Pros: We purchased this unit due to the floor plan and we love the layout. The trailer has nice features and we opted to have the second AC put in as the one would just not cut it in the TX summers. Interior colors are modern and the furniture is fairly comfortable. There is adequate storage inside and it comes with storage containers in all the cubbyholes and cabinets. Bathroom is the main reason we got this unit as its really good sized and has a large shower. Fireplace is great and works really good without the need of the furnace in cold weather. Cons: We had to have the main AC replaced after 1.5 year, the toilet had to be replaced at the same time, The wallpaper is bubbled throughout the trailer as well. The biggest complaint is the underbelly plastic panels blew off during a trip and Forest River will not fix or replace after the 1 year warranty. Customer service is not helpful at all and they stopped all communication with me after the 3rd email. Apparently after a lot of research many people are having issues with the plastic underbelly panels coming off after the first year of ownership and good luck getting help or finding any replacements.

VERY UNHAPPY with my purchase! 20 miles from dealership, we had a blow out which cause some damage to the trailer. After being bounced around for 3 weeks, I was able to contact the manufacturer and they said it was manufacturer defect and they would repair it. It's going to take 7 weeks for parts to come in. They asked if we would consider used parts..... ABSOLUTELTY NOT!! I have made my first payment and making my second payment this month! My calls are being ignored and not returned. This is unacceptable! Why should I continue to make payments on something that I don't have!! No one has offered to compensate me for my troubles. Would not recommend!!

The quality is very poor. There are screws and stables coming out of the floor and wall panels, the wall panel next to the shower in the bathroom is falling off, the floor around the air vent is extremely soft, there were multiple scratches and defects in the ignitor walls on pick-up walk through, the mantel over the fireplace was missing on pick-up walk through, the bunk support was broken on pick-up walk through, the outside nozzle quick connect will not connect, the slide out is constancy "popping uses", the "duct tape" in the floor vent is coming off and showing in the vent, the access panels were not installed at pick-up, service is extremely slow and when I do get it in for service over 1/2 of the items on the list are not addressed. I would NEVER and WILL NEVER buy another Forest River Product.

Purchased new from manufacture delivered to dealership Bankston in Albertville who said everything was working. First trip out the faucet in both kitchen, shower, drain plumbing leaked. Coax not connected. Outside storage door would not lock, front door was warped and did not close properly. Bankston kept for five weeks and did not fix shower or coax problem. Second trip AC not working. Took to a different dealership where the AC unit is being replaced and new ductwork installed. Taking back in October to have the unresolved issues fixed then selling it. We’ve owned several campers and this is the worse insulated camper we have owned. Not happy campers.

We searched everywhere to find a RV with two queen beds. We were excited, until we received our camper. First inspection was terrible. The guy at General RV talked down to us, almost making fun of us, as we shared all the obvious issues (missing mantle, broken supports, misinstalled panels, vents falling out, refrigerator rattling whole camper, glue and caulking everywhere to cover deep gashes in the walls and ceiling, etc). We waited in the lobby for two hours for it to be fixed. Given the keys to our truck and sent home. NOTHING was fixed!!! Called back, added leaking sink and leaking shower, blinds and curtains installed wrong, bedroom door screws falling out,, outdoor spray hose will not connect. front door would not close without extreme force (Husband had to open and close), there is a bigger list. After a ton of hassle from General RV, it was back in the shop. Picked it up to find most the issues still broken!!! Notes in the file looked like user was blamed for most things(even those we reported at first inspection) and supposedly fixed. The manager was not there and we were sent home with it all still broken! We made the guy checking us out take pictures before we left. Now it has been another 3 weeks. General RV will not return our calls. We can only talk to 1 assigned person that is always on vacation or not available. Having used the camper twice, there is a growing list of terrible manufacturered items that are wrong or broken. General RV and Forest River do not care. This is not our first camper, but it will be our last Forest River and we will never purchase from General RV again.
