We bought this from the factory. We have had problems from the beginning. The bathroom door was messed up. Still is. Dealership did a shoddy job fixing it. They did not hook up the tv antennae at the factory. We have since found out they hooked nothing up to the tv and the dealership only hooked up the antennae. So the cable and satellite hookups don’t work either. It leaks in the rain when it’s closed. Haven’t figured that one out yet. The rubber seal over one slide out has jiggled itself loose. That’s taped in place to keep it there. The shower drain broke after like 4 uses. Things are screwed into the walls crooked. The cover on the water heater is cheap, cheap. Overall I will not buy another forest river product. It’s cheap. Kitchen has very few cupboards. I do like the floor plan. That’s it. Otherwise I wish I’d bought something else.

My wife and I were looking for a smaller camper to do weekend camps and even across country in. We thought we had the perfect camper. The floor plan is exactly what we were looking for. Lots of storage - open floor plan. room to move, Great storage on the outside. Loved the solar power on roof, keep fridge going. Things went down hill from there. we purchased the TT. The shower leaked down behind the wall into the pantry, all over the floor, but the heating unit. They for got to tighten the water connection in the walls. once that was fixed, the shower didn't so anything but sprinkle water,, the shower head was full of PCP pipe shavings from them connecting the shower head. The faucet in the kitchen is too big for the little sink.. it splash's water everywhere. my wife spends more time cleaning up the water than actually using it. The microwave - in on the lower part of the kitchen. It's so low my wife has to sit on the floor to use it and she isn't 5' . The slides are not sealing. they said just a little adjustment. (HMMM) the door going into the unit - was cut to small. The outside bottom right corner (big hole) in the panel, rubber seal doesn't fit. the inside of the door the white panel cut to small, doesn't fit again a whole in door. The one axel is not enough for this camper. things are slung all over the place.. my wife is constantly picking up in the inside and i have to continue to pick up under the unit. the height is also to high, driving down the road a semi or another RV comes along and slings ya to the side of the road (Hang on) That with the tow bars in place. Wouldn't recommend this unit to anyone.

I picked this trailer because I liked the floor plan. I like the fireplace. The upgraded mattress is comfortable. That’s about it. Dislikes are numerous. No kitchen storage. Why are the kitchen drawers so short? Nothing fits. The outlet in the kitchen is installed crooked. They messed up the screw holes on the blinds. Just drilled new ones. Did nothing to cover old ones. The cover on the hot water heater is so cheap the screws don’t hold anymore. The shower drain broke because it’s weak. The air conditioners broke exactly one year after we bought it, the warranty was over. The bathroom door has never worked right. They must have driven it from factory to dealer open and banging around. They dropped screws and dirt between the bathroom cabinet and shower. Too narrow to really clean it out. The shower head is not a good one. Just so cheap. The seal on one slide out has had to be taped to stay in place. The outside fridge takes 24 hours to start cooling down. There are many other issues. I will not buy another Forrest river product. It’s just cheap junk that I paid a ton of money for.

Great floorplan and outdoor kitchen. Shower drain and outdoor kitchen drain are broken and have warranty recalls. Outdoor kitchen range had faulty pressure valve. Sitting slide seals leaked because factory install wrong size seals (took 4 repairs to fix). Wheels are 6-lug but it came with a 5-lug spare. Tires on the 2019 were dated 012018 and all blew out on our 2021 road trip. The left Lippert axle didn't have the locking cotter pin installed and the entire wheel and brake drum fell off in our 2022 trip (over $2,000 repair cost). No pipe thread on plumbing so it all leaked. Plastic faucets leaked after one year and had to be replaced. Bottom line? GREAT design and total shit quality.

Tons of room and storage. Great for long trips. But the workmanship and quality are the worst.

