This floor plan is crazy spacious for such a small travel trailer. When you put the bed it, you have so much space to visit and walk around. At night, when you do not plan on having any more visitors, you put your bed down and you can tuck away for the night. Even with such a small travel trailer, you still get an acceptable passthrough storage, a tall outdoor storage, and an outdoor storage under the dinette. You have plenty of counter space, especially with the fold up extension. This is a quality build and built before COVID. The light hitch weight and overall weight make it a great little travel trailer to tow with a large SUV or 1/2 ton pick up. If you need more storage, put a rack on the back, and you are good to go. This unit is equipped with a huge 44" X 85" U shaped dinette for entertaining. You can sleep 4 in this 22'4" trailer while seating 5/6 guests during the day. We bought our Rockwood new just under 5 years ago. unfortunately, we haven't had the time to really enjoy the unit. it is well-built, attractive and carries the best features. hopefully, we'll sell this unit to some lucky folks quickly, This trailer has everything needed in a smaller, trailer. We purchased our trailer in May of 2021 and have logged just under 10,000 miles and between 60 and 70 nights. We usually camp in USFS, BLM, NSP or state campground so having a smaller trailer makes it much easier get a site. Its small but has a lot of storage: a closet on each side of the bed, two pantry/closets, drawers under the dinette and good storage space in the bathroom. We've had five problems : 1) a small tear in the awning (fixed under warranty) that took 3 month to get repaired, 2) hinge screws would not stay tight (easy fix), 3) tiny water leak where the braided hose attaches to the water heater (easy fix), 4) hitch jack stopped working (just happened, think it will be an easy fix), 5) the original mattress was horrible, (replaced with a Wilderness mattress). We love the trailer especially the 52 gal. fresh water tank which allows us to stay up to 5 nights without hookups. Show less

We have put over 25,000 miles on this trailer with very few problems. The floor plan is very smart. Especially love the murphy bed - on long trips it is very nice to have the extra space to provide a different look. U shaped dinette is very roomy and allows for a comfortable feet-up posture when needed. Shower is roomy enough. The couch has gotten saggy and uncomfortable which is sad, because it is impossible to change the cushions. Overall quality has exceeded expectations. Would absolutely buy again. Show less

We wanted to have a trailer that a smaller pickup can tow and wanted a Murphy bed best option with a living room and a bedroom. The features are great and have no problem towing the vehicle. Looking at a number of models and decided to purchase the mini light 21 foot. Once got the trailer home and looked at the construction should have purchased a more expensive model. Why The valance over the sink fell off only attached with 4 screws no stud backing where the screws would go through. The water leaks have become a real problem brought the unit back and fixed under warranty near the end of the first season. Winterized the unit and then using the trailer this season saw that the moulding is soft along the floor. Had a plumber look into the water leaks and no sealant was put around the sink before the counter top was put on. Told that the warranty has expired and still have a leak. Show less

This is s a great travel trailer for many reasons. We love how easy it is to tow with our mid size truck, the large U shaped dinette is comfortable for two additional adults. The Murphy bed is super comfortable and folds up giving you lots of living space. The reclining seats add additional comfort. Lots of storage area as well. We have not experienced any issues with our unit. Show less

We were downsizing from a Jayco 5th wheel and had hopes for this mini lite. We've only used it 3 times in the last year.(Bought in 2019) and already had the Suburban oven to not work-at all, the water heater to be slow recovery-only 1 shower per night, the water hose connection leaks, the big drawer under the sink drags the drainpipe(another leak waiting to happen), and poorly insulated. On the positive side...during hot weather the air conditioning works well and in cold weather(around freezing) the heat works well. When our current trip is over, we will be taking the camper directly to the dealer for service. We will comment more on that in the future. For the sake of posting, we will give 3 stars. Show less

Heading into our fourth season with our trailer and it is like new. We really like the roomy interior. The only disappointment is the dinette cushions and bed mattress. We have replaced the foam and mattress. Show less

This is our second 2104s. First one sideswiped by semi at slow speed last September. Held together with tape for last week of vacation and served us well 1000 miles from home. Love the floor plan and it’s ability to take a lickin. Perfect for us and two large dogs. Insurance totaled it. Decided to buy another same unit since the first fit our needs so well. Bought in October and stored covered all winter. First outing today and began to notice quality issues. Bulging interior seams around cabinets, poor fitting window screens and the front window has stress cracked across entire top of window. Not pleased with quality and quality control. So disappointed in what was the perfect trailer for us.Will warn others to carefully look at interior build quality. Anybody else? Show less
