Ernie and David in sales were a pleasure to work with, my only issue there I stated I wanted a hitch with weight distribution and sway control. Was sold a hitch being told we use this one all the time and has sway control. I have a serious sway issue so in looking for the cause spoke to Blue Ox and was told what I had was an entry level hitch and had minimal sway control. I believe it was lack of knowledge not dishonesty on sales part. After one outing and having a serious sway problem started looking for the cause. I found three of the four tires to have the start of broken belts. Contacted the dealer and was told by Jody in service he found that hard to believe and told me they couldn't just replace tires. He did give me the phone number of the warranty company so I could contact them. Upon further inspection I found hitch was installed incorrectly, spoke to Ernie who is looking into what can be done. Two days and no response. I paid 600 dollars for service I don't believe was done and purchased extended warranty with tire warranty. So on a 2022 trailer that was supposed to be serviced I'm out 600 plus for new tires and have to correct the hitch myself service department is an absolute joke and should be avoided at all costs. Seems once they have you money your on your own. Buyer beware of Manheim location. Hopefully the other two locations have better service

Have owned this trailer for just over a year. We’ve had only minor issues, all covered by warranty; black tank flush leaked, took 5 minutes to repair, replaced entry door, took one day to replace. Toy hauler garage area, converts to dining and or sleeping area, when converted, holds my Honda Goldwing trike or quad or a two seater side by side. Trailer is weight, easy to tow. Lots of nice small conveniences; motion light in bathroom, plenty of lighting, inside and out. Powered awning with lights. Nice size refrigerator and freezer. TV and WiFi antennas, strong AC, good heater. Flood light in rear for ramp and on the utilities side. Ramp is very functional, converts to a deck area with fence enclosure and screen to the dining/sleeping area in kitchen area.

We bought our 2015 Greywolf new. There was an issue with the rear axle from the very beginning. The RV dealership Petoskey RV said the axles flexed normally. By the time we realized the axle was the problem, the camper was out of warranty. They would not cover any repairs. I called Forest River - they were absolutely no help & would not assist us. We replaced the back axle last summer. After 3 sets of tires. Currently we are Coming back from SD - we had another wheel bearing failure and lost the front axle.

Have had since Oct 2016. Literally slept in it twice then had to have driver side lower half resided because it buckled out. Finally got back and just took it out of town. By the time reached our destination, now top 2 or 3 rows on same side are buckled out! I am NOT a \"Happy\" camper! Furthermore, air conditioner cycles off and on too much. Stay worried that it is going to burn up!
