You can't go wrong with this TT. We loved it but have traded up for a motorhome. This smoke-free, gently used travel trailer is the perfect size for a couple or small family. It's easy to tow and easy to set up. All appliances are like-new and in perfect working order. The Q mattress is clean, no spots, stains or odors. There is ample storage for all of your necessities in the cabin area as well as lots of basement storage accessible from both sides. It has an Arctic Pkg, which means extra insulation and better windows for cool weather camping.; and it keeps out the bugs and mice! Also has outside speakers and additional outside shower.

I put a $1000.00 dollar mattress in to replace the 4” foam and a brand new convection oven that I never used. I have all the accessories needed to go and use immediately. It still has just under 2 years of warranty left that I can transfer. I am willing to sell it for what I owe on it I just need to sell it since I no longer have the ability to use it. Contact me if you’re interested and I will give you the payoff information. This is a great deal for someone who wants a like new RV for wholesale!

Buying a Forest River product was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. We've had constant issues—starting with the slide-out, which has never worked right, trim falling apart, water leaks, and more. Reaching out to Forest River is useless—they don’t return calls, emails, or show any concern for their customers. When we took our unit in the first time, the tech told us the slide-out hole was cut wrong from the factory. Not long after, that guy was mysteriously gone—seems like he was let go for telling us the truth. Dealers are clearly forced to downplay the problems and claim it’s just an 'adjustment'—but it's a manufacturing defect, plain and simple. Total disappointment.

We bought our travel trailer new in 2020 and recently had a major repair that Evo Forest River has advised is outside of warranty. I bought all the extended warranties and I am being advised that the repairs aren’t covered. If Forest River stands behind the craftsmanship of their product they would review my claim and support us in the cost of $12k roof repair. The lack of customer satisfaction and quality of product makes me regret purchasing from them.

We bought the unit new in 2023. First thing that went wrong was the water heater didn’t work. The dealer was able to get Forest River to provide a different brand (Subruban). This was our first experience with an on demand water heater. If we had to do it over again we would chose a regular water heater. The main entry door never did work correctly (still doesn’t) even though the dealer fixed it 3 times. Still doesn’t work right. On our trip back from Michigan (after the door had been fixed) It came open on the highway even though it was locked and the large handle was closed over it! The current trip we are on is to Florida and now the sliding door hinge to the bedroom came off while traveling and the door screws are stripped. We are veteran rv’rs and have had many different types and brands of rv’s/travel trailers over the years and the East/West is the worst. We would never buy this brand again.

I bought a new 2023 Forest River, East to West, Entrada for a one year trip around the country. After two-weeks the refrigerator failed. The model is the Ever Chill and the freezer builds up ice preventing cold air going into the refrigerator. This is well known in the industry. The Forest River warranty is awful. I have been trying to get this model replaced and no one will talk to me. It was in the shop for 14 weeks with them only agreeing to replace the electrical panel. I had to cancel the Florida Keys due to warranty delays. It failed again. I can't get a direct contact to send a letter documenting the issues to get help with this issue. I need a new refrigerator. Then.. the microwave is a bad product as well. After the timer is finished, the convection oven turns on and still produces heat. It was replaced. First time I used the new unit, the convection oven came on. When you buy an RV, the appliances should work. The warranty is useless and the customer service is horrible. Buy from another company. If you have a problem, you will not be supported.

Let me start by pointing out that this is a 2023 labeled East West but made by Forrest River. Do we love the RV floor plan, yes its perfect for a handicapped RV'er. Open and lots of room for a wheelchair with a real bathroom. But the quality and issues since day one are driving us crazy. We have invested four days and over 400 miles carting the RV to local dealers to repair defects. Both 36" bathroom doors keep falling off because the hardware is not mounted properly. Repaired by the local RV center with "Bigger Screws". That was the best Forrest River could do to fix the issue and the door fell off again on the way home. No hot water, Suburban Tankless HWH has code E1 and constantly fails to function. Tail lights full of water and plumbing leaks. The big issue is the fact that East/West (Forrest River) has no quality control when the unit was built. Also no consideration for customer relations.

I have owned this motorhome since I bought it new in 2019. I have driven it from Seattle to Disney World, and to the national parks of Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana and many places in between. I have 37k miles on it and have lived in it since shortly after I bought it. As far as manufacturing and assembly, all the important pieces work well except for the refrigerator. When it was a few months old, we had a torrential rainstorm in Salt Lake City and the refrigerator outside panel was not installed properly. As a result water poured into the refrigerator workings and it was damaged. After warranty repair, it works acceptably but ice cream will get a little soft in very hot weather. Other than that, a few small trim pieces in the coach were not installed correctly. I have had no other issues with the generator, the furnace, the two wonderful air conditioners, and the three TV's which are Furion. They have excellent pictures and one is very large. I tow a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk behind it and it does fine. I have had no suspension work on it and I find it very controllable. The only time I get white knuckles is when I am going over a narrow bridge with opposing traffic. The motorhome is wider than some of the lanes on county roads and it is tight on some state highways. I read about people who have all kinds of trouble but I think it is just like buying anything, some people are not lucky, and some people are. I replaced the king mattress that came with it with a memory cell mattress, and I sleep very well in it. I have two big dogs, and they have plenty of room to stretch out. I love my FR3 and it works great as a home I can go almost anywhere in. I would highly recommend it for its relatively low price and its reliability, as well as its comfort.
