Unhappy Customer From Day One I recently purchased a brand-new Grey Wolf travel trailer, excited to start my RV adventures. While the trailer itself has some great features and a stylish design, my experience has been marred by unexpected defects and disappointing service from the dealer and Forest River Warranty. Shortly after purchase, I noticed many issues that should not be present in a new unit — including [Weak Brakes, Black and grey tank indicators only showing grey light]. I brought these concerns to the dealer, expecting warranty coverage and professional support. Unfortunately, they claimed they could not find any faults and refused to take responsibility for some of the defects. As a result, I had to pay out of pocket to fix problems that should have been covered. This was incredibly frustrating, especially given the trailer's new condition and the dealership's reputation. I felt dismissed and unsupported during the process. I still believe the Grey Wolf has potential, but buyers should be cautious and inspect thoroughly before finalizing the purchase. And if you're considering Forest River Cherokee Grey Wolf, be prepared to advocate strongly for yourself — because their post-sale service left much to be desired. I wish I had known this before I bought this trailer, would have gone with a different brand.

Purchased camper 3 months ago. Got it home found are under bathroom full of water. Cut a hole in underbelly drained water, awning would not close properly, cup washer did not work, found 2 holes in roof, slide cables were sagging dealer said it was normal.. Dealer did pick up and repaired most but slide cables still sagging . We leased a camp spot at a campground parked camper for the season. Extended slide and slide cable mount bracket ripped off the slide the screws holding the plate were cut in half so they would fit and caulked. This is factory work🤬🤬 unbelievable… piece of junk once this thing is fixed we are getting rid of it and will never own another forest river product.. the warranty people are a joke and the dealer is also a joke Get a 3 rd party inspector to look over the camper before you buy it

First impressing was that this trailer was created with great options and a great floor plan. However, the quality has been dissapointing. The first trip we took the awning arm would stay up and the plastic wheel/ fender flairs on one side starting flapping in the wind and the door seal was ripped. We made arragements with Colier RV to have the the items (except the fender flairs because they were still attached and we thought they were made to flap while traveling.) repaired. The repairs were made. Along with the oven that wouldn't light. In the way home the fender flair was now 1/4 hanging off the trailer 30 minutes in to my return trip home from Colier RV. 5 days after picking it up we left on a trip 4 hours up north. The second day in the awning bent from rain. The left side arm was fine, but the arm the tech at Colier had just tightened down to stop from sagging broke because the arm wouldn't move. Ofcourse Colier says it isn't their fault and I should contact the awning manufsctuer because the arm is defective. So now we have no awning, we had to manuver a 20+ long awning tube to our next destination where we camped another 4 days. We're in our 6th trip with this camper and it looks like it's 15 years old. The other fender flair unit is starting to slowly peel off so I'll have to come up with some idea to adhere two sides back on the trailer. We bought the unit for $36k and in its current condition well be lucky to sell it for half that. This will be our second F.R. Cherokee and it last. And that goes for Colier RV for not standing behind their repairs.

This is our 2nd Rv. We just picked up new one 3 weeks ago. We had no pizza oven in it that was on invoice. Camper outdoor fridge was not working. It was taped closed and had all broken shelves and was not getting cold at all. Dealer took the fridge back and currently we are still waiting for warreny approval for a new one. Looking like end of camping season for a new one! Prep should of been done pre pick up to see it was broke and not working. Warranty should be approved right away for new one. It's a brand new camper. Let's get this issue fixed! We do love the layout although i think the back has way to many doors cluttered together. It's roomy and pretty on the inside. Great upgrade.

Within 6 months of owning the coach we started having numerous problems from lights not working , interior trim coming apart , ac vent rattling , pipes under the sink leaking and now a paint defect on the front cab which requires a full cab replacement. According to the dealer they could not get any warranty repairs approved from forest river for several months . This is ridiculous for a brand new unit. I will never buy another forest river product again.

So our RV is a 2020 on a 2016 frame. I won't buy any other product than a Forest River Product. The 13 foot garage makes use for an office, pantry, extra closet and chest freezer when staying a place for up to a year. Theater seating with fire place and entertainment center making movie watching enjoyable. The loft above make for extra storage when you don't have the grandchildren with.

We thought we trade our 2016 travel trailer on this Vengeance Touring Edition “2019 RV Business Camper of the Year”!!! B***S***! There is so many issues with this camper! First, it is very poor quality! The shower floor felt like we were going to fall through the floor! I’m 190lbs and the heaviest in my family! I braced the shower floor which you would think that would have been done by the factory!! The ceiling in the bathroom is 8’ tall and has an exhaust fan that does not have a switch! Had to buy a step stool to turn on the fan and open the hood! The TV’s - The tv’s in the master bedroom, garage/bedroom and outside could not auto scan. So I call Economy RV’s in Maryland where we bought it, and the service manager said there is a splitter at the bath exhaust fan but you have to pull down the shroud/return of the fan. It was in the shower skylight shroud! All fittings were tight! Went outside to the cable hook-up and unscrewed the panel and found the satellite cable was hooked up to the cable outlet and the cable wire was hooked up to the satellite outlet. Changed those cables and did “auto-scan” and now my grandkids can watch TV!!! Next task..... two of the cabinet doors screws were falling out! Got a screwdriver just to find out that the screws are stripped! Next task... hooked up the waste to the camper opened the grey tank and found that the “black tank” and “grey tank” stickers were reversed! Fix that! Next task.... sink in bathroom was leaking! No a big fix but this should have been caught by the dealer! Would I ever buy a Forest River RV again??????? Noooooooooo Waaaaaaayyyyyyyy!!!!!!! Oh, when I called Forest River Tech support/warranty service, they told me “they depend on they’re dealers to catch things like this!!!! NO QUALITY CONTROL!!!!!!!! Stay away from these RV’s!!!

Bought our new RV(Vengeance touring edition) Feb. 6 2017, dealer led us to believe it needed some work before delivery. We moved into it on Feb.24 with still 12 pages of problems to fix. Even though everything is under warranty, the dealer only put bandaids on major problems. Shower leak, Dometic Fridge we are having to replace the cooling unit after loosing over $300.00 in groceries, removable speakers are missing, digital read out on leveling system fell apart, screw cover molding on outside was missing. And many more problems. NO QUALITY CONTROL FROM FACTORY TO DEALER
