I just purchased the rv in late fall . Haven’t even used it yet . But I highly recommend that you have someone rebuild the queen bed frame before using. I’m not sure it’ would support my little grandkids let alone two adults. Also find a way to tie down the exterior refrigerator as mine was not . Just bouncing around. I also had the lense of one of my rear running lights missing but forest river did send me another which I installed. I’ll update my review once spring comes and I actually get to use it .

This was a Brand New Camper by Worse the Worst Camper we have Ever Owned ! Within a year time the slide broke while camping , thermostat stopped working the heater won't work , yes it was under warranty they fixed the slide however I never did fix the thermostat after replacing it three times so therefore the heat never worked something to do with wiring they said but could never figure it out then the panel board started to go then the awning wouldn't come in or out , after owning it one year they said the warranty was over and they couldn't replace the panel board that we would have to replace the panel board which controls the whole unit , then outside with a water hookup is it kept leaking like crazy huge puddles my husband tried to fix it several times then when we were trading in this hunk of junk I noticed there was a leak which we were unaware of until we were cleaning out our clothes and some of the clothes were soaking wet. I would never recommend this camper to anybody my husband and I have been camping for 25 years and this was the worst one yet everything kept going on it within a year's time. !!

This is a great unit. We have a lot of fun with it. We have had it for 2 summers now and just this past winter we noticed that the decal that says Gray Wolf is peeling off. Poor quality for such a pricy purchase. I would like to think that the manufacturer would be more interested in fixing this problem, looks bad on them. Maybe they don't care about how customers view them. I wonder if other people have noticed the poor workmanship. I guess at this point we will take the rest off so it doesn't look like crap. Won't be getting another RV from them. I want something that has more pride then this company seems too!

Bought my 2021 model new in July 2020. Great dealer. Lots of little odds and ends I handled myself personally during the first year. Having a background is construction. It was easier to fix myself than schedule down time of unit and the concern of taking it in. Immediately after my warranty went out (less than 2 months) my slide stopped working. seemed to be in some sort of bind. I scheduled a time to get it looked at by the dealer. Long story short there is damage to gears and motor. $1800 to be exact. This slide had not been ran in and out 20 times. Forest River would provide no support for the junk they build. Also parts have been ordered to repair it for 2 months. Still not came in. Do yourself a favor and stay away from forest River!!!

I would like to take a minute and tell you about my sisters RV. She wanted to explore and start a new adventure. She bought this travel trailer and she feel in love. When she bought it she lived off grid and made it work it the solar and a generator for two month. After that she went to hook up and full power and still had no problems. The trailer inside is clean and very comfortable. There is a stand up shower. Places for people to sleep comfortably. It is easy to pull, she drove from Colorado to Florida and it was loaded and had no problems pulling it. She is has a new mattress in the bedroom room, since December of 2020. Very comfortable and easy to move around and live you day to days life. Very good travel trailer. Don’t let it go to waste.

We purchased a 2021 Cherokee 294rr vin 4X4TCK32XMX147198 in January 2021. Upon purchase and use of the camper we have had issues. The first big issue was with the entry door. On our third use of this unit it began splitting at the bottom corner and would not close or open properly. It took 7 weeks for us to get a new door put on under warranty. The week we got the door fixed, we took a trip and hauled our 853 lb 2020 Harley Davidson Roadglide special in the back. The toy hauler is rated to haul 2000lbs. Upon arriving home from the trip and preparing to unload the motorcycle, we discovered that the back tire of the motorcycle had broken through the subfloor. We immediately called camping world to initiate a warranty claim for this repair. After weeks of waiting we were contacted by our camping world tech and advised that Forest River had denied our claim. They stated that Forest River believes that the motorcycle was in motion when the damage occurred and it looks like someone “popped a wheelie” while trying to load the bike. (Yeah, they really said that) I took it upon myself to call Maddison at Forest River to explain what happened and find out why the claim was denied. She told me that the motorcycle was in transit when the damage occurred therefore it is the customers fault and no fault of the builder. I advised her again, the bike was stationary and the camper was in transit behind our Silverado, which was in motion. (Newtons laws of motion, seriously) Of course the bike was in transit! The 835 lb stationary motorcycle was strapped down in the back of the toy hauler, rated for 2000 lbs, being hauled by a Chevy Silverado! Anyways, after speaking to Maddison she agreed to resubmit my claim for approval after denial. One week later, our claim is denied again. This is no way fault of the customer and the subfloor of our toy hauler should have never broken through with an 835 lb Harley.

I have a MAJOR problem with a design flaw. Has no one ever noticed the water inlet is directly above the electric hookup? I understand the electric is suppose to be waterproof BUT!!!!!! Let’s face it things happen. I first noticed this the first time I took my camper out. I was new just learning how to hook things up. I connected water, electric then when walking around double checking I realized water was not connected correctly and it was running down side of camper. I immediately shut elec and water off and reconnected the water and made sure it was all good before turning electric back on. I’m writing this review because I think something needs to be changed. Who on earth designed this? Very unhappy with that.

We picked up our RV at a dealer in late May of 2021 at Lake of the Ozarks (AOK RV) as we couldn't find this model any closer to us at the time. The dealer did a fantastic job walking us through the unit, showing us how everything worked, sharing common problems, etc. We were a little concerned when he told us that we should invest in a good staple gun to put things back together because we would need it (pulling your "house" through a hurricane during an earthquake). We thought this was sage advice but figured we could wait at least a season to pick one up. Well, we should have went right to the hardware store because by the time we got home with the unit the door below the fireplace was in two pieces and there was loose trim throughout the unit. I contacted Forest River and received NO help at all. I took the door apart, glued and clamped it back together and, viola; better than new. Also began gluing all trim back on. The next time out, we opened one of the drawers under the slide-out and the stop that keeps the drawer closed was lying on the floor. I didn't even waste my time contacting Forest River, I simply removed the drawers, added glue to the bottom of the stops, and WOOD SCREWS (not staples) from the inside of the drawer into the stop. Our next project is to figure out where/why the shower leaks onto the floor. Also, for the first couple times out in the unit we strongly recommend traveling with a Shop Vac to clean up all the saw dust and metal pieces from rivets left over from manufacturing. Poor attention to detail and craftsmanship at the factory is apparent. Also, be careful lifting the cover to the storage under the bed. We lifted ours and the rough plywood caught the mattress and tore a hole in the mattress! After all these issues, would we recommend this trailer? In a word, yes. We love the floor plan with the bedroom that can be "isolated", the fireplace, the outdoor fridge, and the kitchen in general. There is a LOT of storage and this unit has many features that make it an attractive option. It is a very comfortable travel trailer to spend a rainy day or three in (yep, been there done that already too!). So far we have not had any issues with any appliances and we have thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor stereo speakers. At this price point, this trailer provides a great platform for your first trailer or a nice step back into campers, which is were we are at. To date we have towed the unit over 1,000 miles and our F-150 pulls this trailer aptly with no complaints. A few things that would be nice are bubble levels on the unit, a ladder on back to the roof, better door seals, relocated freshwater tank drain, ability to change the LED light colors on the canopy (blue light attracts bugs...think bug zapper), cylinders to hold up the storage cover under the bed...we could go on, but they are all small things that the factory could add for minimal cost. As a matter of fact, we have a list and have begun our "upgrades". Finally, we have thoroughly enjoyed getting back into "camping" and this unit is a big reason why.