I am selling my nice 30 foot 2013 Forest River Surveyor Sport SP275. Best offer considered. I have owned this beautiful trailer since 2018 and have loved it! the whole time. The only reason I am selling is because I am planning on buying a bigger trailer. This trailer is solid, beautiful warm decor and trim inside. Tuscany brown design with beautiful medium cherry wood cabinets and trim. Tons of storage everywhere throughout the trailer. Most storage I have ever had in a TT. Two small closets next to bed, under bed, five cabinets in dining/living space, two deep pantries, 8 drawers in kitchen and much more in the BIG! bathroom as well. Check out all the specs listed on line at Nada Guide.com and there are also a few upgrades like front diamond metal rock/chip protector shield when traveling. Bumper BBQ grill, extra bed gas spring strut for support when lifting bed for storage, and brand new A/C installed in 2020. I also have a transferable warranty until Dec 2023. As well as a brand new marine battery. Everything is comfy and cozy (not the usual slippery fake "pleather") with the soft valour fabric couch and 6 person sitting U-shaped bench with plenty of room and under storage. There is space on BOTH sides of the Queen bed to get in and out. And one of my favorite space in actually the bathroom! Plenty of room to take a shower AND get dressed! Not to mention the second door in the bathroom in case you need that extra "fresh air" to vent outside. Everything works great. Only had a small water drip under the kitchen sink when I first bought her and fixed it by tightening the valve. And I just replaced the gas lines to the large propane tanks which include fuel gauges for each tank. The only thing I do NOT like about this trailer, to be honest, is the bathroom door has to be closed to completely open the refrigerator door. I usually leave the bathroom door open. This is a great! trailer. It will not last long as it is in great shape and the price is very affordable.

I love the large front kitchen with 8 ft of counter space, the large single sink and large viewing front window. I love the lights inside the overhead cabinets. The first time I used the sink water was everywhere because the plumbing wasn't clamped properly. The refrigerator and oven are smaller than the Jaco I had before this and workmanship on the Jaco was much better. Kitchen Outlets are located under the overhead cabinets. I have to run extention cords to plug in coffee pot etc. Next to the kitchen is the living room with a slide out. No problems. It has an L shaped sofa with a foldable table designed for indoor/outdoor use. Sofa is uncomfortable and the table is more in the way than useful. It is difficult to move because it's very heavy. The TV on The opposite wall is smaller than it should be and the wall its on is inset. The TV fell off the mount during travel and was extremely difficult to hang back up. You can't see behind it or get a hand in the back to feel if its hooked on. The controls for the tv and music are above the TV. I have to stand on a stool to see it. Very poor mounting design. The bathroom is spacious because it runs across the camper but it has no storage for towels. No towel rack or tp holder. Faucet is very ugly cheap white plastic. There is a light switch in the bathroom, but switches for the water pump and heater are in the same location. Poor location. The bed is in the rear. No slide out so its tight. Minimal storage. There are 3 nice windows and a 2nd door so not claustrophobic at all. Only issue is you have to go through the bath to get to the rest of the camper or go outside and in the other door. All in all we like it but have to upgrade because of mechanics. The air conditionerlocated in the livingroom area is so loud you have to yell to be heard over it and no air gets to the bedroom. The fan in the bathroom is also extremely loud and I have to stand on a stool to reach the on/off switch. The fuse box is at floor level, next to the bed. There's 12" of space to work in, at floor level. The cover is on crooked and we have to use tweezers to change fuses because we can't get our fingers in there. The slide fuse blows every other camp trip. The only access to the water heater, for winterizing is under the bed, tucked up in the corner. Water lines are an absurd mess. Access to the tanks for filling and emptying is 2 ft. back ft under under the camper instead of out to the edge like the Jaco. The outdoor kitchen is useless. The lines for the sink and gas for the grill are too short and pull apart when the kitchen is extended. The workmanship made by the assemblers trying to get it to hold is disgusting. So while the layout is mostly pleasing, for a couple at retirement age, difficulty with mechanics make it no good. I have ordered the next model which looks as if everything is easier to get to. I know the workmanship is going to be even worse. We are planning to go through it inch by inch and properly seal and attach everything. The place we are buying it is a family business with a good reputation and I know we can count on Ballards of WNY to help us out. If I could get the layout of this new camper made by anyone other than Forest River, I'd be buying from another manufamanufacturer. Forest River's workmanship and quality is very poor.
