This camper has been a nightmare. It started leaking 1 year after purchase. Roof Leaks, wall leaks, plumbing leaks, wiring issues. All the “leather” furniture has disintegrated. What a $35k piece of garbage. I will make a point of researching where and what company is manufacturing our next trailer. 2021 and I am still trying to get the issues addressed, so frustrated with General RV who took no responsibility and told us to contact the manufacturer, which we did, might have as well screamed into the wind.

I have owned three Travel Trailers in my life time. The first was a 2000 Fleetwood Wilderness. Had the camper for 11 years with no major issues. The second was a 2011 Rockwood, 2604, again no major issues. My recent purchase is a 2018 Heritage Glen 272. Since I had this unit nothing but problems. Metal strips on the slides came loose, which were fastened with small screws. Refrigerator door was not sealed properly. Thermostat was broken. Window shade spring was broken. Hitch light was not working. One of the tracks in a window was bent, and to top it off, when I put water in the outside sink the water poured out of the bottom of the camper. Thank god for warranties. So far the dealer has been great with fixing these problems. Not very happy with Forest River right now.

Just shy of 1 year and I have had 7 different issues. I don't know what the hold up was on repairs be it warranty approval or the place I bought it from but it spent 3 months in for repair. Unacceptable and will not buy another Forest River.

Really like the floor plan layout and the fireplace. Nice Trailer to tow for a 34 foot travel trailer. This TT is very under engineered. The Furnace is located in the bed room and so you hear it come on and run all night long. Workmanship is poor, found water leaks around the clamps to the hot water tank, staple poking up on the roof membrane from the inside, defective axle that was replaced on warrantee after negotiated, tires replaced from the bad axle and now the slide seals are falling off from the slides not adjusted right. It appears that these units are made not to last. The dealer that I'm working with have been excellent with customer service in trying to get the warranty to cover a lot of these issues and keeping me informed.

The Dominic unit is so loud you can't talk or hear the tv. The outside strip lights won't go off, the toilet flush valvr jad to be replaced. The leveling legs, everything underneath is rusting! Its never been in ice or snow! We tried to take it back to dealer they offered us $14,000.00 less than we paid. The electrical is a mess

Overall a great floor plan for what we wanted. We had a bunk house previously. Fireplace is a nice addition, build quality so far seems to be OK. Need to add support rods for the outside kitchen door, it is large and depending on your height / lot may be too tall. I have not had to have any manufacturer support as of now. I am pleased with my purchase so far. It feels heavier than the advertised weight of 7400 lbs. but may be because we have a lot of items.
