We purchased this RV as a hold over in July of 2020. We had researched dozens of RVs and kept coming back to this model, we loved the floor plan and pretty much everything about it, it had everything we were looking for. We used the RV once. The first time I took a shower the bathroom flooded. We finished our trip and returned it to the dealer. Turns out the drain was not hooked up at the factory so all of the water ran out onto the floor and through the floor to the insulation underneath the camper. The trim on the shower door was also not put on at the factory. These 2 issues have been taken care of by the dealer. During our first use of the RV the carpet under the dinette ripped, the binding on the end of the carpet separated from the carpet and the carpet came apart. Another camping trip, another return trip to the dealer. The dealer has had our RV for over 3 months and has been going back and forth with the manufacturer about replacing the carpet. Forest River refuses to replace the carpet, they want it to be repaired. The dealer has told Forest River that the carpet can not be repaired, it has to be replaced but they refuse to replace the carpet. I contacted the manufacturer and spoke with a lady named Megan who politely told me to pound sand. Megan told me that they have repaired many carpets and not had any other issues. I told Megan that the dealer has not had any luck with repairing carpets and requested it be replaced, they refuse to have it replaced. I asked Megan why does Forest River continue to use sub par carpet in their RVs if they have had to have so many repaired?? Megan changed her mind and told me that they had only repaired 2. I asked for some type of guarantee that if the carpet was repaired that I would not have to bring it back, I was told they would not guarantee the repair. So basically I have used this camper twice and brought it back to the dealer for repairs 3 times. Did I mention the Surveyor logo on the side was put on crooked at the factory?? Show less

Bought new 12/18. Five months old and the wall in the bathroom is bowed out an inch. Outside walls of unit, both sides of trailer is a mess! Bowed and wrinkles top to bottom. This is Not water damage! Doesnt rain much in the desert. Door header in bedroom falling off along with the heavy door. Front window screen in bedroom fell off. Both access doors dead bolt wont lock anymore. This trailer is a total piece of Junk! RUN away from Forest River! I will never buy another. Waiting to see how warranty treats me. Show less

Don’t buy one Forrest River claims customer service is #1 but that is just a marketing line of BS. This trailer looks nice but was manufactured at a plant with poor quality control. We purchased late in the season so it was parked all winter in a covered a area. When we took the plastic off the mattress there was black mild ingrained into the wood under the matress we were told it was our fault as we must have left the vent open. The dealer just shrugged their shoulders when we said the vents where never opened and it was covered all winter. Our first trip in the summer we traveled on a dirt road for 25 killometers when we arrived the interior of the trailer was filled with dust not jus a little it was layered. Had to drive back down the same road so when we got home had to clean the interior again. It took the dealer two attempts to finally fix the issue. The shower was so poorly caulked and sealed it needed to be completely redone. Three exterior trim screws where over tightened and broken and instead of fixing them the heads where basically glued in place to hide the issue. This year we when to convert the table bed as we had our grandkids camping for the weekend and table was too small for the space and could not be used?? I had to build a frame so we could use it. Forrest River never returned any of my calls so I just gave up. Can’t wait to dump this trailer onto someone else Show less
