This 2022 Riverstone Legacy Luxury Package 42FSKG is a 44'10 Fifth-Wheel Toy Hauler up for sale. This has been the home to my wife and I for 2 years and are now executing our exit plan by moving into a sticks and bricks in Massachusetts. This RV is ready now. I have kept very good care of this RV and have used RVLife Pro Maintenance to document my maintenance. I can provide printout if desired. This RV was purchased at Bills Happy Camper, which if you have a Riverstone you know who they are and their great reputation. We have traveled 13000 miles while working remotely since June 0f 2022. Some history to provide extra details for additional Maintenance we have done. During the first year Bills Happy Camper replaced a seal on front right hydraulic Jack due to leak. All Hydraulics working great. In May of 2024 Bills also fixed a kitchen slide which had a motor pop out of its housing. Both covered under initial and current extended warranty which is transferrable to new owner. MORyde IS alignment completed in May 2024 also at designated MORyde alignment service center. All Tanks cleaned in February 2024 with receipts and grades available. Also provided pictures of items you should be aware of but are at best cosmetic. I bondod are near hitch pin. A weird vertical angle leaving a gas station were the truck bed and RV touched. Bills also fixed a right rear area where the ground hit the rear right bottom. They could have provide new panel but chose not to. Picture in sun makes it look worse than is. All other pictures provided of that area doesnt even show an issue. Since were no longer RVing let me tell you all the other items we will be including with this sale.Fully paid for a transferable Warranty from Americas RV Warranty. Includes Full Time use, Mobile Mechanic and Road Hazard coverage. 5.5 Onan Marquis Gold LP Generator3 - 190 Watt Solar PanelsMORyde Independent Suspension System Triple AxleMaintenance historyBrooklyn Bedding Signature Hybrid Olympic Queen MediumStarlink Dish, Router, Ethernet Adapter and Flag Pole Buddy with storage binPepwave Mav Transit duo installedBLU 3 stage water filter, Softener and hoses 3 Softstart RV installed on each AC UnitVIAIR Tire InflaterPower Watchdog hardwired surge protector2 Awning Shades - RemovableTPMS TST 507Garmin RV 8903rd A/C (15,000BTU) with Heat Pump on Living Room A/C Room limited but all items in the Luxury, Ultimate Electronics package included and all switches, doors work

We purchased our 2018 Riverstone in Jan 2019, and headed out for a tour around the country for 1 1/2 years, then lived in it full time in Florida for 3 1/2 years The livability of the 39FL is fantastic. The kitchen layout is perfect for the amount of counter space (the island), allowing me to have everything I needed right at my fingertips, no walking across the room for supplies. Also, having a residential fridge gave me plenty of storage space to stock up, and the lower freezer drawer is large. We always traveled with the fridge on, never had any issues. The induction stove is just as good as having a gas stove, in terms of controlling cooking temperatures. The convection oven was large enough and cooked evenly, I could even bake muffins, cakes and bread. (We do not have a traditional oven). Dishwasher is small, but works great, nice to not have to wash dishes by hand! The front living room gives just enough separation, and I liked the built ins for storage (one side held all my crafting and sewing supplies), the TV flipped up and held all our books and DVDs and the other side held all our files and important household items. Having both bump-out couches turn into beds was also a plus for having family stay with us. Recliners are comfortable and the 60” TV made for great movie nights. We also have the dual shades, one for sun, and then full coverage. The bathroom is very functional given it’s size, again, plenty of storage. The bedroom, being in the rear makes it a quiet place to sleep, and with the bureau, over-the-bed cupboards and double closet, there is plenty of storage. Washer dryer location is easy to get to and the bed is a great place to fold laundry. Another feature that is key in the Riverstone is the 4” insulated walls. It is very quiet, and we have been in areas that were cold, around 30 degrees and we were warm and toasty with the heat on. The bedroom and Living Room fireplaces make it cozy and warm. Nothing like having the bedroom fireplace on before you get up on a chilly morning. The rig towed smoothly, turned well and made many it up may steep grades and switchbacks with ease. Now that we are done traveling, the layout of this 39FL is going to be the starting point for building a tiny home. I want to keep that kitchen!

We purchased our 23 Riverstone toyhauler new from Terrytown RV. The quality from the factory left much to be desired. Terrytown did work to resolve numerous manufacture issues. Paint issues, fit and finish issues inside and out. Torn slide bottoms. We came from a 40 ft DRV pre buyout byThor. There is no comparison in any area for quality inside or out between our pre-Thor DRV and this Riverstone. That being said, I thought the current DRVs had downgraded in quality significantlyafter being bought by Thor, which is why we decided to try Riverstone. The interior design has much wasted space. If you happen inside one, look at the kitchen garbage set up and it will give you a clue of the poorly thought out use of space. The bedroom dresser drawers are pretty... But too small they only hold 2 men's size t shirts. Really...2,? I do love the front bedroom closet design and I do love the behind the TV hidden pantry. Huge wasted space can be found over the dishwasher and the vent area beside the stove. Also the cupboard next to the laundry is 3 ft of wasted space above. For the price, retail 239k, it should be 5 stars in quality and comfort but it is barely 3 stars. I want to love it, and I can't find anything better in a toyhauler, but quality just isn't what it used to be or should and could be.

Ours was built in 2018, so before covid and the supply shortages. As for the warranty, longer is better. I think for the price point a 2-year warranty would be nice. However, most things that break are components and not a fault of Riverstone.

you need to think long and hard before you buy one of these fifth wheels . We purchased ours 10 months ago and has been in the repair shop 8 of those months . It is currently still in the repair shop . Where do I start ? We have already gone through the second entry door now trying to get it replaced for the third time , the second door started coming apart four hours after leaving the dealership with it. The so called mac daddy water heater is absolute junk , cant even get a Luke warm shower. second trip about this problem . had to put our vacation off a second time because of repairs . finally left on our 4 week trip after camper was supposed to be fixed . stopped for the evening and within 4 hours the door began separating and would not close again . When we got ready to shower the hot water still does not work after being told it was repaired . 102 degrees is the hottest it would get . We gave up and got ready to roll up and now the bedroom slide will not come in , Its broken , It took 4 people and several hours to finally get it back inside the camper . We threw in the towel. I'm so disgusted in this outrageously priced camper I'm going Monday morning to talk to an attorney and make them give me my money back
