Have had this camper since brand new used total of 15 times over those years repaired furnace water pump 12v and inverter I've had several campers growing up and never had so many repairs on one unit as this one I took it out this memorial day weekend 2023 only to have hot water heater quit and furnace quit again and found a propane leak somewhere toward the middle of the camper
No wall mounted light switches
Lights in living area lens pop out going down the road constantly I've changed about every bulb 3-4 times over the years I just don't understand how a high end unit can not be usable after not being used that much almost like it's wore out from not using it very disappointed in this unit was my parents pride and joy for retirement but health plans diverted them from traveling in it but I'm sure they wouldn't have made it very long in this junker for sure

My family lived full-time in this fifth wheel for over 1 year, while traveling across the country and back. It was perfect for our family of 4 and dog, with plenty of storage, space and comfort for all of us.
Inside storage is so abundant that we didn’t even use all of it. We also had 2 adults working full-time and had enough room for 2 work spaces. The kids each had their own space, one on the private mid bunk and one in the loft, and there is plenty of living room space for everyone to gather.
We had 0 manufacturing issues. The only issue we had was with the subpar tires that came from the manufacturer, which is a common complaint. One tire lost its tread after only 6 months, so we upgraded all 4 tires.
Towing was smooth and easy with a Ram 3500 dually. We even had a transporter comment that this was the smoothest tow they had ever done.
Overall, this is a well-built RV and has top-of-the-line features that make is incredibly comfortable.

Garbage and although I no longer have mine and had to pay to get out of it. Nothing short of garbage. Unlike Forest River, I gave FULL disclosure to its new owner, hence why I had to pay out-of-pocket to sell it. That being said, no backer boards installed on the full wall slide awning and the wiring harness under Thule recommended wire gauge. What does that mean?? Well on the 2nd day of January 2022 it came crashing down during its first extension. Had it been in transport and you're in the next lane over, you're dead or seriously injured. Had someone been walking under when it came down, dead or serious injured. Front entry door was not squared; and I was locked inside on those hot/sunny Florida days, which could have become my coffin. I could go on and on, but what's the point, our Government isn't going to do a darn thing to protect the consumers buying these overpriced deathtraps. If they were interested in protecting the general public, then LEMON LAWS would be written to cover the overpriced RV Travel Trailers, 5th Wheels, Park Models & Other; and not just cover something with a motor. Heck, I can buy a RV with a motor and be fully covered under LEMON LAWS, yet when I spend over $100k for a 5th wheel, I am SOL. BUYER BEWARE!
