waited. The slide fuse was installed too deep and the electric tongue jack went bad in about month 7, both were repaired/replaced while I waited (about 2 hours). There are odd and ends things that have needed attention that I have addressed (door hinges, latches, etc.) The TV antenna doesn't seem to work which we typically stream so have not addressed. Easy to tow. Loved the layout and the storage spaces. Fridge a little small for a longer trip. Murphybed top and easy to handle. The outside light on top was good and the blue lights on the bottom gave a cozy ambiente. Disappointed in the warranty work. Never able to fix a wallpaper problem. Show less

This a well built toy hauler. Everything is nice and neat without excess glue and Staples. Great craftsmanship. I highly recommend it especially for your toys and camping needs. The floor plan is large. The garage space is large. Very quiet especially at the dunes. Stays warm. Good insulation. Definitely ready for the action camper. Show less

My 2021 Hyperlite 2815 has a decent size garage but very little storage room, so living in it for more than a week at a time requires planning. The over all quality is better than expected. Mine is built like a tank. Towing it it's very steady (with a 2500HD, not so much with a 1/2 ton). Factory support is not the best. I had a blowout and damaged the fender. Emailed and called and left messages for XLR three days ago and still no response. Show less

The best camper I've ever owned! I love this thing. 1) It is HUGE. Lots of room - it sleeps 9, so for an empty-nest couple and a small dog, it is like a home away from home. 2) The garage is amazing. I put a home office in there and used the half bath like it was my own little place. I worked while my wife lived the carefree camping life - watching Netflix, walking around in the wilderness, etc. 3) A king bed was a must for us, and this one was fantastic. 4) A washer-dryer connection was a must for us, and this one has it. 5) New things in 2022 and around then: tankless water heater (amazing), solar panel for battery-powered fridge. Keeps food cold while driving. 6) Everything is designed to be off-grid; you can completely function in this thing without even powering up the generator. 7) The generator is built-in and there's a 30 gallon tank so you really can go anywhere. 8) We are not toy people, but the garage is huge, with plenty of tie down rings, and there's a fuel station outside so you can gas your toys up like you are a gas station! In April 2022 I purchased a new Forest River Wildwood Xlite 263BHXL. It is a lemon, and RV wholesalers, and Forest River refuse to make it right. Since purchase I have had the following issues: o Shower Basin o Main Entry Door o Slide motor o Awning o Jackknife sofa support o Interior Bathroom Door o Galley tank drain pipe o Main Entry door (again) o Fireplace · Summary of time out of service. o 33 days at Hometown trailer (diagnostics) o 107 days at Hometown trailer (repairs) o 20 days a Campers Inn o 160 days total out of my possession due to repairs. The Galley tank drain, Shower Basin, and main entry door still have issues, after either attempted repair or repair refusal. I highly recommend steering clear of Forest River, and RV wholesalers. I have been an RV owner a long time, and buying this unit was the largest mistake i have ever made. Show less

We have loved this 5th wheel. It has been completely reliable and we hauled it from north Idaho to central coast of California and then to Sw FL where we have been stationary. Nothing has fallen apart, no tire mishaps and we all fit comfortable with the extra half bath, 15ft garage, tons of storage and pantry! The only issue we had was our refrigerator not working which we promptly got swapped out. Maybe we got lucky but literally nothing fell apart, no leaks, nothing. It’s been great! Show less
