We bought this Cherokee Forest River Wolf Pack Toy Hauler and had nothing but trouble with it from the first camping trip. They sold it with only one air condition unit, and it needed two, because the unit could not keep up. We only used this camper three times in a year and two of those times were miserable due to no air conditioning or refrigerator. On the first camping trip there was no air conditioning, refrigerator quit, molding came off from the slide out, tear in leather seating when let down in toy hauler, door latch broke and could not latch or lock trailer. We bought it late February 2025 and have been in the shop since July 11, 2025, and is still there on 2/23/2026. They put on a new air conditioning unit and had to move the solar panel, which one service manager stated we needed a new roof due to addition of new air unit. Forest River warranty department manager Ashley and Lori have been of no assistance. They told us that once it went to Camping World it was their problem. I would not buy a Forest River Product. Ours is a complete lemon. Show less

Warped entry door at time of sale not disclosed still not correct but they refused to work further on it No power on kitchen slide at time of sale not disclosed biy repaired. Front slide adjustment fixed. Water leaks with all 3 slides with water dripping in front slide with delamination outside front wall not fixed un usable more than 30 days. Water damage on back 2 slides bottom corner not diagnosed. Show less

This camper worked for our family of 3 wonderfully. We drove across the country from Washington to Alabama, used it for hunting season in a snowy Montana and have gone to the beach in Florida multiple times. Those memories have been priceless. I cannot recommend this toy hauler enough! Show less

I bought an arctic wolf remembering the day when arctic wolf was the best brand out there well Forest River owns article now and it's the worst trailer out there one month in sewer tank came apart six month in I figured out that a bunch of the accessories didn't work right but dealership I bought it from did their best to get everything fixed three years later the ceiling the slide is gone the roof is leaking and the plumbing is leaking and there's water damage on both end of the trailer I called Forest River cuz it the roof has 12-year warranty they said if you did not maintain the roof that 12-year warranty doesn't mean a thing the trailer is only 3 years old you think they'd stand behind their product I have Forest River one star and I really suggest that everyone stay as far away from Forest River Products Show less

I am very disappointed in the quality of the Cherokee grey wolf 27rr. When I bought it the water tank was shipped out with a crack in it so we could not boondock on our first trip. Then within a year the slide out had broken luckily under warranty. It is now about 2-1/2 years old and there is a ton of water under the dinette which will be coming out of our pocket to have fixed. I like the layout we chose but for the price, I have towed it to be fixed as many times as it has been out camping. I know the factory warranty is 1 year but I would like to think you should get a couple years of camping with no issues. I also think that a leak like this should be covered by the factory. This floor plan is great for families or if you want to have a separate office space to work remotely. This camper sleeps 9 easily and comfortably. The higher BTU units (2) keeps the camper nice and cold on those warmer days. The garage storage is huge. Also love the 2 refrigerators and ice maker in the outdoor kitchen. The fireplace in the living room can be set to look pretty, but also can be used as a heat source, wonderful on the chilly nights. The control panel's ability to work with the app on your phone is very handy, can check your tank levels, battery levels, control awnings and all the lights. We also enjoy the solar panel which charges the batteries. Highly recommend this camper! Show less

Great RV/Toy hauler for two or three people, super slide gives you a great open floor plan, rear couch set up is a little poor design when putting toys in. We removed them. Pulls good with a 3/4 ton, heavy tongue weight with toy hauler layout. But overall we loved it. Show less

This has been a nightmare since day one. Everything is cheaply made, no storage inside the rv, the bunk house has no ac and yet the vent from the water heater goes directly into the bunk house making it unuseable as a bunk house. . The front a/c is not powerful enough to cool the rv in the summer months. Holes for the electrical wires and plumbing are so big that rats find it extremely easy to get into the rv and wreck havoc with the wiring,paper thin walls. The shower walls are not sealed at the bottom so water seeps down. Be sure you get an independent inspection of the rv prior to signing a contract. Dealership discourage this as if there is anything wrong they are responsible to fix it if you wait warranty might fix it but it is a long wait and you will be responsible for paying what warranty doesn’t cover. I bought my 2022 forest River Wolf Pack toy hauler, toy bring my 950lb motorcycle with me camping. The first time I backed it of the trailer the linoleum ripped like it was paper when I applied the front brakes on the way off the camper. There is no glue under the linoleum . I used to be an RV Tech back in the 90s I bought this 2019 Forest River Wolfpack 25pack12+ because I love the floor plan but upon receiving it I noticed the slide out had a half inch gap between the floor and the slide out wall I was reimbursed for $500 to repair it myself. But on further inspection I really noticed how cheap the quality was on the paneling for example there was a small piece of tape on the paneling and a few stickers and I peeled them off in the Finish came with them I noticed everywhere there was the same on the paneling the same tape was cracked I contacted Forest River Manufacturing to see about getting the same tape and they told me I had to go through a distributor which they said I could not get it unless I brought it in and they did to work. The build quality is extremely poor for example everywhere they made a cutout they left the cutout and all the sawdust hidden back behind the cabinets they did not clean up their mess making for a great mice nest. Here's another example if you ever mop your floors where your counters are if they get wet they will swell in the Finish will come off very little moisture causes them to swell very poor quality and cabinets overall the trailer looks extremely nice but don't expect it to last for long it looks extremely nice but it's extremely cheap there are there is absolutely no quality put into this trailer at all I guess that's what makes it affordable if you like to throw your money away. I have been spending months making repairs to this trailer and have the stuff I cannot get I have pictures to back everything up if you have questions please contact me bobby bailey1968@gmail.com And I will be glad to share pictures with you for example like the Dometic toilet 300 is most of them are defective they have a leaky flusher valve which causes sewage water to leak back behind the toilet plus the flush valve itself are very poorly designed most of them crack and leak. The door's on them are very poorly designed all they are is plastic on one side styrofoam and fiberglass on the other side absolutely no structure at all. I am pretty sure anybody that owns a Forest River trailer can back me up if they look back behind their cabinets where the water heater is where the furnace is underneath the shower and any place that they made a hole they did not clean up their mess. Good luck on finding Parts you have to go through a dealership and they want to do the work so they can collect the money you're much better off finding a different brand of trailer I would stay away from the Forest River travel trailers as much as possible unless you are filthy rich and have money to throw away. I purchased my trailer at Camping World in Wentzville Missouri I would stay away from anything Camping World they promised that they did a full inspection upon the trailer and lied and charged me for it and they also forced me to purchase Good Sam which will not back up their warranties for example they are conditioner unit went out on my trailer they told me I had to hop on my way back over to Camping World to have them fix it they will not fix it unless you do don't be suckered into purchasing Good Sam they will not back up their work. Like I said I have taken pictures made copies of everything and I'm willing to share it with anybody who's willing to listen so they don't get screwed themselves. Show less
