I bought a this RV brand new and it is falling apart. Front end alignment is way off (still trying to get someone to fix this) a spot in the bedroom floor feels like I will fall through it if I step on it. Storage compartment has separated from the RV and fills with water anytime the road is wet (I expect it will fall out soon) Radio goes blurry. Auto leveling frequently does not engage. (One time it left us jacked into the air delaying our departure by almost a full day) cabinets are delaminating. Shower and backsplash has separated from the wall. The list goes on. We can not get support on this despite multiple frequent attempts. We were sold garbage for a premium price Show less

Great RV. E450 chassis has a rock solid engine! Lots of space for a family of 6, sleeping is comfy, entertainment options a-plenty. So many memories being made over the road with ability for kids to see out both sides of the RV so no one misses a thing. Show less

I am an owner of a Forest River Georgetown Series 5 31R & even purchased extended warranties for GAP, Tire/Wheel, Full Coach but never had to use them. The factory even replaced the original upholstery material with a newer, improved material. The only issues were a vent that did not open properly & a bathroom window knob that was broken but both were immediately replaced by the company's regional rep. Show less

We purchased a 2860DS and have had it for almost 3 years now. We love the outdoor kitchen and have loved the layout inside as well. We have traveled over 13,000 miles and have enjoyed every minute. We plan on more in the next two years. It’s easy being right at 30 ft. To park in a larger parking lot with no problems. Show less

electrical outlets could be dangerous. wires are push in and make contact only when insulation is pierced by pressing into metal tangs. no screws to tighten down on wires. can't believe they would do that. the fresh water inlet is lower than the tank inlet. hose must be held in place and a rag used to block the water from coming back out of the inlet. shower handles turn in opposite directions. that is completely anti-intutive. scalding is possible. cheap, cheap, cheap is the equipment and the engineering. tv antenna will not reach stations 50 miles or more away. Our first RV - purchased new in OH and drove back to AZ. A Forest River Sunseeker Mercedes Benz 2400T. It was planned for just my wife and I - we love the 2400 T layout. Two electronic theatre recliners, with tray tables - instead of a booth (we do not like booths). We have the fold down queen bed, a nice sofa and a pop in dining table. It all works for us. Probably the best feature is the bathroom - that sold my wife. It is the largest in its class, the full width of the RV, with plenty of room and privacy to get dressed in. Love the electric awning with the LED lights too. Show less

This is one of the best floor plans for how we RV. Literally everything is accessible while traveling. No need to put the slide out for an overnight stop. Amazing storage- this is due to no bed slide or outdoor kitchen (my preference).we can store our eBikes and tones of other gear in the rear storage. For a class C it has tons of storage bays. My 18 year old says that the bunk over cab is very comfortable for sleeping. We added a 1” eggshell style pad to help with seams. So much interior storage! My one negative here is the wasted space with the wire shelf pull out “pantry” total piece of junk. There is no perfect RV. You will always need modifications /personalizations. Bought a brand new unit unfortunately in the middle of winter in MN. This is the worst RV for quality ever. Nothing worked. Plumbing in the back bathroom wasn’t finished, rotting wood in the other bathroom, bunk pieces falling out, AC in the front has never worked properly, side walls in the bedrooms are all flexing and making noise, sawdust all over the place, fridge didn’t come with a water drip tray, cabinets above the seats bottom are all falling out, the bunks ceiling wasn’t nailed up right, the shades not put on right, you can feel bumps under the laminate where is wasn’t cleaned before installed, back tv was installed broken, scratches all over the sinks in the bathrooms, jacks didn’t work right, front seat motor didn’t work couldn’t move it. This whole unit is just junk. Now the slides don’t go out. I just want my money back. This has to be a lemon. Show less

This was a great starter unit for us. We added the Sumo Springs and Safe-T-Steer which made it drive so much smoother and better. We had some bugs with the unit but we have worked them out. Very comfortable for a family of 4 but we have travelled with 6 with no issues. Show less
