Purchased used, moved in on existing lot. As with many manufacturers there is some confusion on exact model, Floorplan. Manufacturer placard states model SMT200RK but finding info online is scarce. Overall very pleased with quality, seems well enough insulated to keep heated and cooled even in sweltering heat southeast Texas is known for.

This is a great trailer for the money and perfect for us when we started as we did not know if we would like Camping or could handle driving a trailer. Now that we are committing ourselves to a long term future we want to upgrade to a larger one that can accommodate us better for longer road trips, i.e. a month at a time. This camper is good for short stays but is not really suitable for hanging inside all day. Its easy to manage, set up, and tow. If you are a beginner to camping or just looking for a small camper for short getaways you will enjoy this

My wife and I bought our NEW 2022 Forest River Wildwood Heritage Glen 308rl from a dealer in Lakeview, OH in September 2021. While we absolutely love camping, this travel trailer is absolutely the WORST QUALITY in BOTH MATERIALS and CRAFTSMANSHIP I've ever encountered. While the unit does have a 1 YEAR WARRANTY, it takes several MONTHS to get warranty parts, and even longer to get the service from the dealer. Nearly a year after purchase, we're still waiting for more than a half dozen items to be fixed under "warranty". Here's a brief rundown of the specific issues we've encountered since buying this unit: - Cabinet hinges literally fall out of the cabinet doors. The hinge is just glued into the wood, and with varying temperatures, the glue adhesive fails and the door will literally come off in your hand as you open the cabinet. This has occurred with approximately half of the cabinet doors on board. - Motion-sensor lights turn on and off randomly. This unit comes with motion-sensing light fixtures in the closet and pantry. ALL of the motion-sensing light turn on and off at random throughout all hours of the day and night. - Power and USB receptacles separate loose from the wall easily. As you plug and unplug electric cords or USB cables, the screws holding the receptacle in the wall come loose from the wall board itself. In under 1 year of ownership, this has occurred in 6 different outlets within the camper. - Interior doors warped. It came from the factory this way, but both the bathroom and pantry doors warp and will not close or latch properly. This was "fixed" by the service technician when we initially purchased the unit, however, instead of replacing the warped doors, they simply moved the location of the door hinge so it would close. Since then, the doors have warped further and now no longer latch. It's especially a problem with the bathroom door as you can imagine. - Reclining mechanisms in theatre seats grind and collide during use. If you sit and recline either of the theatre seats, you'll hear the metal grinding against the frame of the chair. When you retract the footrest, the base hits the floor of the camper, and will not close until you get up from the seat. This has been "fixed" once already by a technician, but started again within a week. We were told they "adjusted the mechanism" during the initial repair, but absolutely nothing was replaced to correct the problem. - The pantry door doesn't clear the floor of the slide-out located directly beside it, so it's only possible to open the pantry door halfway. It's only an issue if you wish to store larger items, or need the door to stay open while you're stocking the pantry. - Further, the refrigerator opens directly into the pantry door, causing the door knob of the pantry to hit the metal front of the fridge. You must be exceptionally careful when opening the refrigerator so you don't dent the face of it on the pantry door knob. - The bedroom features a camper king, which is great, however, the space beneath the bed has been fashioned into a storage area, which requires that the bed be lifted to access. That storage area is held in place with 2 hydraulic arms, one of which broke and leaked hydraulic fluid all over the items being stored there. You'll also notice a 2" gap between the two sections of plywood that serve as the based for the mattress, which over the course of the year has begun to slump in the middle, between the hinges. I can only assume that this will continue to get worse over time. - The dresser drawers in the bedroom have particle board bottoms, which when items are placed inside (clothes only), also warps, collapses and falls into the drawer beneath, or onto the floor for the bottom drawer. I know this because it happened with each and every drawer. - The plastic water valves for the washer/dryer prep began a slow leak, which we discovered only after enough time had passed where water accumulated in the closet shelf, soaking clothes, blankets, etc. As long as you don't store anything valuable, or anything that can't get wet in the closet, you'll be fine though. - The camper model has a great deal of decorative moulding and decorative wood(ish) finish work, most of which has fallen off each time the camper is moved. As long as you don't move the camper, it will stay in place. - The propane tank valve only works for the right-side tank. When you rotate the selector to the left tank and open the valve, no propane. - The shower drain leaked into the compartment under the shower, which then spread to the bathroom floor. This was fixed under warranty and we've had no trouble since. - The heating element for the water heater has now been replaced twice, which has also been fixed under warranty both times. Again, this was a BRAND NEW unit when we purchased. And if you can believe it, this isn't even a complete list of the issues!

I had it looked at by professional he claimed the roofing wasn’t installed properly and water got in. The camper is on a permanent site. Also found crack in the corners of the roof. I would not recommend this camper to anybody. It’s workmanship is terrible !!

I have owned this particular trailer for 2 years and have never even used the stove. I literally just use it for sleeping when working 16 hour shifts back to back. considering the light usage, it's interior is not at all durable. cheaply made and not very well put together. workmanship during manufacturing could use some heavy improvement. not to mention you can not speak to any customer service because they don't have any. when faced with an issue during the first year after purchase I found sections of the flooring missing underneath the bath tub. (1.5 ft x1.5 ft). I purchased this brand new from a dealer and to me it was compromised before I even drove it off the lot. I had to haul it to them and only bc it was within the 12 months they finished the flooring. nothing was done or offered for the inconvenience nor the damage caused by mice that were able to enter due to this fault.
